This store does not participate in remembrance day. Music non-stop during the 11am moment of silence. Everyone working like no big deal. Terrible.

Seriously this location is the worst. They have rejected brand new clothing items on numerous occasions that are currently in trend that I purchased from brand name stores (like Banana Rebulic). What kills me is how they're so "picky" with how the clothing article looks, yet when I shop through their selection, items are stained, have rips, etc. Do yourself a favor and go to another Plato's to sell and shop for clothes!

I find it a bit odd they increased the prices on lululemon wear. I legit just bought a brand new pair of leggings online (sale) for the SAME price as a pilly, very well worn pair I saw here the other day. No thanks!

This place is very hit or miss for finding clothes as well as for selling your clothes to them. The staff are always friendly here though which is nice. There are better thrift stores out there.

This is the biggest thrift store i have ever seen and there was so much in there it was a little overwhelming. Everything is pretty tightly packed so it can get a bit claustrophobic for some people but I was fine. They have fitting rooms and everything was sorted by size, colour and clothing type. I ended up getting 2 outfits and I almost got a pair of shoes but ended up not liking the feel.

This store and their staff are awesome.always friendly and I'm always there finding the best deals. Great day shopping experience but u have to have time to really go through all individual items.plus who doesn't love to be paid for old clothes amd put towards new things? !

Awesome thrift store, especially if you’re looking for higher-end clothing items. They carry clothes from lululemon, aritzia, and other relatively expensive stores. The items sold at Plato’s Closet are usually not warn-out, and expensive items usually go for 30-50 dollars (lulu&aritzia). But, there’s quite a few cute items here for as low as 3-5 dollars, so definitely the place to shop if you’re in need of new clothes.

It used to be decently priced, but now it is VERY expensive, especially for a second-hand clothing store

Sales are great, staff is welcoming and friendly. By far my favourite location, I drive out from welland/st catharines

Great selection of gently used items at mostly fair prices. I have a 14 year old who is growing out of his clothes every couple of months, super glad this place exists.

They have so many clothes already and don't take as much as you'd think, or pay as much as you'd think.

I should've listened to friends and family when they said Plato's Closet is horrible and not to bring my clothes here. Well, thought I could have a better experience. I brought them 3 bags of clothing. They took 40 minutes. Then texted me that it's ready. I get there and they tell me basically to screw myself and take it back home. What is the actual point of this store? It's not like their selling such high quality things. You're telling me their that ignorant not to take one shirt? Also, the one big bag was NOT touched it is exactly how I tied it when I dropped it off:). Super mad. Such a waste of time. Should've listened to the reviews and my peers. This is place is useless and I would rather just donate to a deserving place. You are NOT a high quality store, chill out.

If I could rate 0 I would. This place has gone downhill. You use to be able to find a variety of articles of clothing to mix and match to add to your wardrobe now not so much. For starters you walk in and no one greets you not even a smile. While looking for things I saw the manager or supervisor who couldn't even help themselves to say hello or greet customers in between aisles. Most of the stuff they carry are skimpy clothing or things from shein which is surprising since they're "picky" with what items people bring in exchange for cash. You're better off going somewhere else

This place is great. The staff are friendly. The stock is always changing so there's a lot of great stuff to go through.

Bought myself a brand new t-shirt can't wait to wear it the only thing I have to say about that store is they had everything unorganized they had the shirts and dresses and t-shirts all in one area it was very confusing they even had the extra large next to the small and the mediums on the other side which didn't make any sense but otherwise it would be a great place to get some previously used clothing that is in good condition

Tried to contact multiple times to purchase a gift card for a friend in the area. Didn’t get a response from their email or their Instagram which they’re very active on. Was left on read everytime I tried to purchase (for two days and multiple messages) It takes two seconds to say “currently busy will get back to you when possible” whoever is running the Instagram needs a refresher course on how to deal with customers.

Good quality, inexpensive, used clothing. One of my favorite spots for clothes! They have everything here, men's and women's clothing.

They think their clothes are too "cool, " but honestly, they only have sl*tty clothes from cheap brands

False advertising is a crime, they say they buy clothes which is a lie and if they buy anything that would be in pennies which I rather give them to needy people, they want you to go there so you buy their clothes which is old and have to be dry cleaned after purchase stay away not worth it.

Very picky with what they choose to buy from you! Declined top brand name jeans that are trendy, said most couldn't sell at their store, meanwhile I walked through while waiting and found the same type of clothing I was trying to sell them!

Plates closet has turned into a Talize/ Goodwill, this location anyways. Went in to shop and sell some Clothing items and I can say I was anything but impressed. They used to carry really nice designer classy looking Clothing items but now it's all like Washed out plain casual clothing that you can find at any 2nd hand store. I brought in some items and and a few of them were Guess clothing items with tags on that no longer fit me, and probably will never fit, and they didn't buy them. I asked them why not and they told me my stuff is very nice but it's too dressy. It was a pair of jeans and two ladies tops
