This is the first time I’ve contacted Platinum Moving & Delivery Services Inc.and I was so impressed by their work ethic. They arrived 15 minutes early to set up and begin the move. They placed blankets on the floor in order to protect my hardwood floor from scratches and carefully wrapped up all my furniture.
They are incredibly efficient as well as courteous but most of all professional. I’m very thankful to them for making this moving experience stress-free. I will certainly recommend Platinum again!

We used Platinum Moving to move all the contents of our home that we owned for 41 years. It consisted of vintage furniture and many fragile items. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. When they delivered the contents into our new home every time they entered they removed their shoes so as not to scratch or dirty our floors. That blew me away. Everything arrived unscathed. They are hard working and very pleasant as well as respectful of our belongings and us. I would highly recommend this firm in fact I already have and my friends were highly satisfied with their move as well.

Platinum Moving did an excellent job with our move from a condo to a house in downtown Toronto. They were well prepared, wrapped up all our furniture professionally (with clean wrap and blankets) and expertly maneuvered around the narrow stairs and levels of the house. They were very positive and helpful throughout. I don’t think you could get a more reasonable price for this quality of service. The only thing to remember to budget is the extra hour they charge on top of the move for travel time from their offices (30 min before and after the move). I think this is in lieu of the minimum time that other companies charge. Overall, this move was a very positive experience.

Eddy and his team provided a great moving experience, from start to finish. I was provided with a reasonable, accurate quote and any questions I had were answered promptly. They arrived ahead of schedule in moving day and got down to business quickly. The team was efficient, professional, courteous and friendly. Floors and stairs were covered to prevent scratching of hardwood and dirtying of carpet. The team removed their boots when entering the house. All items were wrapped and packed securely in the truck. Unpacking was quick, with great care taken to not mark the walls of my new home that were freshly painted. A great moving experience. I highly recommend Platinum Moving!
