PLC Laser Clinic

I went to this clinic looking at the reviews and surprisingly the staff and customer service is not how others described it. VERY POOR! The receptionist was literally screaming at the aesthetician infront of me not even considering fact I am a new client! I had went for face laser and I was aware I want the Ndyag laser because I am an aesthetician myself and know how effective it is. I have pcos and the aesthetician was literally done the treatment in 2 minutes only 4-5 zaps she did on my whole face she did not even target my hair follicles which are clearly visible due to pcos. I had reached out and talked to someone over the phone she is very rude and defensive was not ready to listen that treatment was done wrong and just saying price is different like I really dont care about the price did not even mention the price dont know what she is trying to portray. Do not recommend this place at all. She also argued how the aesthetics has a diploma but when I mentioned she does not know when you ask her theory question she said that she has to focus on treatment even though i asked before. This place and customer service is ridiculous!

All the staff here is highly professional. I am getting Laser hair removal services from Hind. I feel comfortable and less nervous during sessions as we always engage in conversation. I highly recommend to get services from her.

The techs are nice but I don't believe there laser service is successful, I did over 8 session and the manager claims because I missed a 1 month window of back to back; is the main reason for so much regrowth. The last tech told me the last 7 session strengths could have been stronger. And I because I didn't return for the 2 round of higher strength (bc I had a death) it would have killed the roots so 7 treatments didn't kill the root but 2 more would at a longer interval. Not buying it. The manager I spoke to demeanor was rude as well

Went for a full body laser, the place was clean and the service was very professional. My technican was very friendly and did a thorough job. Full body took 2 hours which is the appropriate amount of time required. I will go back again.its a 5 star for me!

I got some skin tags removed in past and lately I had a big piece of skin on my chin making it hard for me to shave my chin, the ower is really good she removed it without any pain and now my chin is smooth, I have also gotten other facial treatments very good service and affordable.
