The sign outside says $15 max day rate but when you try to pay on the hangtag app it charges $24, the totem charged me $19 (that was the max for the day or 24 hrs). The instructions say "take ticket wit you" but I got a parking ticket saying "clear dash". NEVER PARKING HERE AGAIN.

Relatively cheap parking garage in downtown Toronto. From here, Toronto's sights (CN Tower, Harbourfront, ferry to Toronto Island, Hockey Hall of Fame and much more) are relatively easy to reach on foot. Of course I wouldn't eat off the ground here, but it's "just" a parking garage. We were able to park during the weekday afternoons for $8 for a maximum of 5 hours. You can be completely satisfied with that in a city like Toronto. Whether the parking garages that charge double or triple the parking fees are nicer is in the eye of the beholder and everyone has to decide for themselves. Otherwise the place does what it should: I can park my car in the center of the city.

Is cheap but the worse parking you can ever get. No direction and stairs smell like peep and poop. Can barely find the car. Not recommended. I rather pay more for the next time.

Parking is cheap during normal times but during events it is $35 until 9 pm. After 9 pm it is back to off peak parking rates at 8$ until 5 am which is good to spend time nearby. Some other nearby lots have flat rates of 30$ or so which feels expensive when there are no events.

This lot needs to be cleaned as it smelled of piss in some spots within the lot. If they maintain it clean it will be one of the best parking lots in the area.

We were quite happy. $15 was fine. I would have expected much more expensive as a tourist for Toronto. The only drawback: the parking garage is quite unkempt and winding.

Been stuck not moving an inch for an hour after the Jays game. The location is convenient but be weary of major gridlock after big events. Also the machines you pay at are quite finicky, so definitely use the app to pay.

The worst parking lot in the whole of Canada. I parked my car here on July 18 when someone broke the window to get a child bag (baby food). I called to get CCTV footage but no one answers and it just goes into voicemail. I have to spend 4+ hours dealing with insurance and police reports after paying them the $35 parking charge which was not refunded. Please do not park your car here as the doorman looks very shady and the staff is the one I doubt the most. There were 5 cars broken on the same day. No action by police so far. If you want your items and car to be safe please do not park here.

A close walk to Ripley's aquarium. Definitely not wheelchair accessible. Can be very crowded during the weekends. I didn't see elevators, just stairs and stairs, which gave me thigh cramps. Price was reasonable.

Walking distance from harbourfront and cheaper to book your parking space online. You need to print it out if you book online or write on a paper that you booked online and the confirmation number and leave it on your front windshield from inside.

Best parking option if you want to go to the Ripley Aquarium's or Roger Center. This place is really close. However if you plan to go to Blue Jays game the price will be higher than in regular days.

Great parking lot for commuters. Lots of spaces available and prices are reasonable as long as you get there early enough if there is a Jays game (event rates are $30 to $40). There are many lots closer to my office but they are much more expensive - reasonable day rate and way better than the outdoor lot I used previously.

Note - as others have mentioned there is no elevator if accessibility is a concern.

Caution for people on wheelchair! Usually not expensive. But they know when to post flat charge of $40 for various events but they do not realize the customer inconvenience and solutions towards it.

No elevator is still fine till an extent but there should be an alternate exit or ramp for the wheelchair.i. E.if u have someone on wheel chair.u need to pull the chair all the way from 3rd or 4th ground level parking wherever you get spot and while exiting the ramp wont let u get the chair out easily.
