You have to set an appointment to open an account and I had been calling them for days to set an appointment but nobody answers the phone. I went personally there and it was closed. What a waste of time.

No one answers the call for an appointment even you call everyday or everyhour the lady on charge is not flexible, you still have to go on that branch just to make an appointment because no one will pick up the phone which is rediculous! Its too far. In their website they put no online appointment and they entertain walking clients but when you go there they not entertain you cause you no have appointment!

There is no customer service at all on dec 15,2022 at 3: 07 pm. Lacking in professionalism and understanding of banking problems considering it is hard to contact pnb branches in canada and the distance to the different branches in Ontario.
