Playground Paradise

It’s a good place for kids but this place has too many rules that is hard for some kids to follow.some staff are not welcoming at all and keep chasing you to warn you about the rules. I ended up not going there anymore although my daughter loved there.

An amazing indoor facility for toddlers and kids!

There's a big play place, styrofoam blocks and a small area for football and basketball.

The staff are excellent, the place is clean and the other families were very friendly!

The place was nice and clean. The parking lot is small. They have 2 turns to get in because it's free. If you go after the turns start, you have to wait for someone to come out. You couldn't go in with food or beverages.

Good place for children to play indoor.
Staff is also friendly and cleaning the place twice a day.
The only problem I found was that they are not stopping children who are sick or who have cold. Backseat of that other children are prone to get sick. We took my child for a day, we noticed a few kids have cold and right from night of that day my child got cold and sick for 8 days.

I’ve been here for decades now since before the renovations. It’s been kept tidy and well run. The demographics here is well mixed and a great place to bring your kiddos.

A free indoor playground for your kids to play in those rainy, cold days.
This playground is owned by the city of Toronto and it is amazing to have this option available for free for parents. The place is well maintained and the playground is pretty cool.

Be sure to check the website to see the opening times and slots. Try to be there on time or ahead of time to be sure to get a spot during busy days (winter school holidays for example).

Playground paradise is a good place for children up to 12 years old. It is free for drop in and to book birthday parties for children only private parties in the evenings on Saturdays and sundays and brand new playground structure. Everyone entering adults and children must wear socks.

It's a great place for children 6 months to 7 years old. Very spacious and very clean. And the staff are wonderful!

It would not get worse! After 2 years things seem to get uglier! I get it's an immigrant area but people need to be educated once here!
People jumping the line because they know eachother with large families 7;8 kids. Woe?

CITY OF TORONTO built a great playground! Everyone should enjoy it! Not distroy it!

INFINITELY better since the Reno! Hadn’t been here in years bc it was pretty slum BUT NOW The play structure is new, clean, looks (and feels) safer to the kids Bonus: dirty ball pit is gone!

The play space around the structure is clear and clean for bigger kids to run and use energy.

Took preschooler to a different play place yesterday where equipment & slides were HUGE. Brought same child here today and his confidence shot up 120%!

In the past (pre-Reno) I have had issue with staff attitudes but did not experience any of that today. All were extremely happy, helpful and friendly.
The rules are clear and enforced but not in a rude way.

Happy to recommend other parents/caregivers to bring their preschoolers

I can see this, fortunately for myself and my kids we had a great time at this facility.
Came here for a colleagues birthday party and my they had a blast.
Had several interactions with staff, and found them helpful and policing rules. Kids were having fun and when they did something they were not sopposed to the staff enforced the rule.

I think they need to put more in there. It's much different than when we used to go there is soo much space to put more in.

They shout on to peoples and today they shout at me don't go there its a free place that's why their behaviour is very rude.goverment should trained them they don't know how to speak peoples worst place.

Always visited here and had great experience. Yes the staff is assertive and some may consider them as rude.but I think they are just advising people of the rules that need to be followed. A bit of of politeness will definitely be great. Since I have visited the place few times I know what to expect. I even took a few slide rides with my kid:)

Good space but the front desk staff lack basic common courtesy and can be very impolite. The fact that this is a free public place does not make such behavior in any way permissible, in fact it holds them to a higher standard. I encourage the management of this space to look into this issue since it’s coming up in numerous reviews.

This place loses its stars because the staff at the front counter are arrogant and indifferent. We understand this place is "free" but that does not validate poor customer service. We've been there 3 times so far and each time we leave with mixed feelings. A warm smile and a greeting would make this place so much more welcoming. 2/3 times, the reception staff was too busy gossiping to acknowledge people waiting to be attended to. The third time, instead of greeting us and explaining requirements, the woman scolded us. Apparently we should have known to take off our shoes at the back door entrance and then walk down the long hallway to the reception in our socks. Not a big deal except the tone that she used, I felt like I was in grade school again. Also, you will be asked to leave your personal belongings outside in the hallway (unattended) and they will not take any responsibility for it. So make sure you bring a small purse with you for your wallet and a phone.
Having said that, my kids usually have fun when we go. Luckily, it's not their favourite playground so we don't go often.

It has a huge play area for the kids to explore and it's FREE! Just wish they had more padded flooring around the play area as kids run around and the floor is quite slippery. Overall my kid had a blast!

FREE INDOOR PLAYGROUND I loved it! This play ground is huge and clean, perfect for winter days. I read one review that said the ppl at the front desk where arrogant and indifferent. I thought the staff there are doing their job and they take very serious the rules of the PG. Like NO PHONES inside the PG. That means NO PIC, NO VIDEOS, NO FACETIME etc. Which I think its great. So if they see you using the phone you will probably get kicked out. There are benches for adults, although you can join the play time with the kids if you want to.

Good for kids and it's free. Staff are good but strict at the same time which is good to maintain the good infection control practices. Socks are must.

The best! It’s free and so much fun for kids. The staff is really nice and helpful. This place is totally awesome. Lots of activities for kids 1-8

I'm really impressed with this indoor playground facility. Firstly, for the fact that it is very clean, secondly I like the variety of play they have, thirdly the staff were good to me.my kids got treats on the way out. It was a good experience and my kids had a really good time. I will definitely be back!

City run facility it was clean and my daughter had a blast. It's a good place to take your kid over the winter months.

A very clean and well maintained indoor play area. Staff supervised and free of cost. Hours could have been longer.

Fun indoor place for free fun in nasty weather. The staff here aren't very kind sometimes and tend to jump all over people about the rules. They wouldn't let me take my backpack in that I use as my purse because heaven forbid there could be food in there (they didn't even ask) or diapers (you can't change babies in the play area). The other three times I've been here I was allowed to take my bag in. For a bit they weren't going to let me take a baby bottle in. My child took her socks off and right as we realized it and were asking her where they were, the staff came and talked to us about it. I understand a place like this needs rules, but how about letting people breathe a little?

Amazing place to have fan with little ones! It is very clean, tidy and staff is very nice and friendly.

The place is very clean and well kept. Staff is very tentative also.

For the fact this is a free space run by the City the indoor space is great for kids of a wide range. There is a 2-storey jungle gym with 2 large slides. An adjoining toddler space for kids 3 and under. All the equipment is made to accommodate adults. There is also a steel jungle gym outside which is intended for older kids (just climbing - no slides) and a splash pad. My only issue was the lax enforcement of the posted rules by staff which usually leads to older kids running around very quickly and has caused collisions with younger kids.

The staff was rude and ruined the entire experience of a good place. Dumped all our decorations in the trash while we were still there.

It's clean and great for school aged kids. I had my two year old and they offer a period off time for young kids only first thing on weekend mornings. It's free which is great. BRING SOCKS! Your own and for your kids. We had ours but a mom forgot hers and couldn't get in.

Very clean. Some hard plastic areas. Toddler zone especially has a few hard plastic areas. Would be a good idea to pad, given the age that play there specifically. Staff were helpful when I was there. Every one was very kind.

Great area for kids to run around and get their energy out but some of the staff is horrible. One of the young male staff member started screaming at a 2 year old for playing with the plasma car! In general the staff is either busy gossiping about each other or discussing their lives. Great facility bad staff.

Misbehavior and I think untrained staff.unfortunately I've had a very bad experience today, also my 5 years old daughter. I shocked when I noticed a young girl hurt my daughter in the playground.

I just called to try book a bday party, this lady pick up the call told me they have to b book 3 weeks ahead, then i said thk u n about to ask if there is another day available she just hung up without saying a word.such bad attitude.

Good experience for a busy Sunday morning. The staff is helpful and efficient. The overall playground is okay, be sure to stay close to your little ones as it can be slick on certain areas

Amazing and FREE indoor playground for children. There are sections for different age groups with basketball nets, slides, climbing apparatus, small bicycles, etc. It's very clean and large. Only 4 stars because there are some hard plastic surfaces that should maybe be padded for child safety.

It was my first time there with my 3 year old kid and I had a totally unpleasant experience. There wasn't much for him to play with. The floor was so cold that I was unable to stand for even 5 min despite of wearing woolen socks and they expect kids to play there with just socks on. They don't have carpet/cushions anywhere on the floor. There were some 10 year old kids running around while playing. Imagine if a kid falls down, he/she will definitely hurt himself/herself. And this happened with my kid twice. Thankfully he didn't get hurt but I saw one big kid slipping and hurting his face.
To me it wasn't up to the standard in terms of safely and comfort.

Kids are doing whatever they want.they are pushing other kids they are misbehaving and their parents are watching them and doing nothing to stop them.
