I had to take the time to review this gem. Rarely do you find customer service as exceptional as Plumbing and Parts. We did some renovations back in 2020/2021 where we ordered a bathtub and sink. We ended up pausing on the renovation, left the bathtub in tact (unopened and in the box) and resumed again in 2023. We realized that we made a mistake and the drain was on wrong side of the tub, given our plumbing setup. We thought no company would ever do a replacement in this type circumstance, since a very significant amount of time had passed. We reluctantly gave it a shot anyway. A rep there Kevin listened to our problem and where he could have easily shut down the request (which wouldn't even have upset us), he went out of his way to see that if a replacement could happen, he would do his best to make it happen. This actually involved him making an order from their suppliers for the replacement tub. The replacement tub was just delivered by their delivery service a few minutes ago and the previous one taken back. I can't say enough about this company, their products, their service and their staff. Incredible stuff.

This is by far the best store ever for all your plumbing needs! They definitely know what they are talking about. Very friendly and helpful staff! Definitely recommend this place of business as they are very knowledgeable in what they do.

The customer service at this location is terrible. The person I spoke with did not seem interested in helping me and two other employees were just chatting with each other. I was ready to purchase items for my renovations but walked out after not receiving any help.

I almost gave a 1 star review here. The person I was dealing with was an older male with salt & pepper hair/beard and he was condescending to me and was not helpful at all. The younger female staff that worked there then ran over to help me and must have saw how I was being treated. She did her best to help which saved their review being a 3 star. I was still very salty after my experience at Plumbing and Parts Home Centre so I'll take my business elsewhere and never return here again.

This place is truly a one stop plumbing store. Staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Customer service and advice provided by Laura was outstanding.

I am a DIY homeowner who was referred to this store a few years ago by a plumber friend of mine. I have since directed others here due to my amazing experiences with the knowledgeable and personable staff. I've always received great service and advice -in person and via telephone- from Kevin and Dan who recently helped me with a replacement warranty part for my kitchen faucet.
I highly recommend anyone requiring professional sales and service advice to visit this 5+ place.

I had a nice woman named Kassy (sorry if the spelling is wrong) help me, and she walked me through the repair like a pro, she even disassembled the same unit I was having a problem with, right infront of me, and told me what to expect. She saved me time, and money. Very impressed

Excellent place to find all your plumbing needs. Great staff, very helpful and so much knowledge located in there from those guys. Good prices and no pressure! Gary is the man there, for our needs, but again they are all great. We have done both of our bathrooms, and did everything through them.

I had a leaky Bathtub faucet and I tried changing the internal Moen cartridge but couldn't pull it out at all. "Cassie" from this store was very patient, great knowledge, helpful in advising me to twist, turn and pull the old cartridge using a new white plastic part, provided by "Moen" cartridge for "Free".

Apparently "Moen" gives out free new cartridge for certain bathtub models faucet. I went back home and tried removing the stuck cartridge but couldn't do so. Then I drove back to the store and kind "Cassie" helped me again with suggesting another plumbing tool to pull out the stuck cartridge. She also recommended spraying some "WD - 40" oil to smoothen up the tight cartridge.

Finally after much struggle, I managed to change my old cartridge to new cartridge and the bathtub faucet water leak stopped. Thanks to "Cassie" 's recommendations I saved money and I didn't need to call a plumber. She was nice to provide a plumber contact number just in case I decided to give up and use a plumber service.

The owner, David and one of the service staff named Jim were extremely helpful today. They didn't have the plunger part I needed to fix the main bathroom toilet. I think the owner could see my desperation. Company coming etc and no toilet operation was not good. David found a part that he thought might be able to work. He took the time to show me what I needed to do and assured me that if it didn't work that I could bring it back for a refund. It worked like a charm. Customer service that I haven't experienced in quite some time. How refreshing!

I had two issues related to my Moen products and in one in store visit, Jacob and his co-worker helped me resolve both issues. These guys are awesome!

What I love about this place is that everyone is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I was having my bathroom renovated and I found that making decisions on my own was difficult, so when I called Dan to tell him I was having a change of heart with something I purchased, he was amazing and managed to change the order for me without any issues. Then there was a problem with one of the suppliers getting my bathroom taps in time so Gary made a call to the company and was able to get a friend of his to drop them off to the store earlier than the regularly scheduled delivery. The cost of renovations are expensive and I checked out a lot of places only to find that Plumbing and Parts had the best prices. I would highly recommend you make this place one of the places you check out when doing your research.

These guys are wizards. I had a faucet insert that leaked, if you look at the picture there is a small chip, that not even an Orthodontist could fix.anyway, no manufacturer markings, and would have required me to rip out the whole bathtub to replace. I believe it was "Jim" at the store that found me a replacement, it was like winning the lotto. I highly recommend these guys, not because I lucked out - because of the high reviews and word of mouth referrals. And not just replacement parts, check them out for any of your jobs/plumbing challenges.

Excellent products, excellent service. We recently purchased a bathroom vanity, tub, faucets and toilet as well as a laundry sink and faucet from Plumbing and Parts. All were of high quality. We had two minor issues which were resolved quickly to our complete satisfaction with no difficulty. They are now my go-to plumbing supply store!

My experience was a small one, but fantastic! I needed a replacement shower head for my Riobel shower. When I called, the gentleman was friendly and encouraged me to come to the store. I was greeted warmly by at least two staff and was approached immediately with a super-friendly and helpful lady. She was so professional and knowledgeable - she answered all my questions, spent lots of time with me and showed me several samples. All for a $99.00 purchase! I chose a beautiful shower head and replaced it within seconds. I absolutely love it. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience at Plumbing And Parts Home Centre in Whitby! They even helped me when I wanted to locate a nearby Fireplace shop. This is excellent service in action!

Amazing experience! We had to install a dishwasher with an unconventional set up and the two people I spoke to were so friendly and kind and made sure I had all the correct parts I needed. Its rare to not need a second trip for one thing or another during a home project. They had a really great set up for COVID precautions too to make sure no one has to wait outside but that there is only one person in the vestibule at once.

Just finished a renovation of a very small bathroom. We needed a free standing tub that was smaller than the standard. Plumbing and Parts had one on order for the showroom and offered to call us when it arrived so that we could come in and see it. We ended up ordering it and a shower unit. Every interactjon we had was friendly and helpful. Thanks to all of you, we will definitely recommend you to frjends and family.

Everyone here is so helpful and they have really nice products. They have fixed an issue I've had no questions asked. They're also super patient with their customers and really take the time to explain stuff.

On a recommendation, went in looking for a replacement shower cartridge and cover over lunch. Was in and out very quickly, and the very knowledgeable person who served me explained the replacement process in very clear detail. You don't get this kind of expertise in a big box store. Got home and had the parts replaced in no time.

Knowledgeable staff. Good service. Quality products at reasonable prices. Some products are a bit pricey but of a higher quality than your discount stores - sometimes 'you get what you pay for'.
A good variety of made in Canada products too if that is important to you.

I've always came to here for all my plumbing supply needs and have only had good experiences until Oct 2nd. I was trying to find a new handle that had broken off my toilet and was told the part could not be bought anywhere as my toilet was a "throw away" toilet. Okay so maybe my basement toilet was not up to their regular standards but I would have thought it was possible to acquire a new handle at least. I got told I needed a whole new toilet (at least 350$) plus of course the hassle of installation. I didn't think this was right so I left. Sure enough found the part online at another store and order it online. Was able to reassemble things last evening, took 10 minutes time and about 40$. Terrible customer experience.

Since we had such an amazing experience when we purchased items for our bathroom and laundry room, there was no question that this would be the place we would go to for our kitchen renovation. To say that David was helpful, knowledgeable, engaging and extremely pleasant to deal with is a great understatement! He helped us with a vision we didn’t even know we had and helped us to make an overwhelming experience easy and enjoyable. We walked away confident that we just made the perfect choices! American Standard toilets have many different flappers that they use. The multi-fit one from Lowes didn’t work right. These guys knew exactly which one I needed and very inexpensive. Cheaper than the multi fit which I threw in the garbage.
