I arrived for my 8: 00am appointment at about 7: 50am and was attended to immediately by the service team. I was there for an oil change and was told that it may take approximately one hour or so. I then made my way to the waiting area and had a coffee, and by 9: 10am my vehicle was ready and waiting. I was very pleased with the prompt and friendly service I received and had the rest of the day to take care of the details on my agenda.

Warmly greeted upon entering and promptly taken care of. Staff were warm and friendly. I decided to wait for my oil change to be completed. Waiting area was clean, confortable and complete with complimentary beverages and snacks.
Service was completed in less than an hour. Vehicle was returned to me cleaner than it was when I handed it over. Nice touch and much appreciated! Also received a free car wash voucher for SUDS.

My experience with Plaza Nissan began in 2017, when it was time to find another vehicle at the end of my lease term I was a skeptical customer and unsure of my options. I worked with Holden and the second time around, ready to trade in, As I was cutting it close to the end of my lease, Holden remained professional and understanding in my situation and found us something my family needed! He was Thorough in assisting me with all the new bells and whistles. All the fine print and details were a breeze in the financing department. Went at the time that I was given, but I had to wait for more than 2 hours and a half in total for an appointment that usually takes less than 1 hour. Sub contractors doing the scheduling, dealership staff was very helpful.

Great experience with this dealership today. They identified the issue with my car quickly and went out of their way to help me sort everything out. They also have excellent guest wifi and a good space to do my work while I waited. They also offered a shuttle option as an alternative for waiting. We had called 9 dealerships in a day. We were looking for a 2022 Rogue and it seemed like it was impossible, every dealership said they didn't have any. Chris Hughes made it happen! He understood our frustrations and went out of his way to get us the vehicle we were looking for. He made our Car shopping experience fun and relaxed. Vlad dealt with our Financing. He is very approachable and kind. Any question we had he answered. We picked up our 2022 Nissan Rogue Platinum yesterday. Chris stayed late so that we didn't have to wait another day to get it. He set up my apple car play, explained all of the features the car has. He took a drive with us to ensure that everything functioned the way it should. He answered every question we had. I recently purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue from Plaza Nissan. This is my second time purchasing a new vehicle from this location and as always the service was incredible.

The entire team was friendly and welcoming. I personally dealt with Andy, who’s customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Andy took the time to ask the right questions and find out my wants and needs in a new car. He took me on multiple test drives, explaining all the features and benefits of each SUV I was interested in. Once we found the perfect SUV, Andy ensured I understood how to use all the features before driving off in my new car. The most enjoyable part of this experience was Andy’s energy, enthusiasm and genuine passion. I highly recommend asking for Andy when purchasing your next vehicle!

I requested a new key for my vehicle, I was never told that the FOB did not come with a key nor was I offered the key separately. When picking up the vehicle, Ian told my wife that they would get a key cut for the next day at no charge (Thursday). I called Ian later in the day, and he told me he had admittingly forgot about the key. He told me again he would take care of it the next day. My wife called early Friday so as to possibly have to remind Ian that we need a key cut, only to find he is off sick till and will not return until Tuesday and he has not left ANY info with anyone in the building. We are also told that the key cutting machine is broken, which has not been mentioned at all until this time.and to contact Ian Tuesday when he is back in. Tuesday comes, and we find Ian is still sick, with what i can only assume is COVID related, My wife calls someone in parts explaining whats happened. He tells us he will get a key cut that day (this is now Tuesday) and was willing to even offer a shuttle to pick it up and drop it off. We let him know we did not receive the physical key, but only the FOB (Lucky for Nissan to save a shuttle trip!) We were even running errands and offered to pick it up when it was ready. He was also trying not to mention the broken key cutting machine, and seemed surprised that we already knew of this info. We heard nothing back that day. Today is now Wednesday that I type this. This morning my wife called Nissan, again, and had been confirmed of Ian's sickness and that because he told us there was no charge there needed to be some form of special permission needed (again, not mentioned in the previous week) and that Nissan was going to get a key cut at Toyota. There was a serious lack of communication here, especially with me, the customer here.

I have been a service advisor for years, and it seems we were giving the run around. I know things can happen and mistakes are made, which is why we are accommodating. This would have been a 5 star if not for the feeling of being lied to and forgotten.

Plaza Nissan is like home and everyone who works there feels like family. I've bought my last 3 cars there and never had any major issues. And if an issue does happen (very rarely), as no one is perfect, they rush to correct it immediately and I have never left the dealership unhappy. The staff are very knowledgeable, try to save me money at each visit and are so friendly and always smiling. It's almost time to buy a new car and I've been looking at other options, just to try something different and not because I'm not happy with Nissan cars (on the contrary!) and I've been feeling guilty about it. If I do decide to go somewhere else, I'll miss these guys and gals!

I am absolutely discussed with how they have dealt with my mothers situation she had an appointment for a tire change however she noticed her air bag light had come on so when she arrived there she mentioned she needed them to please look into it. They advised they did not have time when she was there around 11: 30pm when they said they were done. A hour and half later, they said they may be able to look at it later on in the day if she wanted to hang around but could not guarantee they would so they want someone to sit around and wait for something they were not sure they would do. This should have been a priority due to a safety issue. But they okay sending someone driving with this on. They had nothing but excuses the manager also said my mom did not tell them about the light which was a lie it was the first thing she told them about. The manager Ron says to her it is a he said she said thing. HMMM They even told her that they were not sure if it was just a passenger air bag or both and if there was an accident if it would work or not but could not care to take a look at it. Glad they feel this is okay to have someone drive around with this. Absolutely discussed way of handling this situation will never ever return to this Nissan or buy one have totally turned us away. To bad you have an amazing sales person

I recently purchased a Nissan Kicks from Plaza Nissan Hamilton and the salesman Andy gave excellent customer service and advice.
We were looked after from start to finish by Andy and Marco at the dealership.
I mentioned a television programme I liked and Andy made us a custom sold sign which was brilliant and entertained our kids.
All in all a great experience which went very smoothly - I would 100% use this dealership in the future, and a big part of this would be thanks to Andy and his team.

Where do I start. I have bought several vehicles, and had both good and not so good experiences but this takes the cake (chocolate of course).

Looking for your dream car has gotten quite hard since Covid. Plaza Nissan made this experience not only painless, but FUN! There are not enough words I can say about Joe, Andy and Marko, but y'all are a dream team!

I bought a Nissan kicks from a different dealer, but I live in the mountain area, found out that I had some issues with my warranty in service date. Mr. Ron, service advisor at plaza Nissan handled this complex issue in a very simple way and fixed my problem. Also had some issues with the New vehicle he took care of it. I definitely give a 5 star to Mr. Ron, very professional, polite way of handling customers. If there is delay more than expected they provide courtesy shuttle, and not make you wait for hours. Keep up the good work sir.

I recently purchased a new vehicle at a awesome price point from an amazing salesperson Kirk Simon. He made the process of purchasing a vehicle very easy. He was very friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in. He answered all the questions about the vehicle. He did a rundown of all the functions and features of the Rogue Platinum that I purchased. He introduced me to the sales manager, finance manager and to the service department. All the department personnel that I met were very friendly. The finance manager went over all the aspects or the financing and warranties about the vehicle. Everyone at Plaza Nissan is friendly and knowledgeable and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. They have surpassed this level of excellence. I have a 2018 Nissan Frontier brought it in 1st time didn't diagnose the obvious problem that the clutch fan was gone by the super loud noise the clutch fan made and the Dealer manager went as far to say his truck makes the same noise and sent me on my way just embarrassing. Then brought it in a second time not only didn't they fix it the also charged me for diagnosing the problem they aready new. Truly embarrassing. If you don't mine being taking advantage of use Plaza Nissan.

My sales consultant, Andy Hudson, was the utmost pleasurable person to deal with, very easy going, friendly and funny but at the same time very knowledgeable. This was the first time for me buying a brand new car and Andy made it such a special occasion for me. From the minute we entered the doors of the dealership the entire staff and atmosphere was very welcoming. The financial services manager, Marko Vidovic made the loan process very easy. BUYER BEWARE:
My brother purchased a truck from this dealership. The truck was delivered with the tires deemed unsuitable to pass a safety on the truck and after multiple calls and emails to have the issue resolved, it is still left months later with absolutely no response or resolution.

Additionally, he is now experiencing an engine ticking (which he purchased a warranty for due to past experience with engine problems on 2015 trucks) that the $2300 warranty only covers up to $3000 on engine work. This was not disclosed at the time of sale, had it been, he would not have purchased this warranty as it is useless. It was also not disclosed that the use of the warranty at other dealership locations was only applicable at an additional cost, rather it was communicated as though that was included in the cost that was paid.

Looking back on the transaction, my brother was also told by the sales representative that someone else had put an offer on the truck, forcing my brother to pay more. Seems like a fishy sales tactic to me.

It would appear as though this is a very shady run business that won't bother with you once they've got your money. Don't bother doing business here, there are plenty of other dealerships that will take care of you hassle free post-transaction.

As a first time customer of Nissan I could not have been happier with the treatment I received from the first day I came to the dealership to look at cars to the day I drove my new car home. I was taken care of by Shayne, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process of leasing my first car easy and stress free. Although I looked at different cars and visited other dealerships, Shayne was the only one I felt was truly listening to what my needs were in a vehicle and not just trying to push for a sale. If I were asked to rate any past dealings they would be rated with 0 stars. I purchased my Nissan Rogue 8 months ago and had a terrible first experience. There was a complete lack of communication between departments. It was as if it was their first time selling a car. A few little extras were thrown in for all of the trouble. After this, I decided to give Nissan the benefit of the doubt because sometimes things just go wrong, I understand, that's life. Unfortunately, every single experience since then had been just as terrible as the first. Trying to make an appointment there is next to impossible. The customer service was never helpful, in fact, tried to get rid of me whenever I would call. More then once when I've tried to book an appointment I was put on hold and never transferred anywhere, put on hold then hung up on, or transferred to a department where I left a message that was never returned.

Today when my car needed servicing, I decided to just show up rather then attempt to make another appointment. I dealt with Kevin Pereira who works in Parts and he was informative/honest and it was quite clear he had my best interest in mind. This man deserves a raise. I asked for his business card and from now on I will be contacting him for any of my questions or concerns as he actually has the correct answers and a high level of integrity.

Bought a brand new Nissan Rouge in July 2018. Travis Hollyman was the salesman who assisted us and was great - no heavy handed sales pitch, very up front, even lent us a vehicle to make sure it fit in our garage. He was honest in asking questions regarding our needs to help us decide on the options that we wanted and would actually use.
My only complaint is that a bug guard was to be placed on the front of the vehicle which was not done by the time the vehicle was ready for pickup. An appointment was made to get this done (should be 1 1/2 hrs at most) - wondered around, had lunch and on return, found out the vehicle hadn’t even been touched yet. Finally got the vehicle back after 3 hours but given a discount on service due to long wait.

I went into Plaza Nissan for the specific reason of a used 2018 Jeep Wrangler that I saw parked on their lot. Shayne energetically approached me and asked if he could help me out. I explained my strong interest in that particular vehicle and he welcomed me over to his desk. He stated how excited he was for me to take the Jeep for a test drive because he had just recently had it cleaned! He was very knowledgeable about the car (which was impressive because it wasn’t a Nissan) and educated me on the features before I took it for a drive. He had me pull over on a side street and even took the roof off for me. After the test drive, he did some number crunching at his desk. Unfortunately, the car was out of my price range, so I didn’t go through with the purchase. If and when I am in the position to look into a new car, I will most definitely consider a Nissan (or a car on Plaza Nissan’s lot) just so I can deal with Shayne! All in all, he was such a treat!

Awful experience. Purchased a used vehicle and noted that it was driving funny. My fault for purchasing. I was sold a vehicle that among other things, needed a new transmission! How was this missed? How was this certified and sold? Was it even? I'm no expert but if I felt it while driving, "the experts" didn't. Doesn't say much for the dealership and has certainly left a terrible taste. Took three visits to finally diagnose the problem. Luckily it was covered under warranty. Brought the vehicle in for what I was told was a 2 day job that turned into 2 WEEKS! If you can't service, don't make an appointment. Since then, the dealership has done little to nothing to compensate us for this BIG oversight. Will be the last time I go there. Not impressed at all.

Shayne Doody helped me with the purchase of my 2018 Qashqai last week.

I showed up at plaza Nissan at 8: 30 pm on a weeknight right before close. Shayne was more than willing to stay late, let me test drive a car, and help me crunch some numbers.the following week we closed the deal.

My experience at Plaza Nissan and with Shayne was great. Shayne takes his job seriously, puts in the time and effort and ultimately lets you make the decision in the end. He's not pushy, just professional. I recommend contacting him when you're thinking of purchasing your next car or even asking some simple questions.

Side note: The Nissan Qashqai is a great vehicle and I would highly recommend it.

Our 3-driver, 1-car household recently found itself car-less! In shopping around we came upon Plaza Nissan. Patrick Aura quickly arranged for us to independently test drive 2 new models. We enjoyed dealing with Patrick, who shared his knowledge with us and answered our questions to our satisfaction. After shopping around a little more we returned to Plaza, since Patrick assured us that he would be able to find the car that met our needs. Got a great deal! Patrick arranged for delivery on a day/time that met our schedule, with his polite and customer-focused manner shining through. I've added Patrick to my contacts and would strongly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a car.
