It’s easy to workout in this gym. Everyone minds their own business. And the gym is so huge that you can easily get lost without being in anyone’s business.
The only downside is the amount of treadmills. They are never used at 100% capacity. Instead they should add more smith machines, 3 more minimum (currently 4 in total) as they are always the most popular by users at any time of day.
Even at 6am when I go gets busy. Not crowded but busy.

"I've decided to leave this gym. I used to come in at 5 am daily, but the smith machines were always taken for a minimum of 45 minutes. There were even groups of people who held the machines for the next group. I reported the issue to the front desk, but they just shrugged their shoulders. Now, I'm shrugging my shoulders and leaving for another, more expensive gym.

I really love this place, all the time is very clean or at least the staff always do the best, sadly not some users, would be very nice to have another "pec deck" machine, just one for all the gym is too short.

This gym is too packed with teens during the summer. Planet Fitness allows all teenagers from ages 14-19 to access the gym for free during the summer months. This makes it virtually impossible to get in a good workout. The gym seems more like a high school hangout than a fitness gym. There is already not enough benches and dumbbells, and now it's even worse. Good luck waiting on any exercise machines, as it will be an extremely long wait.it's so bad at times that I'm considering cancelling my membership during the summer and paying more to join another gym.

Goodlife is also allowing teens to use the gym for free during the summer months. However, Goodlife seems to be doing right. Teens joining Goodlife's free program must attend an orientation class. They only allow teens who join the program to come in between certain times and they limit which workout equipment they can use. Planet fitness please learn from Goodlife! And please put your paying customers first!

It a hassle to cancel the membership, I had to go there 7 times just to cancel my membership and the manger is always somewhere or break roaming around with her boyfriend. The manger took my number to cancel and even after two weeks she didn't cancel and the staff is rude. I would never suggest anyone to join this gym.

Very convenient if you live a very busy lifestyle. There is a black lady name Teisha who works there, she is very helpful and friendly and she also works very hard.

Great Gym. I am impressed by the staff and their willingness to always help. They are great at customer service. Pleasant and friendly environment. Judgement Free Zone which makes it safe for anyone to workout.

Staff is very friendly and a great gym. I come here every day happy with this place. Today gym should not have been closed though. This political scam from Justin Trudeau in the media about climate when not even 1cm of snow. Yet the TVs were left on playing garbage cp24 propaganda. Can the gym kindly stop playing cp24 and CNN at the gym, we come to work out not hear politics or Covid scams, thankss

Got charged even though I cancelled before the scheduled date and they couldn't help with that.

Very clean and good location. Friendly staff. Only problem with planet fitness is they do not have healthy selection of drinks. None of the location in GTAA carries healthy drinks. Wish to see management change this in near future. Otherwise it is good.

Beware. This is the kind of gym that will catch you in a ridiculous contract. I would have given this gym 4-stars for the cleanliness, which is excellent, and a decent equipment selection for the price. But i only got this membership for when i was commuting to Toronto from Montreal every few months. I even got the premium 'Black Card' membership when i wanted to use a gym in Florida. Bit of an extravagant expense, i know, but i am very determined to stay consistent with my training. I think i was a good member, especially considering my sporadic use. I explained this situation when i signed up. When my situation changed and I stopped commuting to Toronto, I called to ask how to proceed, considering i would not be going physically go to the location. I was given a solution, and I followed the steps they recommended. They did not respond, and they continued to charge me for the membership. I have been a member of many gyms on multiple continents. This is the most ridiculous cancellation process i have had to deal with. Their policy requires that you cancel in person. If you can't cancel in person, you're supposed to email. There's no email address for this location on their website. The staff member i spoke to did not know what it was. They had to call me back to give it to me, which fortunately they did. But I did not receive a response when i sent the email. They take their payment directly from your checking account. Hope this becomes a cautionary tale for the next person, and that they eventually cancel my membership and process a refund for the additional charges. You may enjoy the membership now, but you will inevitably have to cancel one day, and it will be a problem. I will update this review if there is any development.

One of the best place to gym amd work out 24x7. Amazing equipment and mordern ones with huge spaces. The rates are quite affordable and one can easy get access to through public transportation.

Compare to the yonge and college location this gym has much more equipment, one can get their workout done and it's more spacious without having to deal with all the social media kids on their phone taking up space and not working out. I recommend this location if you want to get your workout done.

Upgraded their treadmills, love working out here. Gets too busy in the evenings but mornings are perfect to get ur workout done here

Gonna cancel my membership today. Some people just switch the bench press machines with their friends and most of the times, many of them are getting like 45min waiting.

They are very thieves. I ended up signing up with them a year ago. I was just surprised they reactivated the subscription without my knowledge a few months ago. I will to report them to recover the stolen money. Watch out. A trap ahead.

I would give this a 5 star, but I dislike how they don't have free barbells (you cannot work on your balance when you bench press). All you got is bunch of Smith machines- which limits your mobility.

You can get a solid workout here, but after using this specific location for about a year now, there are a couple issues that prevent it from getting a 5 star rating. The first problem would be the limited amount of strength machines. There is not enough, even though they have plenty of space to add a few more. At least 2 of each machine would be nice. The second issue is the long downtimes for equipment repairs. It takes them 2-3 weeks to repair a machine! And What's worse is that the broken machine is the only one of its kind in that facility! Which goes to my first problem of not having a second identical machine available. On a brighter note, I have to commend the staff for doing an excellent job at keeping the facility clean, liquids and paper towels topped up and well maintained. Bottom line is that they need to be quicker with equipment repairs and acquire more strength machines.

Would definitely recommend- very good value for money, clean, comfortable and considerate staff/members at this location. You can get a good workout in- has everything you might need and enough space to use it comfortably. Bonus would be the very helpful and friendly staff, always welcoming.

This is my favourite gym I’ve ever belonged to. Super clean. Big and open. Really good vibe. Love it.

Great gym for beginners. It’s nice, clean and cheap, isn’t as bad as you think it is. Staff is here pretty nice and chill.
Not full 5 stars because wish it had a big less cardio machine for a small place like this, if it was much bigger, it would be understandable.

Bathrooms are clean, people seem friendly but when it gets busy its hard to access certain machines. I bought the black card membership to work out with a friend, since you get to bring a friend each time. Not really using the other privileges so cant comment on that.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy all the time. Evenings are little crowded, but you can check the app for crowd meter before you drop in

Absolutely love this gym, the prices are amazing, super friendly staff and no trainers bothering you. They have all the equipment that you could ask for and it's kept clean.

I been calling everyday to cancel my membership since the first luckdown but they never answer their phone, very poor costumer service. I will never recommend for anyone to go their your batter pay extra but get the proper service

No racks or barbells
Heaviest dumbbell is 75lbs
Only something like a quarter at most of the gym is dedicated to free weights and cables

Also people were not respecting health guidelines. I was told all gyms would be the same, but that is just false, having gone to a few other gyms in the area.

They preach judgement free zone, but have a literal sign making fun of people who have large water bottles and make noise when lifting

Overall, not good. Fit4less has barbells and squat racks atleast. Every other gym ive been to has had a better environment and culture overall

2 stars for cancelling my membership after my first session

I have been working out here during night shift hours for over 2 years and I have to say that Victor and Ebrahim are the most dedicated and clean employees I have met. They deserve a raise!

I love this location. I've been to others but this has to be my favourite. The staff are amazing and even when I don't really feel like working out, I still show up and have a tan and a massage and then a shower and it gets me into the habit of attending every other day

During COVID time, they guys making a fool to customer. Please be aware that.

Last year (2020), I'm stuck in home country due to Covid and when I came back they charged money without any notice when gym will start.when I requested for refund, manager agree on it and he said you will get refund next year (2021) so please don't cancel it otherwise you never get refund.

But, this year (2021) when I called them, they saying that they never do refund and they charged me for current month as well.

Very bad management, not friendly staff, fully money orientated.

Guys, it happens to couple of people. Pleas share it. I'm going to do on other social platform as well.

Also, If you go through other review, you will find lots of other people are suffering from same things.

I love this gym, idk why but its my gym of choice, ive tried mannnyyyyyy gyms and cancelled my membership here cuz it was a bit out of the way as i live in milton, but i rejoined and i dont regret it! Theres lots of equipment, lots of space, which is great especially during covid! The price is super reasonable when youre not a hard core gym buff, you can justify spending 30 bucks a month, plus hydrooooobedssssssssssssss
really wish they had a milton location but this specific one if my faovurite in mississauga!

Used to go to fit4less but hated booking an apt and half the machines were broken.
This location is a bit farther for me but I'll definitely keep coming here. Way more spacious, clean, and open, more equipment. Sucks there's no racks but I get why.

It's a Planet Fitness, so if you accept what that means (no racks or barbells, limited weights) - this is a good location. It's never so busy that you won't be able to get a full workout in. The patrons are respectable here, pretty good about cleaning machines.

Manager Roy was rude and didn’t meet customer service expectations. Didn’t do his job correctly either.

This location is great. The gym is very clean and has plenty of machine's. But on the downside this gym is supposed to be 24 hours but it's always closing early Wich is very inconvenient.

I have been told not to come back to the owners clubs, which includes this one and many in the GTA, becasue I wrote a review on the planet fitness site expressing how upset I am about the change of hours. The manager, Roy, stated that I have not come into this location since I started my membership back in 2018 and that there is no proof that I've been there when I clearly have on multiple occations. Now I received an email stating my membership has been cancelled with a forged signature. I have not been in this location this week nor have I talked to anyone physically to cancel my membership. I think its appaling that the owner and Roy think they can bully someone and cancel their membership because they expressed frustration over a change of hours. Definitely calling head office and filing a complaint with the bbb. The customer service here is appaling

I went to workout here and my car got stolen. Apparently this has happened here once before too and this place has done nothing to inform their customers of these incidents. The staff was indifferent and could not care less. Apparently they have no cameras anywhere from where they could pull footage.

I love this Planet Fitness! I have been to about 4 other locations and this one is the best! The locations is huge, they have very friendly staff and also clean. I would recommend going to this location.

Pros: It’s a very clean and well maintained location. The staff are also very friendly

BIGGEST CON (for me at least) : They’re not fully 24/7 anymore on weekends they close earlier like 7or 8 i think Fri-Sun and it’s sad because I work irregular hours and sometimes only have late evenings free. Which means I miss workouts because of this time change.

GO TO GOODLIFE OR HONESTLY ANY OTHER GYM BUT THIS ONE.

Absolutely disgusting service and management. They are money hungry, beware.

I have had to deal with over $250 of charges and payments in the last couple of months due to double charges and overlimit fees all because I trusted their “manager” if he even was one. I had to stay there today for OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF. I brought in physical statements for them to see as well. They started out with saying “oh we can’t see the extra charges” (that were put on my credit card) and after sitting there for 35 minutes waiting for bmo to get an account number and asking to confirm if the charges are on the statements. The so called manager then gives me the phone of some random also saying “oh we don’t see the credit card charges”. After a whole hour and 35 minutes the manager gets me to sit down just to tell me to call bmo AGAIN AND GET THEM TO DEAL WITH IT. They even still took the annual payment for the next 12 months of $45 and closer my account with forging a fake signature, I swear that is illegal.

Oh and also, they had staff (they stated it was a male) who lied saying I swore on the phone while when I called I dealt with a female.

Completely unprofessional service and management. Didn’t even compensate me for everything I had and still have to deal with; they are just MONEY HUNGRY.

Now I have to go waste more of my day calling bmo to get them to contact planet fitness. Now after speaking with BMO they said the manager of planet fitness has to call them because THE BANK DOESNT CALL; I’m currently waiting to see if the dispute department can do anything so I don’t have to go back to planet fitness to get the manager to call like HE SHOULD OF IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Worst experience I have ever had to deal with, it’s like the management has no idea what they are doing. That manager (Roy) also has other bad reviews of being disrespectful if you look through the reviews.

Great price, clean, friendly. No gym gorillas there grunting. Great for mature people. 30 minute circuit room is enforced, not like other locations. Feels great working out here.

Good location, clean and well run, wish they had a few more duplicates of some of the workout machines though and less treadmills instead.

Came in in November/December to speak to someone about freezing my account temporarily. They said it’s frozen and I’m good to go. I can reactivate by coming in. The next month account was billed. Came in again in February after travelling to speak to someone else, he knew the exact girl I was speaking to the first time and said she didn’t know what she was doing anyways but the account was not frozen. He said he also took care of it. Finally, came in today and the guy at the counter named Roy was extremely rude. I explained the history, and he said because it didn’t show up on the screen, I was lying about my two experiences before. I ended up putting a stop payment at the bank because apparently they don’t freeze accounts unless you’re pregnant. Anyways, disgusting customer service. Roy was so rude that I instead of fighting with him and swooping to his level of rudeness, I paid off the balance (even though I was told twice that it was frozen and should be compensated for that money I lost) and closed my account. Go to a different location, Roy Singh is disgustingly rude.

*EDIT* the exact dates I came in for freezing account was January 12th and March 8th. Roy Singh today has called me personally and left a voicemail saying he will serve me for slander lol. I remember reading someone else’s review where he called the cops on the customer. If a reviews based on customer experience is “slander”, why are they made allowed? Pathetic.

Staff are rude when you want to cancel your membership; They treat you like you’re an idiot when you’ve been paying for a membership for a couple of months. Big attitude problem, especially with the manager. There should be more water fountains and there are no aerobics classes. There’s nothing special about this gym.

Great gym, however I find it frustrating that I signed up expecting a 24/7 gym, only to have them close early Friday-Sunday now?

Really big gym, probably the biggest out of all the PF I have been to. Couple issues I have - there is only ONE water fountain. For the size of this gym to walk all the way to the front if you’re at the back of the gym just to wait in line to refill your bottle is ridiculous. Secondly - in one of the back rooms there has been a leaking roof issue for the 2 months I’ve been at this location. Very tacky to have those buckets there collecting the dirty water right where people are working out. Not to mention very unsanitary. Speaking of unsanitary, once there was about 4 big garbage bags in the middle back room just sitting there. I’m assuming they were waiting to be taken out but to have them right where people are working out is not right. Lastly, the change of hours is disappointing. I do not partake in working out overnight but I can imagine that closing at 7pm and 9pm is a nuisance to the average working person. Please do better! I’m better off going to the smaller sized gym in Etobicoke.

The gym is clean and well maintained but two areas leaked for a whole year with no repair. The manager is the biggest downside. He is a huge jerk with a lot of attitude and despite being a minority himself he seems to have his own prejudices and uses his authority as manager to exercise them. It's a cheap place to work out and if you dont run in to the manager then it's fine.

I work in customer service and its funny when I have to be the calm one in a situation. As a customer, to have to tell a manager I'm not trying to argue with them when I was simply asking a question is embarrassing for a business.

Manager was getting really defensive over a policy about their membership cards. Instead of trying to explain it he instantly was heated and negative towardst me. I had TO ACTUALLY ASK HIM TO CALM DOWN and that I wasent trying to fight him at all, just to understand.

He's always given me dirty looks and never smiles or greats customers.

So avoid the manager. Beside him the place seems nice and the rest of the staff are nice. It's kind of small compared to the other gyms I've been too and fairly busy throughout the day.

Why did you change the hours from 24/7 to this nonsense starting last week of April gym is closing Fridays at 9 and sat/sun at 7?
I'm looking to change gym locations and i believe others will too. It's ridiculous.i didn't sign up for this last year.
Certainly won't continue on with it.

Gets busy in the evenings, can always get the machine you want. Staff should try to get someone to replace the paper towels during those late hours but other than that, not bad.

Not expensive and has all necessary equipment, simple and clean, plus extra options like hydro massage or red light, tanning and shiatsu chairs are included - can use whenever want.

Gym for some people like me is not only the place where you go to work out, it's like a second home where you want to go after daily routine, very disappoint of PF when today I came with wife and daughter to work out (they are no members just I have the membership) and they won't allow me to come with 2 guests, I had already came here with one at the time, but for the first time we had the opportunity to come together but oh surprise they won't let us in, we asked for any other option like a day courtesy pass but they dont have that, we asked to the guy at the front desk for any other option like pay the day and he said that's $22 for one day, that what I pay monthly it doesn't make any sense for me, I used to go to Good Life and for situations like that's they just say go ahead just for this time for your loyalty, that's what I expect of a gym.

Decent equipment, great price. Minor issue - recently, the crowd frequenting this place has been getting increasingly, for lack of a better term, 'uncivilised', as a majority of those who go during the weekdays leave their sweaty equipment unwiped. I do not notice this happening en masse during the weekend.

This location is much cleaner and has more machines than other planet fitness I've been at, only issues is when the staff treats there friends and people they know way better and I think everyone should be treated equally. The only thing their missing to make it complete is a spare bench seat to use in each room.

Been a member at this gym for over a year.one employee that stands out is Greg always friendly at front desk when checking in.always takes pride in cleaning machines the place is spotless Thanks Greg

One of the largest Planet Fitness locations I’ve been to! I believe they have every machine, by far the best one yet!

I am in there, 4 times a week. For 20 some dollars a month unlimited tanning, massage chairs massage bads, 24h gym, amazing price, if you can't afford it, go for $10 a month, just a gym.

This is an awesome place to get your exercise done. The staff is amazing and they're always maintaining the place and keeping it clean. It gets very busy in the evening and it's difficult to get to a machine you want, but that's the only issue I've had. Awesome place, overall!

Best GYM ever! If you want the best then get the black membership if you like hydro massage and tanning after GYM time for like 30 $ It so worth it! Pushing myself to a different level and getting better looking and smarter while I am getting older
