Plattsville Post Office

Friendly people. Good customer service in my opinion. Helpful with packaging tips.

Has a strange smell but friendly staff. Had a package that delivery driver decided not to deliver cause she wanted to go home for the weekend early. We've had countless problems with packages not being delivered and having to go to the office to get it because the person doesn't want to knock at the door and actually do their job!

Friendly staff, but terrible service due to the strike. My package was sitting in the Plattsville location on a Friday. I went to pick it up myself at 11am but the nice attendant explained I will have to wait until Tuesday receive it. How hard is it to walk 10 steps into the back room, scan it, and hand it to me? In what world does it make sense to inconvenience a paying customer in this way? My package took 2 days to get from Toronto to the Plattsville office, and 4 days to get to my house. Terrible. Never again Canada Post. I'm very disappointed.
