This has to be the worst place to work for. They only know how to exploit people and how to get cheap labour out of people. They know how the law works, so they get people through agencies, they don’t want to take any responsibility for the employee and will fire you without any reason, without second thoughts even after working more than 9 months.
The whole place is run by some idiotic illiterate morons who will try to demoralize you and undermine you just so that they can satisfy their ego.
Stay away if you want a good place to settle and if you want to be valued.

I met a lot of really great people there. The friendships I made were the best part hands down. If your looking for a management position there your gonna have a great time. Easy work, very human working conditions. Full phone privileges. If you’re planning on working on the floor best of luck to you. Nothing was ever ready for me or working when I showed up. Just knowing where you are gonna work that day is a challenge in itself. A paper was taped on the wall every day with the lineup for where all the workers would have to be. Usually done 3 minutes before you start to work. All 100+ workers would group/huddle up around the paper like animals to see where they were placed. Ironically there was no line made in order to see the line up.

You were constantly given impossible tasks. And if you were lucky enough to complete them you were faced with more work. There was 0 room for error, but at the same time I was given so much broken equipment, faulty machines, and lazy co workers. Often times I would be doing 75% of the work for a two person job. I was given dirty parts that were often stored outside. Any damaged part I was given could not be traced backwards to see who had done it. But any part I damaged was traced back to me.

I worked through so many of my own breaks at that job just to feel ready enough to work through the upcoming 2 hour stretch. I carried so many other people through there days. They had this sign up sheet to go home early. After about a year I stopped signing it all together because the system it used was corrupt. Unless you worked there for 20 years or more you are not leaving early. Even if the job is not set up or working all day. I had many days of which I did nothing but stand around waiting for my parts to come, or machine to start working. But again I could not leave.

When I hurt my back my workflow slowed down. I told management about it. Later that week I was penalized about it. Was forced to sign a paper saying if I didn’t speed up my work I could be in trouble. Or lose my job. My back was messed up from all the hard work I did for that place. My first write up was for checking the time on my phone. A month later the same supervisor who wrote me up helped a friend of mine do “words with friends” on his phone at a station I was working at. The nicest thing they ever did for me was when they let me quit.

This review is for that Caucasian lady with black hair at the shipping office at the back. Showing drivers attitude and acting like a Karen only shows how much of a pathetic sadistic individual you are.

Pathetic company to work on any post. Work culture is really toxic. The numbers and efficiency they expect is laughable and with the issues with their robots and machines that they will never fix. Break times are also like 8-20-8 minutes. 1 minute late and you can pack your things. Lastly they will kick you out without anything telling you or asking you. So many of my friends have faced the same problem. They can cancel your shift anytime but you yourself are not expected to take a off.

I want to give 0 star worst place to work. Nothing organized nobody trained you and supervisors are very rude they don’t know to deal with employees.

The company doesn't worth spending time working there because of their slogan of "hire and fire" syndrome. I worked there wholeheartedly, worked very hard and always meeting and exceeding my daily tasks and after few months I was layed off for no reason. Even, after months It still affects me psychologically because I took my job very serious: I don't call for absent, I don't come late, and I worked very hard.

I give this place 0 stars. There horrible. They fire you for no reason. That’s why nobody stays with them and that’s why they’re always hiring. 0 STARS! The supervisors and the manager are rude and not professional at all.
