Bad experience.rude staff, it is hard to breathe in the complex, the space is not properly ventilated (local law enforcement should look into this safety hazard during full capacity), some pins are knocked down by the bowling machine - when they are not supposed to, there are not enough light balls (8-9), the balls are greasy, dirty and repulsive.

Great atmosphere, coffee didn't feel overpriced for a bowling place, really friendly staff, it was great.

This is a great place for all ages. Bowling, arcade area, and laser tag. Wide range menu items of beverages and food. Certain days there is a DJ.

Great times, and the environment is cool. It's not too dark and not too bright, just right

We had some issues with bumpers and asked multiple times for help while the time was running, help never came and ended up losing a lot of the rented time.

Went for a birthday the place wasn't that decently crowded, the arcade could use more games other than that It was a pleasant experience.

Went with a large group played at the arcade they had my favorite game walking dead did some laser tag lots of space to run around and of course the glow in the dark bowling was lots of fun but the fries were super oily and the nuggets were dry great for all ages

Just went to the arcade with my daughter and while they have a lot of newer games, some of the games are rigged. The most obvious, the claw game with point cards as a prizes: the claw lowers to the bottom of the machine, then lifts a half inch before closing. Yes, that means the machine has been set up so that it never pays out.

10-pin bowling is a fun relaxing exciting and challenging activity to pry your family away from the laptops! With Newtonbrook and Bathurst bowleramas closed, Playtime is the last remaining 10-pin bowling lanes in central Toronto. Great for birthday parties, group get-togethers and celebrations. A huge arcade area is also on the premises.

Highly recommended! Kids, families, adults, friends.it fits all! The bowling is a little bit expensive in compare to a place we used to go but it has a better atmosphere and we will go here again!

My son came here for his friends birthday party. Its a nice place, they have bowling, lazer tag and an arcade section the arcade could use better games but for what it is again it's nice. It's clean, staff is friendly.

Service people at the bowling counter are super rude and arrogant. Was charged 59.99 for an hour and I found out it was suppose to be for 2 hours. Good bowling lanes but very poor customer service.

HORRIBLE restaurant service. They ignore you then are not friendly as well as brought us the wrong order and argued it. Should hire new staff. The arcade games are few and BORING. All Vegas style chance games nothing fun to play except for maybe 2. Extremely over priced. We had NO fun and spent a lot of money. Wanted to leave early the entire experience. Would never bother coming back here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Bowling is ok nothing great and the people next to us were annoying had 10 balls coming out but kept taking the 2 light balls I had for my young kids. Not the arcades fault but added to the un fun experience. Maybe the staff should limit a ball per person and ask to stick to own balls. 4 thumbs down.

It was nice here except a little bit on the loud side with the music and the parking lot is not well lit.

The bouncer/security guard was pretty nice and funny

Great place to go bowling with friends and or kids. Their is a bowling alley, arcade, laser tag, and bar to eat at. Pretty good place for a night out

Celebrated company Christmas Event and it went awesome! Cassandra was very helpful and offered us the best option ever. We got our private room with 8 lanes, couches, nice background music, lights, TV screens. She was very responsive and immediately answered all the questions I had. All the staff was very friendly and provided great service. Me and my team had a great time and I definitely recommend this place. Thanks again!

Had a blast here! Great games and staff! The bowling alley is very up to date and the bar area is awesome

After we get a price, They forced us to "rent" shoes for another more 30 dollars! Before taxes! I saw later other people here dosent use thus shoes or rent them. CAREFUL! Dont let them trick you too. DO NOT GO THERE! If u happened to go there tell them you have your own shoe.

If I could I would 0 star this place. I called to ask for rates and the girl quoted me all you can bowl from 9-midnight for $15. I get there at 9pm to find out that that rate is offered starting on January 6. I planned my night around this to be mislead. Train your staff properly so they don’t give false information!

Paid $73 dollars for bowling and lane was not flat and the bowling area is not modern at all and space we had is only enough for 2 people max. My friend asked me if i wanna drink something and i said where am i going to drink. Just go to Niagara falls one weekend and you can play in a fresh environment with much free space with awesome moving seats and drink your beers and tip the bartender with less money. If im going to pay $73 for one hour we deserve to play in the nicer place.

A group of friends and I came here for a little Christmas bowling party. We had a fantastic time, and Les was an awesome bar tender! The food and customer service were great.

What a fun place to take your friends and family it's amazing that you can drink and get food here and it's an arcade and bowling love it always willing to go here with some friends

Lots of fun to be had here. Wether your bowing regular or cosmic glow in the dark or playing in the arcade or playing a round or two of Lazer tag you will leave with a smile on your face. Staff is very friendly

It's been a while since I have played laser tag, but it was SOOOOO much fun! And the food and arcade games! I felt like a kid again! We had such a good time!

Had my son birthday party there and I loved it the service was really good the atmosphere was nice the food was great and the package l got was amazing very well spent and the laser tag is so nice and surprisingly FUN

Cool place, but expect super long waits if no reso made (even for 2 ppl). We were told about 35 mins-1 hour wait, so that was fine and we went to the bar. Our buzzer went off about 40 mins after and when we went up, the lady told us it wasn't actually us and she accidently called ours, but we would be soon. No problem (even though it seemed weird)! Another half hour goes by and nothing so we go to ask the status, and the lady tried to tell us another hour still! After we already waited over an hour and a half now (longer then originally told). The nachos & drinks were really good while we waited though! Before deciding to then leave, without even bowling haha. Probably won't go back.

Kids had a lot of fun. They really liked the laser tag. There was a nail sticking out of the wall in the laser tag.ripped my jeans on it. Hope they fixed that.

Excellent family entertainment place. Bowling, laser tag, arcade, great food and well-maintained facility are some of the great things at Playtime Bowl.

Nice place to hang out with your friends and groups, need to pay 45$ for one hours but if you want to spend more then you can get it in lower rate compare with one hour rate. BAR+Restaurant+ Children Game area all thing at one place.

Excellent venue for all age groups: kids, teens, young adults, adults, seniors, couples, friends, famiies etc. I wish they had pool tables and ping pong table also. Overall its might be bit pricey for frequent visits but the bowling alley was excellent. Nonetheless, I haven't tried the food yet.

I went there with a group of people with special needs. The community usually gives our non-profit a discount. They managed 50% off shoes. The place was nice inside. But establishment was not very accomodating. There was a bowling league there and they charged one of our participants with wanting to steal their bowling balls.it didnt happen and wouldn't have. There was a participant of ours that was doing a bit of meandering perambulation. Most ppl r cool with it. The establishment came down on us for it which usually is not the case with most other places we frequent. Other patrons were warm and accommodating as we r used to.
Bowling alleys were decent and the midway was nice, empty, and inviting.
Parking was kinda tight but they provided us with handicapped parking which was awesome.

Not even $20 for a lane and shoes per person on Wendesday night.whhhhhaaaayttttt? But keep in mind there is a huge line up before 9pm

The guy at the bartender is miserable due to minimum wage income and thinks he deserves a tip every time he makes u a drink

Great place to have fun!
Very costly though. And they don't allow outside food or drinks, not even water!
