My preferred shopping mall on ottawa, lots of stores and variety, it's not back filled

You can do all your shopping and still get good food at the mall. Good location to take good pictures too

We were in from out of town.
Went to a few stores. Staff were extremely helpful and super nice.

We love this place. Besides shopping, you can also get passports and other Service Canada services. Parking, access to transportation and location are great.

For a smaller mall in Ottawa, it's actually better than some of the others. Never overcrowded the Food Court is really open. A lot of good variety for stores.

Lots of parking, including underground and covered, good food court, large selection of stores.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Custom Design Center across from Scotiabank - awesome work! They can make custom t shirts and engrave things as well. Speedy, courteous and fantastic service.

The mall itself has undergone quite a transformation and had great variety. (Wouldnt mind seeing a La Senza or Payless-style affordable shoe place there)

Closes way too early, especially weekends, and holiday season, work, drive there to find out malls closed already

Nice and quiet mall. Plenty of parking. Most basic stores. Conveniently located on Main transit way. Gotta court has been updated.

Excellent, professional, fast, and kind service. John is amazing. I very much recommend their services for all your photo needs.

The shopping center is nice, has many branded shops inside.
However, there are some drawbacks:
1) In comparison with Rideau or Saint Laurent is lacks something. It looks like it is a little dark inside
2) How can you choose such ugly decorations for Christmas? However chose red Christmas trees made a big mistake
3) It would be more comfortable if they had some more advanced lighting fixtures on the ceiling that could attract some attention.
4) Not enough shoes stores

Pros:
1. Very nice covered parking
2. Availability of such shops as H&M, Marks, Hudson's Bay, small SoftMoc
3. Amazing huge Sport Check store is located on the second floor.
4. Not overcrowded, even on Black Friday. I would put it also to cons. In my opinion it is because they do not have enough shoes, toys stores and the biggest reason is still interior decor.
To conclude, this shopping center has a lot of potential if they change interior decor and attract shops that people are looking for.
For me, Saint Laurent is the one they should take example from.
After train station will be built, I think they should expand the building and adapt it to people who would arrive on train.
Update 2022: Love that they added a lot of benches for sitting inside.
Update 2023: The trade center if full of exciting events. One of the best places to visit in cold days.

Cover parking as well as basement too. Wide variety of shopping and restaurants. Ottawa service office available there

Just wanted a coffee and a pastry, but as Cafe Amore had closed for the night, I headed for the Mall.

Lined up at Tim Horton's and settled on a donut.

A very pleasant, but extremely busy gentleman served me.

Nice clean seating area in the food court.

The Mall is bright and clean, with lots of room for indoor walking, should any of you need a bit of exercise.

Lots of free parking and security walks the mall, which is good these days.

Picked up a nice purse at Bentley's.
