We had been unable to use our kitchen sink since Christmas afternoon because the drain was hopelessly blocked. We contacted several local plumbers, who failed to show up. I then saw Plumbing Now on the Internet and gave them a try. The plumber was here within 90 minutes and fixed our problem. He was friendly and gave us helpful advice to prevent the problem from reoccurring.

Two days before Christmas dinner with all the family coming to our house, and our main toilet was malfunctioning. Rick showed up first thing in the morning and solved the problem quickly and so efficiently! Excellent service, We wouldn't call anyone but Plumbing Now.

Fantastic experience. Our Sewage pump stopped working and Plumbing Now was able to send a plumber to replace our unit on the same day. Plumber's name was Paul, a super friendly and humorous guy. Had the pump out and replaced within an hour. Excellent job and customer service.

Larry was amazing. He diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and came up with a plan immediately on how to fix it. It was a labour intensive job and Larry did everything to ensure it was completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone needing plumbing services.

Called for an inspection of my water treatment system because of issues I had with water pressure. They sent Larry, a real pro. He was efficient, explained the issues and proposed a solution plan that will fix the problem. Quite happy with the experience all in all.

They charge 300 dollars just to come to my home and look at it. And they want to charge more than a thousand dollars to fix the pump not counting labor. I hire another plumber and he fix it in 2 hours and he didn't even charge half of what plumbing now estimated. What a bunch of rats!

They were able to slot me in on short notice to replace my sump pump that died. Rick was very knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain the work and the new unit. My dog also approves of the service but she may have been influenced by treats.

Update: Had an issue with the new pump. Denis was quick to answer me and had Larry come out the next day. Larry replaced the pump and let me know what was the issue with the old one. Great customer service. I highly recommend Plumbing Now.

Larry was professional and efficient. Made sure my dishwasher was working properly before leaving.

We had a clog that was too deep to take care of on our own, so we called Plumbing Now. Larry should up and was very friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the situation and cleared the clog.

We had no water all of a sudden Saturday night. Rick showed up Sunday. Assessed the problem. Needed new well pump. The next day, first thing in morning, Larry came over with Rick, and the two worked together to replace the pump. Larry and Rick from Plumbing Now saved the day! The pump works great.
