Dan was fantastic! Professional, courteous, on time and easy going, he explained the process, the product and how he could help. Dan exceeded iur expectations! Our lilac custom-coloured doors look beautiful and the install was painless. So happy we went with Platinum!

Platinum did an awesome job installing new door, so it was a given that I would use them to install new living room window. Dan and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly tecommend them for their great work. They have updated an old bungalow look into a fresh modern, inviting, fresh welcome to my home. As the transformation continues they will be my first choice.

My wife just posted a review and I had to add some more info…. I was expecting a good job and received an amazing job! His many years doing this and attention to detail shows. The fit and finish was superb. Craftsmanship - outstanding. Dan went above and beyond expectations and extremely pleased with how everything looks. I would give 6 stars if that was possible.

From the first contact with Dan (who answered my email while on vacation), to the consultation and quote to the installation by Dan and Darryl, the experience has been extremely positive. I would highly recommend Platinum Windows and Doors if you are looking for competitive pricing and quality service. Also…my installation was a month earlier than expected…impressive!

Dan replaced 2 exterior doors and a very old cracked bow window at our cottage. The customer service was very professional. The installation process was seamless and Dan took away all debris and left everything extremely tidy. The quality of Dan’s work is excellent. Highly recommend.

Dan from Platinum Windows and Doors replaced windows in our home.
Dan helped us decide which widows were the best for our home and didn't replace any windows that were not necessary.dan arrived when he said he would and was very efficient and cleaned up before he left.
Dan went above and beyond and even help us get our existing window covering recut to fix our beautiful new windows.we have recommended Dan to all our family and friends and will be the first call when we need any doors or windows in the future.
