We called for urgent blocked drain and the technician called back right away and was at our house in 20 min! Great service, prompt and responsive.

I’ve used plumbtech several times in the last couple years throughout renovations to our home. Each time, the plumbers have been on time, professional and curteous. Most recently, Matt came out to change some leaky valves we had in our basement. When he arrived I advised that we had some that needed to be replaced upstairs and some pipes that needed move to accommodate our new kitchen. He was able to complete all of the additional work very quickly and did a great job. He was communicative and kept me apprised of all of the work he was doing. Very happy with Plumbtech yet again!

We ran into a snag with installation of two toilets, so we called in the big guns! The plumber instantly realized our issue, fixed it, explained what happened, and was in and out within an hour. The office got the appointment for us in a very timely manner, and this potentially saved us hundreds of dollars. Thank you!

As a Realtor, Plumbtech is my go to plumbing company and personally as well. I highly recommend them to clients. They are punctual, professional, organized and do a great job. When I call, the phone gets answered by a live person which is super important to me so I can explain the issues. Julie can often arrange for someone to come in a reasonable time frame when needed. All the guys are great but a special thanks to Kyle L.

My bathtub spout had blown off the copper pipe coming out the wall. I called Plumbtech Plumbing ecause their reviews were excellent. Pleasant conversation with attendant who explained the pricing. The service technician arrived after parking the big van. Came in (less than an hour after I called). Took off his boots and came into the bathroom. Picked up the bathroom spout and showed me a little screw. Said that this was the problem. The screw was an IKEA style screw. He finished the job after 5 minutes - there was a matter of alignment. He also adjusted the bathroom drain plug and cleaned out the drain, removing buildup. That was another 5 minutes. He charged me the minimum charge. I paid a lot less than I thought I was going to. The repair man was gone in 22 minutes, after giving me by bill. I give them five stars for their expertise and honesty about the repair. I highly recommend them.

Quick service. I had a flood and needed emergency service. They came in an hour to shut the water off outside. They said the time they would come the next day to do the repair after the water had drained. They came when they said they would and fixed the problem.

Had Plumbtech install two new toilets for us. Plumber was very friendly and attentive and super fast - great work all around. Will definitely use them again.

I had a leak in a ball gasket to my irrigation line. Kyle, from Plumbtech, came out and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Fast, professional service, priced fairly. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from Plumbtech, especially Josh the tech was exceptional with his work. He went the extra mile to ensure the the work he completed was done right. Plumbtech was able to get a tech out to our home the very day we called other providers were not able to help us in our dilemma.

I was informed of the $100.00 truck fee and the $125.00 per hour labour charge. I was hoping that I would get a bit of advice on the actual upcoming plumbing job but all that was done was the water lines were cut and capped. The final bill was over $300.00 with tax. When I checked the bill, I was charged $32.20 in parts, for 2 caps. A little excessive I'd say. The work was fine and Tyler was efficient and polite.

I had a pretty big issue with my sump pump and Plumtech was at my home less than 15 minutes after I called. The technician Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The price was extremely fair and I am confident that the job was done right and will last for years!

I want to say thank you again for the exceptional work provided by Jeff and the rest of the team. The next time I have any issues with plumbing, I know I am calling Plumbtech!

Great service and company. Mike showed up on the same day as I made the call for service, and was exceptionally helpful and professional during the installation of a new shut-off valve and quoting an additional product.

Removed old water softener piping, replaced old laundry facet, installed fridge waterline.
Plumbers showed up on time and were polite and friendly.
Plumber left geasy hand marks on newly painted walls, installed faucet bracket on rear of sink instead of front so I couldn't turn tap without scraping knuckles, had to ask him to move it. At $130.00 an hour, he was still on the clock and charged me while he took 20 minutes to fill out the invoice.

Kyle and Noah were outstanding. Details of the job were a little vague and they were extremely helpful in talking me through options to come to a decision that made sense for my project.

They executed the plan quickly and cleanly and we’re a class act from start to finish. Nice job gents.

Plumbtech is my go-to company when I have a plumbing issue. I’ve used them for more than 10 years and have never once been disappointed. Their technicians are always professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and pricing is very fair.

On Mothers Day on a Sunday we sprung a leak when we opened shutoff valve for outside hose. I tried calling other plumbers who were either closed, had answering machines or only responded to their existing clients. I called Plumbtech and got a human (a rareity these days- even rarer on a weekend). Within 10 minutes they had a technician call me back and within half an hour a plumber was onsite and had the pipe, valve and connections replaced within an hour. Unbelievable great service for plumping!

It is about $300 for a leak not fixed, no followup but a hole on ceiling left, and threat of collection when I got the only invoice.
My advise is that not to contact Plumbtech if what might be involved is more than literally the water pipe itself or it is not an easy enough and straightforward job.

On April 20, Plumbtech called me and then realized they sent the invoice to me with wrong email address (a typo in their system). She sent a new one with a statement about collection.

Plumbtech sent its plumber Jan 12 for the leak. He adjusted the tap in the showerroom and told my tenant that it was fixed and tested ok.
My tenant called me later that it was still leaking.
I contacted the plumber and he then suspected there might be problems on the floor tiles but tile was not his job.
I had also asked whether he could restore the hole sometime after the leak was fixed but he said that was not his job neither.
I told him it was not a completed job until the leaking was gone. From my recent conversation with plumbtech, seems he simply marked the job done to his company.

After a few days I got another plumber and fixed the leaking. It was not the tiles, he mentioned he saw some sealant but on wrong place.

I was quite unhappy with this Plumbtech service for sure but I was willing to pay since the man did come and worked, though it was not fixed and there's no followup.

I had a conversation with Plumbtech lady on April 20. The invoice she sent afterwards mentioned that it would go to collection if I did not pay before the end of the month which was ten days after I got the invoice.

The invoice surprised me as $300 for a remaining leaking and a hole.
I offered to pay $150. Forgive me that I would feel much better even if they could have said sorry for the service but let's settle at $250. However, it was refused right away at first. In the email conversations later the lady said she would get back to me after talking with the boss and owner.

April 27, there's the decision from the owner that "the bill stands at full price as the work was done", that "will go to collection unless payment is received in full April 29th"

Thank you Plumbtech as at least you did not challenge the facts. I don't know what your plumber told you about the job. Could you please ask him again?
Wait, you never showed the intention to ask your plumber. What you emphasized multiple times were that you *were* not aware that the leaking was not fixed.what really matters?

We had an emergency situation yesterday. Everywhere we called said it would be at least 24hours and needed a deposit to secure an appointment! Not plumbtech! They were very quick in sending someone over, they understood the urgency.
The plumber who came was friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and looking for, potential causes and everything. He left and I felt confident in what he told me! Followed up with the city to confirm what he had said and everything has been fine since! AND THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME AN ARM AND A LEG!

Above & beyond. I had PlumbTech remove & reinstall a faucet & sink drain that had both been replaced under warranty. They responded quickly to my email and were able to squeeze the quick job in fairly fast. Service tech was excellent and professional. The best was staff member Julie, who CLIMBED INTO THEIR DUMPSTER for me to retrieve a piece off my original faucet at the end of the day when I discovered a different part of the faucet was not functioning correctly. She is amazing. Will definitely use for any future plumbing needs.

Ben & Dylan did an amazing job! They were friendly and cleaned up once job was done despite of letting them know that they need not bother about it.

I had installed shower heads, bidets, bath spouts and a faucet. Ben exactly knew what needed to be done and worked with ease and could see his professional workmanship.

Prices were nominal and In future would be happy to avail their services again if anything turns up.

Not a happy camper had to have them remove pipes from broken sink; and then put them back; which is a 2 part job. The first job took 15 minutes to do, the second to reconnect new sink a half hour and I was charged for 2 service calls full price plus a truck charge which is a joke. That is there business expense not mine. You want to have a big company that is your expense. That would be like going into your favorite restaurant and being charged for $10 plate fee $10 glass fee and $5 fork and knife fee. My family is in the plumbing business and I have never heard of a truck charge. They knew the job was a 2 part job, I don't mind paying full price for the second job and half for the first since it only took 15 minutes to do. The countertop people who had to dismantle the sink and replace it Sink and labour which was over a hour to do cost less then they charged a lot less. A marble countertop with one mistake would have cracked it and I paid less and they came from Toronto which makes this one sad joke. I don't mind paying a fair price but that was a rip off. If I was the owner I would have set a fair price to do the job since we knew it would be a two part job. You want stay in business you have to be fair. My father had a successful business until his death which sadly was way to young. He became successful because he never forgot who makes you succcessful and that is your repeat customers and I will never be that.

Fantastic service! I called with an emergency at midnight. The following morning at 8am my tech called as promised and promptly showed up and looked after our problem. Considering the scope of work he had to perform, I was pleased with the cost. I will definitely be calling Plumbtech for all my future plumbing needs.

Unprofessional and do not except any ownership of their work. They unclogged the drain however the problem came back within a week and they refuse to take the ownership and ask the same charges. Expensive and no customer service, you may look for local plumbers who stand by their workmanship.

I am so impressed by the service and compassion of the team at Plumbtech. Two weeks ago I lost the ability to use all of my indoor plumbing due to an extensive main drain blockage and a faulty/old/shoddy indoor plumbing setup. I had already been in touch with another company who did not do the work that was needed and promised in their contract. That company charged me an exorbitant amount, and proposed more work that would not have actually solved the issues. The fact that I fell victim to them was a humiliation, but I was in a very low period due to significant life stress. John and Julie at Plumbtech held space, listening to my story when I called in distress, and dispatched a fantastic crew to solve my issue as soon as they could the next morning. Andrew and Larry were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They reworked the old system to best meet our needs and took care of the issues caused by the inadequate setup. John and Julie did everything they could to minimize my stress and prevent further challenges for me as I prepared my home to meet our basic needs and receive company from out of town. They kept communicating with me and reassuring me that the work would be done. I am so grateful for the professionalism and care that Plumbtech demonstrated. They turned my distressing situation into one where I felt heard, humanized, and taken care of by professionals. They restored my trust, and I will be a lifelong customer. New toilet in an older home. Had to rough-in for new toilet offset. Incredibly tight quarters due to under floor piping and joist positions. Did it right. Top notch from beginning to end!

First time needing a plumber on short notice. Had a sewer back up in the basement. Looked online and found Plumbtech. I called at 10pm and spoke to a plumber and re-assured it was ok to wait until morning. We did not have a flood, just couldn't flush toilets or put water down the drain. I chose to wait until morning. Follow up call first thing in the morning, given upfront info about pricing, best and worst case scenario kind of thing. Very professional. Two plumbers arrived at 10 am. They were both professional, friendly and efficient. Removed a blockage from the main line. Excellent customer service, and it ended up costing less than I expected. Of course, I hope to never need a plumber again, but if I do, this will be the first company I call and I will recommend to anyone I know. Thanks for the great service! By the way, everyone should know that flushable wipes are not flushable!

We were in the middle of renovating our kitchen. During the cabinet installation for the sink the cabinet installer showed us challenges with the plumbing. Needing someone fast we called Plumtech. I am familiar with their work from CTS Canadian Career College.
Jeff was dispatched on the same day and took control of the plumbing needs on his arrival.he made suggestions to improve the flow and configuration of the kitchen plumbing.
As the counter top was not available we agreed to have Jeff return when the countertop and sink were installed.
Jeff's work was very professional neat and clean. He was able to also complete a couple of other small plumbing jobs for us.

The 1st guy solved the problem for a day. The 2nd guy was great and inspected my septic system. And determined my septic system was full.

Called them in a panic at 3: 20 on a Friday due to water dripping from my kitchen light fixture, and despite not being a customer already, had a plumber here by 4. He went to great lengths to avoid cutting a hole in the kitchen ceiling, found the split hose that was causing the issue, and fixed everything by 5 pm and for a very very reasonable price. We weren't a customer before, but we sure are now!

Called Plumbtech Plumbing for a toilet installation at our office in Barrie, they said they would be here at 8: 00am.exactly 8: 00am they showed up. Very professional, quick and excellent service. Excellent value. Thanks guys!

One of our hot water pipes in our home started leaking where it branched off to another bathroom. I tried to repair it as I did in the past, but the older repair technology parts I had would not work anymore. I tried previously at another plumbing business to see if I could get someone to help or direct me on how to slow or repair the leak as things were getting bad. I was told most were heavily booked and could not help out, so I checked on the internet and found Plumbtech Plumbing Inc, and phoned and spoke to Heather I believe, and she understood my situation and urgency, and said that she would have someone there in 2 hours if that was fine. I told her that would be great, and as she said she was dispatching a Plumber. Soon Plumbtech truck came to our address and I was relieved that they were right on time. He introduced himself as Dan, and wore the proper PPE and came in to inspect the situation, and said, he could have it fixed for us no problem. He was courteous, professional, well spoken, showed respect and craftmanship when he was doing the repair, and in 30 minutes, he announced that I could turn on the water. WOW, something that I thought would take considerable time was accomplished in minutes, as he had all the right parts, tools, and knowledge on how to fix our problem and with little mess or disruption. I phoned back to Plumbtech office after Dan left and told them how well everything went and how professional Dan was with us and our repair. I read most of the reviews before phoning, and I have to agree with most of them, that if you need a job done well and professionally, then you need not look further then a call to Plumbtech. We had an issue that two plumbers couldn't figure out. I decided to call plumbtech. They had someone come, figure out the issue and solve it all in the same day I called in. I will only be using them from now on! I would defiantly recommend!

A few months ago I called for resealing and leveling the toilets in our building. The employees that showed up did a very good job with the toilets as well as repairing all the faucets in the building. I called a few weeks later for one a toilet that would not stop running, they came and told me that it needed to be replaced. Shortly afterwards they showed up with a new toilet, replaced it quickly and removed the old one. Today I just called for a new hot water tank, I spoke to John who was very helpful and honest, I want say I appreciate their service and would recommend them for all forms of plumbing.

Long Weekend, Serious leak in the kitchen under the sink and going through the basement ceiling. Called many places. I received a call back from Dan at Plumbtech Plumbing. Dan set my mind at ease right away. Not the cheapest but The plumber who called me back was courteous and professional. Dan immediately made me feel at ease as he explained what the issues could be. Right then I knew they were the right choice.
Dan advised how long he would be before he could get here, he called again to give me a heads up. Dan arrived when he said he would and within a couple of minutes he knew what was wrong. He went right to the repair. In a very short time he had all my issues solved and I was ready to get back to prepping the Turkey.

Of the many different plumbers we have used they were extremely over priced, i paid to have 2 guys here and 1 to watch the other work at a rate of 175 an hour. I would recommend shopping around, personally will never use these guys again!

My plumber was mia, getting a covid test (came back negative), the other plumbers were booked. I did agree to the terms and was lead to believe it would be an hour job as it has always been with any other plumber. I was billed from 2 to 430. Your first guy showed at 2 in a next plumbing shirt. The second showed at 230 in your uniform. Neither employee knocked at the door or followed any kind of covid safety precautions. Both employees cut across the muddy lawn rather than taking the driveway tracking mud not only through the house but into the tub they supposedly tested. If it was filled why did we have to clean the mud after your team left? Also the second guy once arrived spent 5 min chatting then returned to his truck to build the gain valve, which he had to alter as he had build it incorrectly.

I am most disappointed that you decided this was all ok without visiting the site to personally see the work your employees completed. Had you made a visit would would have seen not only a muddy tub but the chip created during install, luckily covered by concrete board and tile.

Before you sit at your computer like your guys are incapable of errors, remember we are all only human and its not about the mistakes made but how you deal with them.

I reached out to Plumbtech on a referral I received in an emergency situation. I recently moved into a new house and had a pipe burst. Had Plumbtech come in to install a backup sump pump and to repair a vanity drain problem (due to poor design). John (at head office) and Dan (the plumber) were both absolutely fantastic to deal with. I was dealing with a competitor of theirs which quoted me insane prices and made some ridiculous comments that turned out not to be true. Plumbtech fixed everything within budget that other firms told me were not possible. To make a very long story short, I'll be going with Plumbtech as long as I am in the area. Fantastic firm, A+!

I hired this company a few years ago for our basement reno, and they were the only company out of the 4 I called that actually showed up to give me a quote and I’m glad it worked out that way. Very professional service and excellent customer service. The crew they sent moved the tub drain for the 3 piece bath and plumbed in an area for a kitchen and installed the tub and shower. There was some damage to the tub that was delivered and they pointed it out to me and gave me options on what can be done and I ended up choosing a new tub, which they accommodated and installed that day. The quote was bang on and no hidden fees and the professionalism from the young crew is top notch, they kept me in the loop during the whole process. The after service was exceptional and the supervisor came out to make sure everything went as expected. I’ve had them over since that project and same professional service.

Just had work done by Plumbtech and would highly recommend them. The plumber was professional and personal and completed the work in a timely manner. The bill was surprisingly reasonable. They even offered a seniors discount without asking. Great Job!

I had a home service call for a well to be primed. I figured it was the well foot hose needed replaced. They quote $150.00 and sent a new plumber they had as I did not meet him on any of my prior service calls. He tool the well cover off and pulled so hard on the hose he cracked it.
I told him he cracked the hose and he said he did not. I said it will not prime now. He told me I was wrong replaced the foot pump and went to the house to try to prime. I waited outside because I was upset as I could hear the pump sucking air and not priming outside at the well.
I went in after about 15 minutes and he had decided to cut my house lines to install new shut offs with no consent.when I said what are yo doing? He said I needed them.
I said I do n out want them get out please!
The office called me. I explained. He broke the line at the well and installed parts I did not ask for.
They said they would send out management.
So now 3 came out.
Note the line was cracked and they dug up my lawn to replace it.
Let a mess behind.
Primed the well so I now had house water and left and said they were sorry for all the inconvenience. Just the service call of 150.00 would be billed. $150.00
Got the bill $1500.00 dollars!
Called said they would adjust to $500.00
I said no
And I have repairs on my lawn to do so I do not owe you and landscaping was 600.00 to fix the ground and level it.
So I heard nothing.
2 years later collections department called.
Credit Bureau Collections Ltd.
Told them it was in dispute, They did not care and went ahead and filled it on my credit bureau.
Now I have to file small claims against the company to prove I do not owe this.i do not recommend this place. The owner just want his money.

They came right away late at night when water was pouring out of the ceiling. First guy did a messy caulking job. I called back and they sent a new guy to finish the job. I think that is excellent service.

We hired Plumbtech to resolve a blocked sewer line issue on our business property. We are in a century home with crumbling infrastructure. They solved the issue and replaced the deteriorated pipeline. Plumbtech was quick to respond and kept us informed every step of the way. Pricing was fair, with no surprises. Hi There. I don’t typically leave reviews but I had a great customer experience that I believe should be shared because it is a rare occurrence these days. Our house had all of our toilet tanks not filling with water and I called Ashely at plum tech to see if someone could help. She said it was busy likely because of the - 30 weather but would get someone out ASAP. She called back within 15 mins and had someone on their way. Our plumber (did not get his name apologize) shoewed up about 5-10 mins later and when he showed up magically the water tanks were full? He checked everything just to be sure and everything looked good. He thought it might be because the water line unthawed but even he thought it was odd. Long story but he and Ashley did not charge for the visit. I thought it was a very reputable thing to do and I appreciated it very much. Plum tech will be my go to moving forward! Not very happy with the level of service we received because of lack of communication between the plumber and us. We had a frozen pipe issue and had one of their plumbers come twice, First time he didn't know what to do and the second visit he open walls. When he finished opening up walls he just left.we didn't know when he left the house and he didn't provide any update afterwards. When we called the office they said he hadn't put in his work order so they didn't know what was done either. I found out after the fact that several space heaters would have helped the issue and we should have left the tap open.
