I have never in my life seen a panzerotti this small. $30 for 2 panzos and they are soooo small.kind of a joke lol also was supposed to come with a sauce.i ordered 3 extra on the side and only got those ones.

The guy that was working there was super rude asked if he has any slices in the back then yells at me “don’t you see with your eyes it is empty in the front” like I just wanted a slice of pizza and the guy after was like “if u don’t want to buy then leave”

Extremely Horrible and terrible pizza, it had a watery sauce with a bad odor, and it tasted like old pizza. I would never recommend going to this place again, someone called fuko (chako) I think the owner has no sense of how to treat customers. I wish I can give -10 rating if it is available.

Today i ordered half cheese and half hot peppers large pizza. Guess what was given…half cheese and half pepperoni…. And we are hard core vegetarians…. OMG

This was my first time eat pizza in Brampton, the way the delivery man talk to me and the food was superd. Well done

Horrible pizza, it had a watery sauce, there was a bad smell and it tasted like old pizza. Overall, terrible experience

First time trying it and the food was very sub par. The sizes are small and the toppings were burnt.literally tasted burnt.

Normally we always very happy with super hot pizza, but this time I don't know what happened all topping were messed up, some slice have all green pepper, some has all tomato. Pizza was very soggy even topping were falling from slice. We requested for green chilli and ginger which were missed. Really disappointed with our pizza night. Normally we order by their call centre but this time I called store directly, may be that will be the reason.

I just had a pathetic excuse of a pizza slice made with low quality ingredients. The veggies were all chopped as if this was an Indian Sabji. The crust was soggy. Overall a sheer disappointment. Save yourselves and go to the Howden Location they make the best pizza.

Whoever owns this place is defiantly in the wrong business. Absolutely horrible pizza and service. Pizzaville is usually a great place but this one should shut the doors for good. Avoid this location unless dehydrated pizza is your thing.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a large pizza for delivery (40min), they gave us a smaller size. When we called they told us not to eat it that they were going to take it back.which seems to go against covid protocols. Then had to wait another 70min for the right pizza. In total 2hrs to feed the kids. They were not apologetic at all. The time before that the pizza was burnt. Won't be ordering from pizzaville again.

Great pizza! I got the 5 topping large special. They have a long list of toppings you can choose from.they put a good amount of cheese and toppings, the dough is really good and the tomato sauce tastes like quality. Ask for thin crust and welldone!

Very disappointed. Ordered a medium size pizza that was blend, base looked and tasted like frozen premade from supermarket, toppings were cut unevenly and just thrown to make it look like pizza.

Super disappointed with pizzaville tonight. We have ordered pizza from this store online many times. Tonight we selected a party size pepperoni pizza online and had a cheese pizza delivered. Apparently they changed the online menu so even though you select a pepperoni pizza you have to choose the toppings other than the cheese.f’n stupid and the store refused to change it. Order another is the best we can do. Guess this is their idea of customer service.

Driver showed up with a soggy squished pizza box and did not call and gave my order to the neighbor first. They said they would call my cell for contactless delivery. The dip for the wings was placed in the box of wings. Not very sanitary. No tip. Driver could have buzzed side gate like order said.

Order placed today was not contactless deliver the guy came right to our door. The previous order was sealed and in a bag. Recent order was not, and the box with chicken wings were opened. This better be resolved and should not falsely advertise contactless deliver. The order placed clearly states contactless delivery pay f*** attention. If businesses need our support to stay in business they need to follow the rules of COVID19.

I celebrated my graduation last night in this great place. Well we passed a magnificent evening and the restaurant was clearly one of the reasons for the happy meeting. The crew cooperated in a lovely way, the food was appetizing and my guests were extremely thrilled. We shall no dout return for more celebrations.thanks very much.

Ordered the pizza online special and got it exactly with same timelines as mentioned during ordering. The pizza was good and crispy

The guy in store was in washroom whe he came back he collected 22 dollars from me for pizza
Never wash his hands starts to prepare my pizza. When I ask him politely to please wash your hands. He got upset and he returned my money say here is your money that if you’re not happy the way I make the pizza
I even didn’t take my money from him because I got upset as well.
Please fire him

Been a regular customer here for over 3 years. This company lacks basic customer service etiquette. I ordered a pizza on the phone and went to pick it up after 20 minutes and noticed it was burnt. I called customer service and complained. They asked if I could wait another 20 minutes for remake and I said yes. They responded with an "ok". Did not receive and apology for the burnt pizza or even a "thank you" for waiting extra 20 mins. Same thing with the store. I went it and returned the pizza and was told to come back in 20 mins. No apology. I went to picked up the pizza 20 mins later and they did not even offer me a free drink or a dip. I asked for a drink and they wanted to charge me for it. Way to lose a customer of 3 years. Excellent job guys.keep it up. There's a Pizza Nova right up the street closer to my house.

I have visted this place they are awesome place is good clean have some space for dine in and have sufficient parking good location

Very good high quality pizza. The toppings were spread evenly and generously. The pizza is not greasy or oily and I felt great after eating it

I really enjoyed today’s pizza. Sukhman did a great job. I would love to have pizza from sukhman from now onwards.
