So much better than SDM! Great selection of products you won't find elsewhere. Good prices too. The people that work there are friendly and helpful. I wish they had more locations in Ottawa.

Every time I went they make me wait a very long time before even greeting me at the pharmacy section. Like I get they're busy but they could at least say "I'll be with you in a minute" to show they're aware that I'm there and waiting.

Really wish I could give a 4.5 *. I really like this store. It is my go to pharmacy. Great staff and products and deals.

Have always been satisfied. Knowledgeable staff. I just picked up a cup showing a photo I chose. That photo turned out to be smaller than on another cup I picked up last week. Did I make a mistake when ordering or was it made in your lab?

Used to go to the Jean Coutu in Rockland and never had an issue there but once I moved to Orleans, changed my pharmacy to this one, I only ever feel like I’ve been treated poorly.
I came a few months ago for prescription, it took awhile to get their attention and once I was finally get my prescription, the pharmacist kept telling me my insurance is not an insurance without even typing it in. This went on for 30 minutes when she finally got it typed in and found out it is indeed an insurance company.
I went once again recently to grab more medication only to have to wait awhile to get her attention, she then proceeded to get upset at me for not speaking French and told me they don’t have my prescription, saying they are busy (there was only 2 people sitting down waiting for their prescription) so I’m guessing she didn’t even check properly.

Coming here and going to the pharmacy gives me full on anxiety now, I’m never certain if I’m going to have issues coming here, as almost every time I come I’m on the brink of tears even walking up to the pharmacist desk.

With this being such an issue, I plan to switch pharmacies, as I’d rather not be spoken to poorly each time I come here.

Excellente pharamacie avec des employés super profesionnels. Ils ou elles ont tous la satisfaction du client à coeur. Ils sont un modèle de service à la clientèle.

I have been using Jean Coutu on Jeanne D'Arc in Orleans for years. Not anymore. On three separate occasions since the Spring my prescription was missing pills. Packet on 30 pills in foil wrapping, missing 4 pills, next prescription refill received 84 pills in a bottle marked 90, again this week missing 5 pills, also this week prescription filled twice and sent to insurance company twice, I left with one prescription. I should not have to count my pills and return to pharmacy for missing pills. I was told to contact insurance company myself. I should have faith in my pharmacy, not anymore. Changing to different pharmacy next week.

Rude service. Stood at the pharmacy counter waiting to be acknowledged so I could ask about a product. (Bactine was behind the pharmacy counter for some unknown reason). When the lady saw me she answered the phone half way through my question, then proceeded to talk to a staff member after she got off the phone. I was there for 5 minutes, until I got fed up and walk out.

I was here briefly. The store is a little claustrophobic, and not very well organized. The reason for the low stars is that the employees were rude and were a little aggressive. I felt pretty much like they wanted me out asap for some reason. In any case, I will be avoiding in the future and encourage you to do the same.

Ils ont une excellente sélection de cartes de souhaits en français. La caissière du dimanche N_ est très gentille et est jolie comme un cœur!
