Great service, amazing Italian food and romantic atmosphere. A fabulous spot for date night. The wine selection is great too!

My husband and I have been looking for an amazing restaurant for quite some time now and this restaurant is exactly what we have been looking for. Great food, tasty and with generous portions. Amazing service right from the moment you sit down. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a wonderful night out.

What a gem of a place for anyone craving good Italian food. We had Poco Pazzo Fettucine along with kids Sphagetti& meatballs and both the dishes were amazing. The flavours are perfectly balanced and portion size is pretty generous. The service could be a tad faster but considering it was a friday night and rush hour, it was ok.

I had originally made reservations for 4 on Sept 9 at 7: 00pm. On the day of the reservation I received a call from the restaurant asking if I could change my reservation to 7: 15pm. Not a problem. We arrived at 7: 15 and were seated promptly. We had cocktails before dinner and appetizers as ordered. Thereafter we watched customers (even those who arrived after us) being served their dinners while we patiently waited. At around 8: 30pm I called the waitress (Rose) over to let her know that the wait was becoming unreasonable. I let her know that in future she might want to be proactive to get in front of any issues and address them with the customer before the customer did. I also suggested that she might want to consider a complementary bottle of wine given we had finished the one we had ordered for dinner. It was in jest but with a little truth attached. She apologized and said our dinners would be arriving shortly. We didn't receive our orders till after 9: 25pm over 2 hours after sitting down. No compensation was offered nor was any part of the meal credited as a conciliatory offer as a result of the completely unreasonable delay. I tipped reasonably because I felt that the servers were not responsible for the delays we experienced, but I was very disappointed with how the issue not addressed. We received our bill paid and left at 10: 15pm.
Our table discussion became focused on the long wait for our meal and took away from the celebration intended. Totally unacceptable for an established restaurant. I've said many times I'll take average food and great service over great food and terrible service. Well tonight I got the latter.

We had a lovely date night at the pocopazzo. I had the fettuccine poco pazzo and my husband had gemelli gorgonzola. While I found his pasta underwhelming, I did truly enjoyed mine! It was very creamy and the pasta was done just right. The portion sizes were HUGE. We only ordered the pasta with no appetizers and we barely finished our pasta dishes.

I recently dined at this Italian restaurant and had a mixed experience. The food was decent, but fell short of our expectations. The service, while polite and respectful, required multiple reminders for simple requests like water and bread. However, the waitstaff promptly handled a disruptive customer incident, impressing us with their swift resolution and even offering a complimentary appetizer to compensate. Despite some shortcomings, we appreciated their efforts to rectify the situation, and it left us feeling satisfied in the end. Overall, the evening was enjoyable

Although, I came here last night & I was not super impressed.

The gnocchi we ordered was slightly undercooked but nothing to complain about. However, the manicotti was VERY undercooked & very hard at the top of the tubes. Additionally, we got warm bread with our meal & as I picked up the bread out of the container, there was an already used & scraped out container of butter at the bottom of the dish? So the container was reused from an old table, garbage wasn’t discarded & fresh bread was placed on top of the garbage? We let the server know & she offered us more butter…

I’ve loved this place in the past & the flavours are amazing. However, I am not sure I will be coming back after paying $$ for undercooked food / uncleanliness and not being pleased with our experience.

We have been going to this place for years and always loved it. Service and food are great. However, not allowing a bday cake from outside was a turn off.

Great service, food was amazing and came quick and it was mothers day so crazy busy. You want to try an authentic Italian meal try Pocopazzo.

This has long been my favourite restaurant, but I always order the same thing.the Fettuccini Poco Pazzo. It is amazing. My husband encouraged me to try something else this time, so I did. I had a chicken dish with asparagus and fontina cheese. I have a new favourite dish now. It was so amazing. Great food, great service, great owner.love it even more now.

This is my favourite Italian restaurant ever. I have dined in and had takeout, it is always absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere and excellent food! Definitely recommend for a date night or any night really!

They overbooked their valentines day special. Waited over 15 min before a hostess even aknowledged us then told we would have to wait even longer, this was already 15 min past our reservation time. People were lined up outside waiting in the cold since the restaurant is so small and packed. Decided to leave and not spend $80 per person in a loud packed restaurant.

I had their jarred sauce which they sell in some stores and it was really good so I had high hopes for the restaurant experience. The manicotti was tough and the ricotta filling was bland. The meatballs are good. Was expecting a higher level of food. If you’re in an area with only big box restaurants then it is a great choice. Service was great and the atmosphere cozy but a bit loud.

THEE best! This is our go to for a ‘take out’ dinner for 2. Always consistently delicious. Thank you

Very cozy, good food, friendly service and dependable - always found Pocopazzo to be a good, local restaurant. It's a kitchen we can depend on. Went last weekend and tried something new for me - their POLLO RIPIENO. Wow, this was a cut above, I really enjoyed it, full unique flavour and the creamy sauce makes the dish - it was absolutely delicious:) Thank you!

Out of this world. The food is just amazing. Excellent atmosphere and the overall experience was phenomenal. This place will not disappoint!
