Brad was fantastic when he came out to perform our yearly furnace tune-up. He was extremely thorough and provided me with answers to all of my questions regarding my furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner, among other things. I now know to reserve a furnace and air conditioning package for the following year. From now on, I will only use Expert Plumber to make reservations!
