Customer service here is terrible.owner and son mike are terribly rude for no reason.they gave us a burnt pizza and thought it was okay to give that out to a customer.and told us well it’s not their problem, they’re busy.would never suggest this.

I used to order this pizza ville, always good, yummy, But today I’m sad after pick up my pizza and open at home the pizza burn, the sauce wateri, but top is burning please don’t give us burning pizza again otherwise I will go to other pizza

I came early because when I placed the order through the phone, I was already 5-10 mins away from this location. I didn't expect to get criticized and yelled at for coming TOO EARLY the moment I walked through the door. The two brown staff members were saying twice (they treated me as if I'm a dumb blonde deaf person that couldn't hear them the first time and gave me hell of an attitude) that it's not ready yet and that they won't get to my order until later because there were like, 2-3 other orders before mine. They said it'll be 10-20 mins wait. Also said this twice. They were quite temperamental and snappy and snarky in their tone. I absolutely detest people talking to me like that. I thought to try a new pizza chain other than my regular Domino's but I didn't expect it to be quite the long wait (the staff said 10 mins but it felt longer than that) and the staff were inattentive and looked like they were so done with their job and didn't wanna be there. In addition to being unprofessional, my gluten-free crust prosciutto and spinach pizza was available in large size only. I didn't know that when the phone operator took my order (not his fault). I found out when I walked into the store. Okay, that's fine. It absolutely didn't look like a large size because the box it came in was so small and spinach was spilling out of the sides of the box as they closed. It's like they sloppily just slammed it in there and didn't care about the representation of the food. That's so unsanitary! What I thought was ridiculous next was I thought that they wouldn't take credit card because another customer came in to pick-up their order they placed and they ended up using their debit card, so I thought it was a "debit or cash only" place. They were not being transparent and clear with their payment options. It's also super inconvenient and not accommodating. I don't know if it's the staff's baseline personality, but they were super sneaky and sly looking. They did not have trustful eyes and because the kitchen counter where they do the pizza orders are covered, I don't know if they were trying to add or subtract things into my pizza order without my knowledge but still charge me the full original price. I didn't feel safe waiting inside even. I truly believe in karma and I hope time will catch up to them and that karma will receive its assignment and make this pizza chain out of business because this isn't how you maintain a business.

Hands down the most consistent pizzaville I've been to. Their pies are consistent and the veggie pizzas are fantastic.

This pizzaville spice blend has one hell of a kicker! Make sure you don’t have the chili flakes or the peppers… BOY you’ll regret it… (in a good way) They definitely have their own special blend of spices that put others to shame. It felt like Satan himself was dancing on my tongue. Pizza is great

Worst service, the dude is just sitting in the back, he looks up and sees me then goes back to whatever he was doing on his phone.

The pizza is really good. The pepperoni was given the pizza very well. The size is good too. They have a good pick up special for one topping. Check out their website.

Whenever I order pizza here it's the most consistent in terms of quality and taste. The cheese is always still gooey and hot when I get home compared to other pizza franchises.
