I bought a Vibe 26RK here. I wanted a couple of things added as well as a swap of furniture and the team here were fantastic. From Peter doing the sales pitch to Nicole working on the financing and the team doing the PDI and installing the hitch for me. They all had great help and a lot of fun to work with. The team really comes together and makes things happen.

Overall, the sales experience was good. The after sales warranty service was not so great. Although I bought the camper in June, I am still trying to sort out issues. I am from NS and have tried to give advance notice for when I was travelling in Ontario to try to arrange repairs but unfortunately could not be accommodated.

Platinum RV were wonderful to work with. They helped us get just the right RV for our trip and pick up and return were super easy.

All our questions were answered and all the paperwork was handle by platinum. When we picked up our trailer it was hassle free and our appt was on time. They installed our smart shunt for measuring the lithium battery specs.

Fabulous customer service delivered by Nichole and Tina at the parts and service department. They went out of their way to order special glycol heat transfer fluid from a US company and arrange to have it drop shipped to me. This may not be a regular order. The transaction may not lead to ongoing business from me, given that I live in eastern Ontario, but I felt like I was treated like a regular, platinum customer. If I need special items for my T@B trailer, I know who I will call. Efficient, friendly, and excellent customer service. Thank you Nicole and Rina.

After a bad experience at 2 local dealerships and lack of stock in our area we drove the 3 hours to Erin and are thankful we did. The trailers advertised online were in stock along with other models. Staff was very helpful but not pushy in the least. We were left to browse the inventory on our own with staff close by to answer any questions. We ended up purchasing a new travel trailer that was out of our budget at other dealerships but under budget there. There were no hidden fees, just the advertised price plus tax. We were also given some extras for ourselves and our grandchildren along with $150 store credit. I would recommend them to anyone and will gladly drive the 3 hours to shop there again. Special thanks to Peter our salesman. Can't wait to pick it up on the 8th.

When we checked the reviews, we decided that we would use this dealership to buy our new Braxton Creek trailer and exchange our smaller one.even though this dealership was much further away. The owner gave us a good price for our trade in even without actually seeing our trailer. He even gave us a $150.00 store credit. In the beginning there was some miscommunication over the registration and the license was put into the wrong names. We had to go to MTO to get that straightened out. Then we noticed water leaking thru the wall in the shower and some other minor issues We were frustrated over these problems but the dealership fixed all the warranty problems for us and Tim even gave us a clip to lock the hitch down while we were driving without even charging us.

In July 2020, we purchased a new travel trailer from Platinum RV, and the purchase experience was easy, friendly, and flawless. Unfortunately, a few months after receiving our new trailer, we experienced the major failure of the glycol based heating system, as well as several other issues. We had a series of floods inside the camper from the heater, as well as other leaks related to the fit and finish of the trailer.

Despite extensive delays due to the Covid19 pandemic, the team at Platinum RV did everything they could to placate us while sourcing the parts to repair our trailer, but ultimately the residual damage from the floods was irreparable. Platinum RV then negotiated on our behalf with the trailer manufacturer to organize a replacement trailer for us at no charge. They worked on this solution for nearly 18 months, and our new new trailer was delivered yesterday.

We're thrilled with the after-purchase support offered by this dealer, and are confident that they are an outlier among RV dealers.

Just want to share how smooth things went purchasing my new Bushwacker 15 FK at Platinum RV. I picked it up on a Monday with a detailed demo at the shop and left for Florida on Tuesday. The unit has worked beautifully. Used the furnace a few nights on the way down and air conditioning for the next 2 weeks in Florida sunshine. Love it!

Great overall. Camper was delivered with a tear in one of the bench seats and a tear in the door seal. Little difficult to book appointments for service which don’t require you to take a day off work. Drop off flexibility would be great for some of us that do not have time during the week. Seems like you have to take a day off work to drop off on their schedule and drop off when it’s convenient for them.

The Platinum Team are all amazing, they go above and beyond to satisfy.

The cost was better than all the other dealerships I visited, and they are very honest, thank you Peter.

The RV was setup perfectly, Craig went over everything when I picked up the unit and is beyond an expert in the RV business.

Nicole and assistant (sorry, never got your name) are fantastic, they made sure everything was in order for the pickup date and answered ALL my questions.lol, thank you ladies.

Tim was awesome in helping out with the final trailer connections and connectivity, just like Craig, he really knows his stuff.

Our experience with with Peter from sales and Nicole and Greg from service was exceptional from start to finish. They had exactly the trailer we were needing on the lot and were able to explain the ins and outs of operating and towing the trailer perfectly. They stored the trailer the first winter for us and assisted us with properly winterizing it. The following spring when we came to get the trailer any issues we had that needed addressed had been taken care of and my 2 young girls were thrilled when Peter came out and gave them a free trailer edition of tick tac toe.
