This location is pretty decent. Clean and great equipments to guarantee your success! Stephanie and the team were helpful in enabling smooth transition for me and my workout buddies thank you!

Join the gym after Covid, and I go there every day, it help me on my weight loss journey and now I made new friends I feel better and healthy I recommend.

PF has come a long way since I originally joined back in 2015. I am beyond impressed with how clean their facilities are and how well kept all their equipment is! Love the easiness of the app usage and the fact that they're still able to keep their price point so affordable makes it the best gym option out there in the market at this moment. The two locations that I am speaking about directly are in Brampton (Kennedy road & Vodden) & (Steels & Resolution).

No off days here… makes me feel younger and regret the time I’ve lost for even when I was younger…

Good place to workout and have many equipments to build up your body and hit each part of your muscle

Got my locker broken because someone thought it was her locker. This is why I always brought my gym bag on the floor but they complain about that too like am here stealing weights. This is why I don’t trust putting my things in the lockers. They had mentioned a staff had gone in with the girl but she could have easily lie and say that was her stuff. I had my car keys in my locker as well. The staff are a joke, I never seen them clean nothing, paper towels are always out. Never seen any cleaning done. More talking amongst themselves then doing some work. I will be cancelling my membership. If you’re looking for job where you do nothing but chit chat apply here. Funny how I get a reply for the bag part not no apology for the rest. So weights on the floor is fine right? Those people don’t trip on? Makes a lot of sense.

My everytime i visit planet fitness its a different its very peaceful, calm, clean and the vibes just right.i love it there and i recommend any one who want a comfortable experience to visit there.

Went to sign up today. The only thing they didn't ask for was the rights to my first born son.

We’ll spaced, organize and clean. Most equipment are working and easy to use. Associates are very accommodating and nice.

Great place to workout. Friendly environment. Plus I haven't been there in a week. It's my go to gym place

A clean and spacious gym that encourages people to be fit and big boned like Eric Cartman after a hard workout, as long as you obey their rules.
The famous lunk alarm sounds like a war zone alarms.
The polite and friendly staff encourages you to pig out.in moderation on their complimentary free bagels & pizza on their first Monday/Tuesday of the month.

Worsttt worsstttt gym on the planet. They never respond to calls. I have been calling them from days during working hours to cancel my membership and they charged me already. Thank god i have changed my gym…… DON’T go to this gym and especially this location. Not worth it… the gym has 0 customer service and unreachable customer support

Few words. Excellent Staff. Super clean.equipments sanitized constantly.spacious.awesome place to workout. As awesome, knowledgeable and ready to help the staff is. Meet the manager Reena. Go to her with a problem and walk out with a Solution. Happy.

Pros-
1. Lively environment with good music
2. They have massage chairs and other similar luxuries.
3. Staff is polite
4. A good place for someone who has never been to gym before, as they have a no judgement/ criticism policy.
5. Budget friendly membership.
6. Neat and clean.

Cons-
1. Doesn't have the necessary gym equipment like- squat rack, barbells for free weights, you have to rely on smith machine for deadlift, squats and bench press.
2. It is definitely not the gym for intermediate or advanced bodybuilders. Avoid this gym if you fall into this category.
3. They have a lunk alarm policy. So you can't lift heavy weights and make grunting sounds which come in naturally, you cannot wear gym tank tops or carry a big gallon gym water bottle. Basically you cannot do anything related to serious bodybuilding.
4. Do not buy a lock from them, as it will break in a few days. (See the image)

Conclusion- its a good gym for people who just want to stay active and have the luxuries like massage chairs etc, but, definitely not for serious bodybuilding.

This Planet Fitness is not it so if you're looking for good customer service don't go here. I tried to call three times to inquire about switching to their location and they didn't answer so I called another location and they answered and said that this location never answers their phone.anyway I'm still going to go to the gym and see how it is but I know that them not picking up the phone call was a red flag.very dissatisfied. (get employees that will actually answer the phone respectfully)

Planet fitness has everything I need to do a proper workout. I come early morning, around 4 am and the whole gym is almost empty, giving me access to all the machines and weights The staff is very nice and courteous. Thank you Planet fitness.

Hi, I never give bad reviews to anyone. But, today I had such a bad experience at Vooden street Planet fitness. It was pathetic, when someone pull out you all the in front of everyone.
Well, I transfered my membership from one of Planet fitness to Vooden street Planet fitness. But, one of the lady who doesn't have the manners how to talk someone, always stopped me, and asking again and again very rudely. I explained her everything, she even talked to other Planet fitness where I previously working out. They approved, even vooden street planet fitness staff they approved. But, today again she again and she is like, HEY YOU, COME IN FRONT, what is this language, this is how you talk to someone.
I am not going to use Planet Fitness neven again in whole life, because of this lady and her behavior. Please learn some manners first before you deal with someone, and Staff please teach her everything, all the policies and procedures in Planet fitness so that no body leave their favorite place because of her.

Planet fitness needs to give this guy, Joshua, a BIG raise. He's absolutely amazing! He's always smiling. He's always greeting you and he always helps you around. He made an effort to know and then remember my name, and greets me every time he sees me with a big smile. This guy literally makes my morning. If anyone from the management is reading this, needs to give this guy a big raise

Most of the people don’t clean the machines after they use them and some people occupy two three machines at the same time, they keep the bottle etc on one machine to occupy that and they use the other one at same time.
Hydro massage is not working since months and I was told that they are waiting for the parts from US. Initially when I asked for a tour of gym before joining and after joining, I was always told that they can’t leave the reception so will not be able to give me a tour. That was sorted only after my complaint to manager.
I hope the management take some corrective action about all these issues.

My first time at this location, and my last. I did not even start my workout because the front desk is not helpful at all, very demanding and unwelcoming. Her name is Ashley, thanks for nothing. All I asked was to keep my locker keys safe while I work out but Ashley has no interest or duty to accommodate customers. And here I am writing this review while going to another location which will help for sure. Ashley never again.

The Management is really bad. I don't know how lazy they are. They don't even take responsibility to clean the equipment and always there is big line-up outside the gym. We all know there is a covid but they don't count the capacity in every 30mints/hour how many people are in. One time I was in the gym and I count only there is 35 people inside doing workout and outside there is 25 people waiting to let in.

This location isn't the cleanest in terms of staff wiping machines down due to Covid, but they are relying on people who use the gym to do so which not many that I have seen while being in the gym have done. I feel a little rattled thinking that with people coming and going and no scheduled time slots to use the gym, I'm at a greater risk using this gym.

Never been to a gym that doesnt let you bring in a certain size water bottle. I was working out and an employee took my gym bag without asking. They tell you to wear a mask but the employees dont wear it properly themselves. Ruined my workout and i left immediately. Dissapointing experience. Hiring team definetely smokes crack before interviews.

Worst service and bad behaviour of the front desk team (specially there is a lady she doesn’t know how to behave with customers, moreover she was so loud and she laugh on customers I will not recommend anyone to go in Vodden location

Allot has happen since covid, during the pandemic there was ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to cancel gym membership. I called all the number even the US sent emails no reply. I checked my bank account and I’m still being charge.
I’m the modern day world we live in only we I can cancel, is in person or register mail! I’ve moved out of province so now I have to probably drive in to cancel because I don’t trust register as I feel they would say the didn’t get my letter. COMPLETE nonsense!

I have been to 3 different locations and the Kennedy location is by far the best one! Clean, lots of equipment to get a great workout.

I am member at planet fitness but recently lost my key tag and came to get it today and the lady was so rude at the reception today vodden location. And worst thing is waiting in que for just getting key tag.

My father joined planet fitness at this location since 2015. He had went into the location and cancelled the membership over 2-3 years now. My father doesn't really check his accounts so it wasn't untill i was looking over his accounts that I realized that they are still pulling money out of his account!

He tried to call/ contact them mutiple times, as well as have me email them and the head office and no one picks up or responds. During this pandemic they wont even allow anyone to cancel. They can even see as proof that he never went back to the gym since he thought he cancelled it. He only visited the gym 3-4 times in the span of 5 years.

I guess they only respond when they want you to sign up and grab your money, but when you want to cancel they hold onto your money and won't respond back. I would give this location zero stars but sadly thats not an option.

Good staff, clean place for workout basically my membership is from USA but I often visit Canada I have been to this location over all it’s good but I find it’s too small and workout machines are too close to each other

I cancelled my account 4 months prior and they still took our $24.85 from my account 4 months later. So for 3 months they didn't take anything out and thought they're slick taking money out 4 months later. I spoke to my bank they couldn't refund it because i have a positive balance on my account (my bank sucks for this). This is full out fraud on their behalf. I'm not rich so i noticed the $24.85.

Inexpensive and lots of good machines EXCEPT the treadmills aren't great here. A lot of them slip under weight over 200lbs making them unsafe to use. Not 1 or 2 of them, multiple.
Otherwise very clean place, lots of variety in exercise rooms and the free classes are a fantastic bonus. Recommend to everyone!

Pros: Customer Service is very good, it has lot of cardio machines.

Cons: Not much free weights available, if you want to do squads you have to use smith machine, there is no barbell to add more plates, the maximum weight they have is 60 LBS. I had to cancel my membership in 15 days: (

Simple, affordable, clean and has everything you need for between 10 and 20$ a month. I have the premium membership which includes running beds, total body, chair and hydrobed massage. Definitely worth it!

For me, this place is best. If you want to live a healthy life then this is the place! Professional trainers and well working equipments. Definitely recommended.

The gym don’t have euipment for bench press. The people do bench press on smith machine.but its cheaper option for gym lover.

For the most part great staff, ample cardio equipment, clean facility (better than LA). Two strong points to note here is one, you have the flexibility in schedule; it's a 24 hour gym and two the price is a 75 % cheaper than the major competitors. The only caveats here, are the free weight selection is pretty small and there is a crazy rush from 4 - 8 pm Monday to Friday.

Do not expect to see two of the same machines and their equipment is broke for the black members one of the two massagers doesn't quite work and the total body machine is complete junk

Good equipments, clean, changing room, shower facility, lockers, all cardio possible machines, economical, hydromassage, Tanner for black card holders, Free Toffee, Free breakfast once in every month, not specified timings for females else every thing is good

Pretty good gym. Open 24 hours and the price is amazing. There is enough equipment for me to get a good workout in. No problems.

Planet fitness is the best gym in Brampton area, the prices are very low and the quality of the gym is top class.

Loads of cardio equipment and decent range of machines. Good range of clients too, from the gym rats to the new to fitness lifestyle.

If anything could be changed. I'd love to see mirrors in the tanning rooms.
