The service of this pizza place is ridiculous.ordered a pizza and it came burnt and when I called them to let them know they didn't want to come and get the pizza because I didn't want it replaced because we had already waited so long for the first pizza we didn't want to wait so long for the next one they said that they would give me a credit come to find out the credit is only for half the price of the pizza when I called Called customer service that was an even bigger joke they were just moking me and just kept saying well that is policy so I ended up paying for burnt pizza the customer service was not good at all.won't be ordering from there again

I went in today to get pizza for supper and the service was terrible. I asked for no bacon and there was bacon on it and when I asked for pineapple, the worker (who my friend and I just saw scratching under his pants) didn’t wash his hands, picked up the pineapple, with his bare hands and put it on my pizza. I requested a fresh slice and they said the pizzas okay and would not give me a fresh one. Absolutely disgusting! Not happy with the service we had today.

Pizza was ordered over an hour ago and customer service was rude and ignorant. When we called for an update, they told us that it had left the restaurant. When it finally showed up 40 minutes after the first phone call, the pizza was cold and the delivery driver literally showed up with his entire family in his vehicle. Worst service i have ever received.

Food is good. 3 star since the staff are not so friendly. The staff should know/ remember it's a small town politeness/friendliness and just loosing the big city attitude/rat race mentality will make a big difference here.

Placed an order tonight and unfortunately it was not ready m, much less even started. Order made for 9: 58pm and pick up should of been 10: 18. They didn't even noticed my order chit until I walked into the store. Super upsetting living in a city where late nights are not a thing especially on a Monday.

Not like any of the other existing locations (Mississauga, Brampton) - panzerotti was smaller than ever and all ingredients seemed lacking in flavour. Can't speak for the pizza slices. Hopefully it was just a fluke

I can only say that this is best pizza restaurant in town. The pizza's are truly amazing and everyone was super friendly, kind and helpful.

Slices served tepid and crust appeared barely cooked. Threw mine out after one bite. My wife got a different slice, same results. Dont waste your money or time.
