I am not sure why they are rated so high but in my experience that is not the case.

They were supposed to change oil and fluids and basic checks but they did not do extra measure which I have paid for.
When I asked for the spec checklist, it was not filled and nothing was checked and they just have changed the oil only.

Brakes life, battery, tire treads, lights and even the coolant was not re-filled and the guy tells me we did them but not fill the form and you do not need coolant over minimum when the car is off.

What they are good at is pushing for extra and unnecessary stuff to charge you extra 600$ when you go in for oil change.
Don’t get me started for 150$ labour charge.

Do not recommend.

Just wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to sales Sales Consultant Sara Patania, Service Advisor Venezia Monti and Manager Richard. I recently purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer in August. From day one of dealing with Sara up until delivery day, she was amazing to deal with! Professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. Kept me up to date with every step of the sales process, even offered to drop the car to me wherever I was that day because of my tricky work schedule! One of the best experiences I’ve had in a while with a dealership. I love this new SUV - the ride is smooth! The handling, comfort, features and everything else are all up to my standards. The SUV had a small little issue with the driver’s seat headrest and a small moulding piece on the exterior (all good - stuff happens!) nothing that I was disappointed with but Richard and Venezia went out of their way to fix it for me in a timely manner and I am truly satisfied with everything that this place has done for me. You have my loyalty and I’ll be driving a Ford for many years to come. A genuine thank you from me and keep up the good work. This Planet Ford team is exceptional!

Alejandro is the top-notch salesman at the dealership.

From start to finish, he was always on top of things, making sure all my needs were met, and I'm stoked about my truck.

The only bone to pick is the snail-paced delivery of all the accessories I bought with the car. It's a tough call: either wait around without the car until everything arrives, or leave without all the stuff I paid for.

The team gets a solid 100% recommendation from me.

I'll never buy a vehicle from this place again. Everyone I've dealt with after buying my truck there years ago is ignorant and rude. Called the parts department looking for something and the guy working there got frustrated because I asked him to repeat a part number. He goes on to tell me he has 4 other people waiting on line and he has no time for this. Meanwhile I waited 9 minutes for someone to answer my call so I was one of the people waiting as well. Never had this problem at Colony Ford on Queen street I'll just learn my lesson and deal with them next time.

I picked up a 2021 F150 on Wednesday from here and I could not be happier with the purchase. I was lucky enough to be helped by DANNY who hands down made this the best service experience possible. From the time I placed the order to the time I picked up the truck the level of service and excellent communication from Danny has been top notch. When picking up the truck he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. If you are in the market for a vehicle do not hesitate to go to planet ford and ask for Danny, you will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a new Ford Bronco and had gone to 2 other Ford dealerships prior to coming at Planet Ford and the service provided by Randeep Singh is the best I’ve encountered from any salesperson thus far. Randeep kept us informed of our new vehicle status and he actually knew the vehicle’s features and answered all our questions well. Rest of the team was great too. We went to planet Ford just to see what’s new that’s it no plans to buy anything, as soon we entered we saw Eric with huge smile on his face at his desk. He was so respectful and sweet answered all of our questions and showed all of the new vehicles that were available for sale when we saw BRONCO Big Bent we liked it right away my husband ended up buying it right away just because Eric was just too sweet he didn’t push us or tried to sell like other ppl do we had full freedom to buy or walk away just because of the excellent customer service we got from Eric and manager Ahsan we ended up giving our business to Planet Ford Brampton no hassle no pressure no misinformation just love these guys will recommend them to all of our family/ friends. I bought a 2019 F-150 from these people and was given a free set of winter tires along with the sale. Only to find out they were installed on my truck without being balanced, which is a huge safety concern. The sales rep I talked to told me they would never release the vehicle such a huge safety risk. Terrible experience with this dealership

Very bad service now. I went for a regular service and I told I have battery problems. They change my starter I pay unnecessary 1000$ for that I got aging that problem and I call them they said bring tye car I went there they now its a battery problem. They check everything yesterday after that my both head lamps are not working. Now they are saying we are not responsible for that. I lost my money and time.

Great People here at dealership.
My sales person was Peter Bana and manager James.
Such a great experience and kept every single promise the gave me.
I had great experience dealing with them and service doesn't ends there, my main concern was after service and they got it 5 star.

Btw I purchased 2021 F150 Lariat from them Look wise is beautiful truck, quality I have huge doubts as it failed me in my expectations, battery failure, Alarm goes off randomly, heating went off, apple car play doesnt work as expected and all these in just 1 month and less than 800km.

But this review is about dealership and their service which I am giving 5 stars.

They match the deal with other dealerships and also gave me bit extra which I deeply appreciate it.

Thanks James for your service as well as you meant good customer service in every single way.

I have booked my recall appointment twice and guess what- they rescheduled my appointment without telling me.
So for service dept I am giving 1 star.
They needed to get things straight with appointments.
So taking away 2 star for that.

Worse experience. They gave me the appointment for oil change after 2 weeks even though I told them m running over kilometres and cause of I was 40 mins late on my appointment date. They cancelled it and offered me another for next week lol I can't stop driving the car and wait for their time. Specially when I hv paid the money upfront for service. They haven't fix my truck's headlight. One light is dim (low) And they said they don't c that. Everytime people tells me on road about headlight is dimmer than the other but unfortunately ford Machanic's don't c that.

Sara Patania,

Was absolutely outstanding throughout the whole process. She was intelligent, knowledgeable, non pushy, kind and a great listener.

She listened to all my needs and wants in my Truck and she made it all possible.

Her young age did not reflect her professionalism what so ever. She handled herself like a true professional and as seasoned vet.

To be honest, I thought we were the same age! That is how much confidence and character she has.

I believe the best part of Sara despite working WONDERS for me and making me stay within my budget. Was her non pushiness. She NEVER ONCE pressured me into buying anything from her. She said "If I can help you out, great if I can`t then at least I gave you the time and knowledge. If Chevy and other competitors can give you a better pricing and deal, go for it".

Those sentences is what ultimately sold me. It was her character and her genuineness. She really cared for me as an individual and a consumer.

Once I was sure about everything, she made the process really smooth and went above and beyond. She put me with the best people possible.

She made me feel comfortable and never left my side until I left the lot. Even then she followed up to make sure everything was right. Sara made sure I FULLY understood everything about the truck.

There is not enough words about how thrilled I am with dealing with Sara, especially as this is my first time ever leasing a vehicle by myself.

Sara and the supporting casts were absolutely phenomenal.

Will definitely recommend her and this Ford dealership to anyone I know.

We had a fantastic Car buying experience from Planet Ford. Staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I would like to applaud our sales Rep Ishaan Verma for her excellent customer service skills and product knowledge. She clarified all our queries in regards to the vehicle and also gave us proper reasons to choose Ford Explorer over other available options in the market. She has a very good technique of following up and made sure the deal is closed. We never felt that we were pushed and for sure happy with the pricing we got. Isabelle-Finance manager was also very helpful. Definitely recommend Planet Ford and Ishaan Verma. Good job. Keep it up.

First off, I want to say the buying experience was excellent here. Atif is a great guy, and does everything in his power to make you happy. If you want to buy here, go to Atif. My issues came later. Being out of town- I went to planet ford based on price (obviously), but great reviews. After a week of owning my 'Ford Certified' 2016 F150, I had to take time off work to go back and have the tech replace the rotors. Just over a month in, I have had to take it in to my local Ford dealer to have the transfer case rebuilt. Report from the local dealer- Brand new transfer case fluid, rusted internal hubs. So obviously there was an issue there. Also, I was told I had received An-or A new tire because the alignment had been slightly off. Nope, all four tires are the same date code. I understand certain things are outside of a dealerships control- but don't lie to me. I gave Planet Ford a chance to make things right while my truck is in the shop- as the local dealer does not offer loaner vehicles. Nope no return call. Buyer Beware i guess.

The day we decided to visit Planet Ford at Brampton Auto Mall, we were greeted and introduced to Maninder Singh, the Sales Representative.

He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, presented us with different options and most importantly was not too pushy to close the deal (as other salesmen would normally do). He gave us time to go through the options and get back to him. When we finally decided to go in for the Ford Edge, he gladly assisted us through the finalization of the sales invoice and clearly advised us that it would take around 8-12 weeks for the vehicle to be ready once the booking was confirmed.

While booking the vehicle, we had booked the burgundy colour, however after a couple of weeks we decided to change it to Ruby Red. Maninder was very prompt and accommodating and made sure that the change was done. He was prompt in providing updates and was easily reachable. Once the vehicle arrived at the showroom, he called and gave us 2 days to get our insurance and down payment ready as well. When we visited him to finalize the pricing and the ownership of the vehicle he explained to us the complete invoice, the financing plan, so we knew exactly what we are paying for. On the day we visited the showroom to pick up our vehicle on 30th Aug 2018, he gave us a very good demo about all the features the vehicle has to offer and readily answered all our doubts and queries. He made everything so easy for us and we didn’t have to bother much as we knew he did everything to make the whole process stress-free.

We were extremely very happy with the service rendered by Maninder and Planet Ford and will definitely recommend him to our contacts who would be interested in Ford.

I recently leased a 2018 Ford Escape at Planet Ford, and I received fantastic customer service from the staff there and could not have asked for a better experience. In particular, Waseem (Sales Manager) and Lilly (Sales Consultant) went above and beyond to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and that all my concerns were thoroughly addressed. They are both extremely knowledgeable and helped to make my experience a pleasant and stress-free one! We bought the Ford Escape 2018 with SEL trim & are not regretting
one bit for going with this Car, that's loaded with technology.
Partial reason we went with this Car is for the Ford brand which everybody knows, but also because of the fantastic service that Planet Ford provided.
We were attended to by the Sales Consultant Ms. Lily, who was extremely good in her approach to convince us, to follow-up & to provide everything that we needed including Test drives, specifications etc.
She went that extra mile to make us feel welcome as Customers to their showroom and so we had no doubts that Ford is the brand for our family car.

I want to start off by saying how very happy i am to have dealt with planet ford.i needed 2 recalls fixed on my car.i first went to colony ford in Feburary and they said they will book me in once the parts come in.it is July and still no word from them.everytime i used to call they would say part still not in.so i took it upon myself to contact planet ford.within 2 weeks i was booked in and the recall was fixed.not only that. Ryan at service was so helpful and very polite.i will always return to planet Ford and i highly recommend them.

I have been looking at pickups since I traded mine three years ago and have been searching for one ever since. I am so happy to say that I believe after all my internet searching I got the best deal possible at Planet Ford thanks to Lilly Chauhan. She is a salesperson that knows how to treat a customer with no pressure but at the same time very knowledgeable and created the best deal without the pressure. After sales she has been excellent in making sure that everything was to my satisfaction. She is a joy to deal with and am hoping to have many years of fun and trouble free joy in my new vehicle. If you are looking for a new Ford I would highly recommend you go see Lilly.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Andre & Phil at Planet Ford about a year ago when we leased a new Escape. I cannot say enough about the service we received from both Andre & Phil. Phil was knowledgeable about the product he was selling and a year later, he remembered me when I called about a question I had about my lease. I would recommend Planet Ford to anyone looking to buy or lease a Ford!

Bought a used Jeep April 2,2018. Two months later I noticed a thumping noise in the rear end of my car only to find two wheel bolts had snapped off and all the others were less than hand tight! My wheel was just about to fall off! I suspect they weren’t torked down properly during safety check. When I brought this to their attention they refused to accept responsibility and told me “someone probably tried to steal your wheel”. Extremely unlikely. Given 3 out of the four tires all had to be tightened as well. They refused to fix it. I went elsewhere to get it repaired and while the mechanic was repairing that I asked him what condition the brakes were in and he told me they JUST BARELY pass certification. They supposedly put $2000 into it during safety but I see NO evidence of that. Brakes weren’t done, tire tread barely passed. Seems like they did the absolute bare minimum. Myself and my family have bought many used vehicles in the past and whenever anything was that close to barely passing safety they always put new brakes new tires. Whatever it needed. Not this place. The customer service regarding the tire bolts was terrible. I would never buy a car here again and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

“ Exceeds Expectations! ”
I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Ishan Verma took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. She even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Ishan Verma. It was worth going at Planet Ford.

I went into Planet Ford with the intent of having some service done on my 2014 Ford Escape, in speaking with Sara Patania (Sales rep) we figured out that it was much more beneficial given the upcoming expenses that would be needed for my vehicle that we look at upgrading to the 2018 Ford Escape. Sara was very professional and knowledgeable and she was totally right! My payments have gone down and now I have warranty again and won't need to be buying new tires in the spring:) I would recommend Sara and Planet Ford to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle!

On August 2nd 2018 I picked up my New F150 from Planet Ford.
After searching for my truck and giving my local Ford Dealer the opportunity to get me the same truck, I was totally disrespected by them on more than 1 occasion. Not so the case at Planet Ford. I contacted them, and right from the start, my Sales Rep Sara Patania made me feel comfortable and confident with my leasing process. Most of our dealings we done by phone, email and text which I don't usually do for such a big purchase but everything was smooth and flawless.
Planet Ford has a new customer in me and my Local Welland Dealer does not. It was well worth the 1.5 hour drive to get to Planet Ford.

I've been in the market for the past 6 months for a truck that would best suit my style and taste. I dealt with Sara Patania who was indeed a pleasure to work with and the best of all she found me exactly what I was looking for. She stuck with me throughout the entire ordeal and never gave up and I am so not the easiest customer to deal with. A pretty bad a$$ Lariat! I am writing this review to thank your Ford dealership in affording me the opportunity to purchase my used 2014 Fusion May 15 2018, what a beauty, but more importantly to thank my salesman Frank Reid. Frank didn’t sell me a car, rather he sold me the environment to let me pick the vehicle of my choice without any pressure. This impressed me and made my choice so much easier. He told me to feel free to call him at home if he wasn’t there to answer any questions I may have, and I took him up on it a couple times.

I have always been a good judge of character and I found Frank to be honest, a man of integrity and has a good sense of humor, which I enjoy. I would buy my next car from Frank and would strongly recommend him to other people.
