Pizzaville

Pizzaville is one of my favourite places to order pizza from but unfortunately this location the last 3 times has been very underwhelming. Last night was by far one worst pizzas I’ve ever received. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but it’s warranted. This location needs better cooks in the kitchen if they want to keep this business running. You can’t have one single young girl working alone on a Saturday who doesn’t really know what she’s doing.

Pizzaville, especially this location, doesn't get the credit it deserves for being tasty and fresh every time. The quality is so consistent here. My girl and I workout hard all week and once a month we get an entire pizza or a couple of slices as a treat. I can't understand why anyone would go to Pizza Pizza across the street when the quality at this Pizzaville is always on point.

This is tough, I've been ordering from this place for over a decade. The family that owned it, (assume they sold, haven't seen any of them for weeks) were so kind, their pizzas were made perfectly, once they knew you they knew exactly how you liked your Pizza cooked. The new guys are nice.but 2x my pizza has been undercooked. Well done means well done, not kinda raw in the middle still, my [poppers though, they were really well done. Not as much care taken in putting food out. It's too bad, it makes me order less from here, and more from a place up the street. I wish the previous folks were still there but I expect Covid was tough on them.

Delicious pizza with perfect stone baked and with good crust as well as good staff members will order from here now onwards

Lovely little place with delicious pizza! The staff are super friendly and nice. The pizza won’t cost you a fortune and they make it exactly according to your order. And they taste good. Will definitely be coming back here regularly.

Always the best fresh pizza. Tones of topings. Great prices too. Thier fried foods are tasty as well better then pizza pizza

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, MY BUDDY SAW THAT ONE OF THE PIZZA MAKERS WHO DELIVERS TOO HE SPIT ON THEIR PIZZA FOR NO REASON. PLEASE BEWARE!

So good! You can tell its a good pizzeria bssed on how busy it is! Fridays can take a while for your food, but its okay because its delish! I understand!

I've been ordering from this location for ages. Delivery people are always very friendly (ordered very late once and still so great) I've tried other places in TO and always come back to this pizzaville on Bloor. So tasty!

Really bad pizza and garlic bread tasted like frozen or even worse. It seamed as tho garloc bread was days old pizza was cold and old tasting could not evem finish it. Nobody in the store had masks during covid 19 not following by laws. I will never return to this location as they do not have proper hygine or serve food that is fresh

The blonde lady who works here is rude. Her and her husband walk away from their customers. Then she quietly talks under her breath staring at you.

Love this place. Top notch pizza every time. They offer build your own, but honestly their picks are way better. This is my go-to pizza delivery place.

What can I say it was awesome. Got pizza, chicken bits and wedges everything fresh on delivery and delicious. Bigger slices next time thought, see photo.

I wouldn’t recommend it. Specially if you are getting delivery.

Gave them 2 chance and they disappointed me both time. Not the product so much but their service.

Pizzaville pizza for me was OKAY not that great. Only reason I chose Pizzaville because of their cheaper prices and they have good specials.
BUT their delivery.the guy won’t be delivering to your door if you live in a building. (Don’t know if they do when delivering to home). The guy says “I don’t want to get a ticket”. So he wont bring it up and I had to go get it.
Honestly. When I pay $3.75 delivery charges I expect professional service.

For this reason. I’ll take my business some where else. Where it may cost me a little more but at least I’ll get food delivered to my door.

Great family run franchise in the neighborhood. Hard working people with friendly service, dedicated staff, and good food at fair prices. Happy to give them my repeated business.

Tried this place in the past with a friend and I am addicted since then. I like the good mood and delicious food and drinks. Highly recommended.

Always quick, fresh and tasty - lots of good sales too if you use the app. I come here pretty frequently and never have any issues. Much better than pizza pizza across the street.

Older Gentleman who runs the front leaves the till to go talk to his buddy while customers waits. Doesn't even acknowledge customers. Too bad. I like Pizzaville chains but consistently have bad service here.

The pizza here is very well made. Good quality ingredients with a nice chewy crust. I like the thick crust and you can feel the pie in the box with the added weight. Delicious pizza.

This place was HORRIBLE in terms of customer service. First of all we parked in an empty parking spot in front of the place.went in and got a pizza. Unknown to us at the time, while eating, one of their OWN delivery people blocked our car in by parking right behind us illegally. Then after eating there and giving them our business, and giving atleast 5-10 minutes after we had paid for the owner to move the car, we ask around other restaurants only to find out its THEIR OWN delivery guy. When we asked the staff to please get someone to move the car they just kept staring and saying "oh it has a sign on it for pizzaville". What does that have to do with anything? ! Then the driver finally comes out a few minutes later only to swear at my husband and then to me for something that he was wrong at. He can be seen in the attached picture. He should be repramanded. WHAT A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE.we will NEVER go there again and neither should you for the way they treat their patrons!

Friendly and efficient customer service for online orders & pick up (always ready on time). The pizza is truly different in taste.guess it’s the stone-baked effect? We’ve tried 5 of their gourmet ones in thin crust - Chicken Pesto (my fav), Rosemary Chicken, Deluxe, Italian & Hot Hawaiian to keep going back for more. No skimping on toppings & delicious!

Delicious pizza, great service, friendly staff. Totally recommend eating there. Though could be a bigger place to sit and eat, but still an amazing place
