My son and I came here today to bowl! It was loud, it was happening and so much fun! I love the selfie up on the screen, such a cute thing. I was concerned that the big balls were going to be too big and heavy for my son but we used the lighter ones and they were fine. We also used the dinosaur helper to help roll the ball which was very helpful. Great location as well with lots of parking.
Worst experience! Even when almost 10 lanes are available they don't allow to play as they want to make people wait so that their rate changes. The Manager on the desk is so rude that he is not even ready to speak properly.
Nice place for fun with friends and family. Bad thing is that you will get a bad smell in your feet after using their shoes. Had the same exposure experience twice. Get your sanitizer spray along if you don't want to get fungal infection in feet.
I visited this place today and something happened that shocked me. One of the video animations was a themed video with terrorist state propaganda. The animation used our faces showing us as Russians and claiming us as “made in Russia”, my girlfriend who came as a refugee fleeing Russian terrorist attacks was shocked by this. Any Ukrainian refugee who has lost loved ones for the right to be called a Ukrainian will be offended by this, just like a Jew who was called a soldier of the Reich. When I reported this to the manager, I did not hear an apology or a promise to fix it, I simply received in response - I will tell my boss about this. I hope they don't add Al-Qaeda or Hamas propaganda animations.
Worst experience ever. These guy’s don’t know how to attend customers. We waited in line for 10 minutes and when we got our turn the guy just left the counter without saying anything to us and started eating. Other guy came and we said like we’re waiting and he started arguing with us instead. It felt like they had something with our ethnicity. I didn’t know we still have racist people in 2023.
I don't think I met Jesse, but the staff I did talk to were ok. The lanes have been updated with modern touchscreen displays to enter your name, view scores, summaries, etc.and take photos too. Lots of lanes. Clean sitting areas andwashrooms. Not to busy on the Sunday afternoon when I went. Other than that, it is a standard bowling alley,
Really nice 48 lane bowling alley. Well maintained and clean. Snack bar provides the usual fare of burgers, wraps, wings and pizza. Extra lane screens provide live sports so you can keep up with the game while bowling
Great place to bowl! Came here with a group of friends and it waz a very enjoyable experience.they even had the Raptors playoff game playing on the screen above the lanes! Fun time!
OK to bowl, but really bad staff, specially cafeteria woman is rude and very off-putting. She is never on her desk, always eating and chatting inside the kitchen and rude to deal with. Can be a decent experience if she is not there.
Generally good place to bowl but if you go during the day on a weekend there are way too many little kids everywhere. We have been sandwiched between birthday parties with kids bowling on our lane and taking our ball on more than one occasion. Staff are good and price is good. We always have to wait at least 20 minutes for a lane.
Good place for an evening of family bowling. But facility maintenance is not up to the mark. The washroom had no soap and the second dispenser was broken. Both dryers were not working.
Every employee’ face is screaming that I’m the unhappiest employee ever. Nobody is trying to be nice and when I was trying to be nice to ppl work there as I was talking to them they are like on the verge of a burst.
A great family friendly place perfect for birthdays and other events. Don't let that deter you if you don't have kids. This place not only has a great snack food selection but it also has a bar attached as well. In the evening, the lights turn off for a glow in the dark experience but it can get quite busy at this time on weekends so expect an hour wait or more if all the lanes are full and you are a big group. Unfortunately, reservations for lanes are only for groups of 16 and more. Luckily there is an arcade to pass the time.
The bowling is great. No issues and we loved that there's gutter guards and rolling ramps for kids. However the food may be the slowest thing ever. We waited an hour for nachos and pepperoni pizza.
They’ve got 40 lanes, we came at least once a week since a month ago, every single time we had to wait at least 30 mins, but we saw there were at least 10 empty lanes in a row are no nobody playing. I don’t get it why they make you wait. I tried to come in different time to see if it’s less wait time, but either in the morning or in the afternoon are always need to wait! This is not good, you have more than 10 empty lanes and you don’t let people in! And one female staff with long hair at the cashier who wears eye glassesis always not nice, every time I come, her tone of her response is very rude, would not recommend this place for bowling, the wait time is unacceptable when you see there have 10 empty lanes!
No frills, simple and it works. Went for the $10 (no tax, nothing) 9: 30 - midnight bowling. To be honest it's more like 10pm - 11: 30pm since it takes that long to get set up and they close half an hour early. A little deceptive, and hardly cheaper than paying full price since it's only like $5.50 an hour. Regardless it was great. Beer available. Good night of cheap fun.
Overall good experience. Reasonable pricing. Wait wasn't too long. However, staff at reception were rude and not friendly at all as mentioned in many other reviews. Good thing we didn't need to deal with them a lot.
Very disappointed in the service. Called Planet bowl and the man who took my call was pretty rude. His tone was arrogant and didn't really care to make an impression. I called about making a reservation. I asked if he could take a reservation for me. He said "we don't do that". I clarified so you don't take reservations? He said what's your group size. I answered 7. He said we only take for group sizes of 16. No sympathy, no care. Not impressed.
A little dated, over priced and on a sat the wait time before 9pm was 1hr 15mins. One should consider if it's worth it if you have a large group over 6.
One of best places for ten-pin bowling in Mississauga. Open all days of the week. And I think you can get 2 free bowling passes when you first visit and register your email on their website. Quite cheap even on the weekends. The more people go, the more value you get out of what you pay. On a Saturday, we paid $35 per lane per hour, including shoe rentals, 4 bowlers (max allowed 6 bowlers).
Great price to play, lots of lanes, clean, great customer service and a great selection at the snack bar. They even have a decent bar too. I would recommend this place for sure.
