Too small area for gym. Only cardio machines are more but no machines and proper space for bodybuilding.

Filthy gym, rude and brute management, overnight staff is useless and unhelpful. Take your money somewhere else

I am a member at college park planet fitness, but on Friday I decided to come here and my experience was really good. It was nice and clean and the employees were all welcoming and that just made my day. I was welcomed with a huge smile and especially the manager shaina who was talking to me. She was kind enough to give me a tour when I asked for it. Customer service was amazing. I am looking forward to coming back here soon.

Amazing gym! I really liked the vibe and the staff was nice. I had a problem with my free day pass and the manager was super helpful. Everything was clean and organized.

I got a tour from the best staff at this location. The manager is nice. She explained the benefits and even allowed me to try the spa area. I will be coming back to join my wife and kids.

The managers at this location are extremely racist! Especially to new comers. Take your money somewhere else where you are respected. When I came to sign up, I was struggling with the verification on the ipad and the woman named shayna was getting impatient but that wasn't my fault their ipad is slow and they never advised me to use my phone where it is easier.she called her colleage over and said "can u come help this person I have to finish printing this" like seriously? You stood there and watched me struggle and then left to "print" something acting like you were so busy. After her attitude I realized maybe this wasn't a judgement free zone after all and just left. What a joke

Super small, overly crowded, missing alot of equipment compared to other planet fitnesses a lot less clean than other planet fitnesses and the best part is nobody knows what the purpose of deodorant is here, enter at your own risk.

Good number of cardio equipments, however, very limited strength training space and equipments, which leads to overcrowding and waiting.

Please turn the heat down. We don't need hot air blasting in our faces just because it's December.

One of the best gym with almost every equipments and main thing is hygiene, hygiene is very well mantained in this gym.

I usually come in the night around 11pm to 2am one of the staff named Linda I believe she is very helpful when asked for help and really hard working she is always on the go with cleaning and always smiling and greeting when coming in and out lovely social skills also

Too small and too many useless treadmills cycles but only a handfull body exercise machines like only one machine literally demotivating to wait for your turn after first 5 people to finish using the leg press as a example. Also some staff are just too much into the policy stuff. I mean u don't have to be so much biased towards a guest that i bring as a black card member and make them feel they are not welcomed

Customer service is the worst at this gym. They just talk amongst themselves. The staff don’t great customers no eye contact with customer. No have a nice day or anything of the sort. They just ignore the customers. Do they even want to be there cringy. They have there favourites they will say something. When customers come in they are still gossiping to each other. Train your staff or get new ones who know what customer services is about.

Very small gym as compared to other planet fitness. None of the treadmills get connected to Apple Watch or life fitness app. Most of the members occupy the machines or bench and keep browsing their phones.

Need to add more machines (butterfly or more), more dumbells, too much wastage of time due to lack of machines.

Not bad if you go at off peak times, othersise the odor may be too unbearable. Cancelled my membership and went to another gym. Friendly staff and clean though

All the staffs are so nice at this woodbine location especially Blessing her customer service is great for a young person. Place is always clean

It's close to my place and usually has the same amount of people. You might have to wait for a machine if you want to use it though

It's a great place to stay fit lots of gym equipment open 24 hours how can you go wrong You can't put a price on your life and your health Well worth the membership fees to be healthy

I went with my best friend there yesterday for the first time and I’m impressed with the place. Well maintained, friendly staff and easily affordable memberships. Also the summer teens program is really great. Free gym access for teens aged 14-19 until August 31st 2022. Couldn’t be better!

Went in to figure out some issues I had with my membership check-ins and the app. Blessings, I belive her name was, was incredibly helpful. Quick and efficient!

I am a black card member. The gym is insanely small given the large customer population it serves. Many machines (ie treadmills) seem to always be unavailable due to maintenance. During the summer, teens get a free pass, they seem to be more interested in chatting with one another while sitting on machines than working out.

Very basic gym, machines are good but I was expecting at least one zone squat. Smith is an awful machine for squats. Also, there is only one toilet in men's washroom, and 2 days out of service.

Ps - called like 10 times to cancel my membership over the phone looking at their poor service and they don't answer either.

Was recommended by a friend who is a member, so I went in to have a look and the facilities were a good fit for my needs. The staff was helpful and friendly and at the end I wanted to join but was told I could not pay for a full years membership and I had to pre authorize monthly. Having had issues in the past with a different gym where I cancelled my membership but they kept withdrawing money from me, I dont want to go thru that again. I am disappointed that I want to pay and join your facilty but you wont let me. First time ive told by a business that they dont want my money.

This gym is supeeeer tiny and favors cardio machines. Only one weight machine per type of exercise. Locker rooms and general area smells like bad B. O.

The 30 min fitness area always full of people sitting on machines or people taking the weight benches and weights and making their own floor space in there.staff dont do anything or lately theres i think a mother PT w her kids n shes yelling at them filming them, keep being in the background of her videos makes me rly uncomfortable.a lot of people working out barely wearing any clothes at all, not what i come to planet fitness for they sweat all over equipment and never wipe it down its so repulsive.morning guys love to slam the weights, staff do nothing, i have ptsd issues w loud noises so i had trusted planet fitness to be a safe space for me but it isnt.setting up my home gym and happily cancelling my membership.why advertise certain ideals to bring people to feel safe and confortable in your gym n then make it a very nasty experience?

Poor staff Management and policies
I called in, to cancel my membership and they charged me after 5 months of the same saying it's an internal mistake by someone can't do anything, so loose your money.

Come in today with my mom, I have the black card membership and it was my first time bringing someone, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and I was very embarrassed and confused why she was giving us attitude. This is definitely not a good look for the gym, if this happens again will definitely have to speak to the owner n end my membership, this made me and my mother very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Really good. All the equipment are clean and well maintained. Nice facilities at the gym might think of upgrading my membership

Staff canceled my wife's membership and told her to go back to home gym to get refund back when she went to home gym she was told she cannot get refund back because other gym was not supposed to cancel her membership but direct her to home gym to obtain refund then she could proceed to cancel. Now lost her money and cannot get any recourse.

Very poor staff, came to visit the location first time around 11: 25am both the front staff (girl/male) were very poor. Disheartening to see how they treated me, mentioned they are busy can’t show me around, but standing n chit chatting in front desk. Girl have very poor attitude, zero in CSR skills, not at all polite. I will not be joining this location period. Recommendation improve/ review your employee CSR skills before hiring do their skill test not reference.

Very bad experience. The employees work over there are very rude and very bad customer service. It is the worst gym i have ever went.

Good place for workout neat and clean with good equipments. They say they are open 24/7 but they were closed on christmas and boxing day.

I want to close my membership please tell me how to do coz i am out of canada and cudnt going to come for atleast 6 months from now.

The gym is kept extremely hot, I've complained and they do nothing about it! Just pumping hot air at us! Such a waste of $ for the for the company, and the fact that the employees don't care about our comfort is very frustrating! The tanning beds barely work. I've complained about that too, and they've haven't changed the bulbs! They really need to do better than this and hire better people

Very Very bad customer Service. Guy to speak about concern of membership without even notice start making charges when discuss regarding with David was lying about whole process. When i asked to talk about your manager he mentioned to wait for 2 hour to talk to manager then at last mentioned i am also assistant manager. He was lying to me when i asked about why you were not mentioning i am assistant manager & this is only possible to provide clear information but he was misleading. At last he didn’t even close the conversation & ran away without complete conversation.

Best customer service. I would like to mention David and the manager they were really sweet and helpful.

I am completely unsatisfied with my experience at this gym. I cancelled my membership before the lockdowns (February 2020) and thought everything was fine. This week I noticed this week that they've been steadily charging my account since July 2021! I call in, obviously upset that I'm being charged for a cancelled service and am informed by the worker that my account isn't cancelled and that they don't have my paperwork on file to show it as cancelled. After cancelling my account, AGAIN, over the phone, I ask about re-imbursement for the payments that have been taken while my account wasn't even in use. The worker told me that they couldn't reimburse me because there is no record of my cancelling my account in February. I then ask for the number to customer service, because there is no point yelling at him. I call the head office and can't even get through to a real person. Just a machine claiming that most locations are franchises and that I need to deal with that specific location.

I am extremely unhappy with this service, and this shows the entire organization to be an extremely untrustworthy business that is not at all customer focused. I will be putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to resolve this matter.

If you interact with the employees here make sure you perfectly fit into 1960's gender stereotypes - women have long hair & wear pink! And men wear blue & have beards! Because I tried to make changes to MY membership & the employee rudely said "this isn't your account" & demanded photo ID, but still didn't believe me until I pulled out THREE IDs. I guess this must be the "judgement free zone" I keep hearing about from PF.

Good place with better deals but the only thing missing is a swimming pool.hope u guys are looking forward to it.

Many Hidden fees! They told me I have to cancel by the 17th of any month to avoid getting charged. You must go to the gym in person to cancel. So I went on the 13th to cancel my membership, and they said they need 7 days to process the cancellation.so I will get billed for 1 more month. But 2 employees assured me that I will not be charged the annual fee. However, I was still charged the annual fee of $45. I went online & requested a refund, and 10 days later.still no response.

Other small hidden fees: $10 upfront fee. They advertise the monthly fee as only $10 on the radio, (not $10.99), but they actually charge $10.99.

I find it upsetting when a company is dishonest and charges people hidden fees. Planet Fitness trades for over $5 billion on the stock market, and they still steal from people like myself.a young person with student loans.

I canceled my membership before due date but they said you have to notify us 1 week before and that I have to pay one more month. Why is that? How in the world does that make sense, is this a third world government process? It`s just a trick to get another month out of you knowing that you wont come back. Don`t be a scammy business just to get another 10 bucks out of people.

This location has unprofessional staff members. The machines are never properly cleaned down and waiting to work out due to the lack of space is not worth getting a membership here. Recently I cancelled my membership and the employees made it so uncomfortable for me. I'm never coming back.

Staff is courteous and friendly and place is kept clean. Can't go wrong for the price. There are lots of cardio machines but they definitely get taken during the week evenings and around noon at people's lunch times. The hydromassage beds are also worth giving a try with your black card. It would be nice if the gym was a little more weight oriented rather than being mostly cardio oriented.

As they say 'No judgement zone'. Great location, lot of parking. Staff polite. After work out you must try the hydro bed - great after a long day (makes the black card worth it)

It's decent. Not much space to do your own thing (eg. Skipping). Weight area is very limited. Not and price though

This location used to be so good. NOW? Its filled with RUDE employees! If you hate your job, find a NEW job. I will definitely be changing locations.

The owner is awful. He has threatening yellow notes posted all over the front entrance that you will be refused entry unless you change your shoes the minute you walk in. I always bring my running shoes with me and change in the change room. He wanted me to change at the entrance and leave my EXPENSIVE uggs at the front. NO. Unless he has a legally binding paper that he signs stating that he will replace my boots if stolen then there is no way that I would leave my boots at the front. Then right in front of me someone else walks in with running shoes and they let him just walk right in. And think about the logic in all of this. Even if I changed my shoes I would bring them with me into the change room. Depending on the weather my boots could still very well be wet and have salt on them once I leave. So saying that the salt will ruin the machines makes zero sense. As well I've been a member of goodlife and other gyms. Never have I had the front staff harass me to change my outdoor shoes. The normal thing that everyone does is change in the change room. At this point I cancelled my membership. They should focus on the smell in the change room vs everyone changing their shoes.

I had a good workout. It was a bit crowded but still got my workouts in. Seen quite a few baddies working out but yeaaa

The price is excellent & I love working out at planet fitness because they have treadmills but not during peak hours because they all end up full. It's not so bad if you come during odd hours. I'm really disappointed that the abb room is overloaded with machines so there is no comfortable area designated for your mat/floor workout. Every time I go to the abb room to do my floor workout its crowded with people and overloaded with machines so I leave unsatisfied that I did not finish my workout.

All gym basics are there. Facility is clean. Staff courteous. Can get too crowded during rush hours and difficult to move around.

Staff are rude, make you feel unwelcomed and the feeling that they are judging you! Staff love to get into arguments with the Guests! Never coming back here!

Worst customer service ever! What logic is it that a person has to pay 20 dollars a day jus to try out the gym when a monthly fee is 10 dollars. Not that bright on getting ppl. A gym that charges 60 or more gives ppl a free week pass. Pathetic! Worst ever

Very disappointed, staff are extremely rude, not polite at all, they fule around with members requests, when asked to contact manager he’s never available and when he is he doesn’t help at all, very rude. Employees are the worse, they dont have matters and reply back without filter. Unfortunately its my “home gym” however I prefer to travel few Km and go to the one on Finch & Jane where employees are far more helpful and friendly. I’ve been with Goodlife for over 5 years and never had any issues, one week after I became a Planet Fitness member I had a major issue with the employees at this location witch denied my entrance because it was snowing and I didn’t had an extra pair of shoes, I was never informed I will need to bring an extra pair, the way that 2 inconvenient and unpolite ladies treated me was very disrespectful. I do not recommend this location at all, Jane & Finch club its much much better and has more machines.

Dummies working here used to be good place but with their stupid policies and worst customer service skills and attitude issues are adding up bad rating and reviews special thanks to the manager for ruining everything at this location keep it up good work buddy

Their customer service was great until early 2018 or may be late 2017. Since then every so often there was a new so called policy. Well, last one I realized is taking off your shoes at the entrance and funny thing is they are not responsible for your shoes incase some else take it. Not a great customer service, very arrogant.

Good cheap place for regular workouts. Machines are quite limited and its very crowded in evening hours.

Small lowkey gym, not as many equipments as your Goodlife fitness but better because here is a non judgmental and everyone minds their own business. Best time to go is morming or evening when its less crowded.

It's cheap, as result it always full. So it a waste of time going there. Space limited and they need more equipments.

Conveniently located at the corner of Hwy 27 & Rexdale this gym is a bit on the small side but the prices can't be beat.

Much like any gym they have their busy times where there can be a wait for some of the popular machines but there's plenty of equipment to go around.

What I love about this place is how hard to staff work to keep it clean. If it's not wiping down machines, they're cleaning the locker rooms of emptying the garbage. Definitely a nice thing to see.

I opted for their premium card so I have the ability to go to other clubs across Canada and the USA. Best part is I have access to the Spa! The water massage is my absolute favorite.

Any of my interactions at the front desk have been good. No complaints there

I saw other planet fitness branch service and that's why i transferred my membership to etobicoke. From the first day i was disappointed with the service and staff behaviour. Once i was coming to the gym and as i was on important call staff did not request me or anything and straightaway told me that you are not allow to use phone in the gym area, Is this your hospitality? As number of members always use their phone and i hardly use it as i don't even like interference while working out. Secondly, gym always smells bad and overcrowded. Finally, as i went yesterday for cancel my membership, i guess it was the manager there. He did not even ask me single time that why you want to cancel your membership? And on the top of that as i received my email copy of cancelation form in that they mentioned the reason as No time-too busy-no usage. Wow i really appreciate as you decided by your own my reason and written in it. Customer service level seriously at the worse level.

It is so sad to sit here and read, how most of us get the best and more out of our 20.00 or 10.00 a month from this gym. I know the place might be small but it is set up really nice, come on people, take your time and pray for the best, that one day, Staples gonna close and wow see planet fitness takes over the whole show, then we gonna find something else to say.
For me, I am not a person who looks to find fault, I go to work out, I get the best for my money and more, I am surround by pleasant staff and a well clean environment. I keep saying this I feel at home, a home away from home, this makes me feels encourage and keep going.
For customer service I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and I am amazed really amazed to see some young staff there, at planet fitness goes all the way our of bounds, providing excellent customer service. If everyone goes through the door can be able to write a review, I am sure they will have the same to say.
I salute KWABENA, TAM, KEVIN, MARIA, DAMOY, just to name a few for all your wonderful support for the company in providing good customer service to us.
