So overpriced it's stupid, close to $3000 for a water pump. The staff absolutely AMAZING, and they don't make the prices, so no bad vibes towards the staff, just because you have a J. D, doesn't mean dealers should be allowed to blatantly overcharge, but they do, no one else can do many of the repairs, propratery tools and parts outrageous

Great place for John Deere parts! They have ATV, snowmobile, chainsaws, and toy's. They also have clothes for the family! There service department is number one in servicing tractor, and other agriculture machinery.

I walk into this place.never having been here before. I was picking up something for my husband. No one in the store.a lady was walking over to the offices.she looked at me as she continued on.no greeting.or "I'll be right there! "
Nothing. I noticed the parts department sign at that point and I headed over. Told the man at the computer why I was there.he got my part but only one belt.there were supposed to be two. Now my husband ordered these items ahead and they must have told him they were in and ready. The man said the one belt wouldn't be in till tomorrow. No apologies.that was it. I drove 45 min to get there. Also this man did not greet me or ask how he could help. Stone faced the whole time. I paid and left. I did not like the attitude of the people working in this store. I wonder what management is like?

Bought a x 700 john deere lawn mower did every thing they said and more salesmam was great very happy to deal there will buy there again thanks

Absolutely thrilled with the service I receive every time I order Artic cat parts from the artic cat parts department super fast and the print diagrams of how to install your parts, amazing to work with wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else

Brought my sled in for a recall and this is how they treat customers products. Suggest maybe looking elsewhere for a dealer.

** Edit to add information, Aaron and I had a chat after the original review and he is well aware of the issue, I did get an apology for the mud all over the sled. Issue being they should not have allowed it to be released to the customer in that condition, it definitely did not look like that when it was dropped off to have the recall done. They didn't even have the proper seat on the sled when I got it back, fortunately the sled that my seat ended up on was my bosses and was dropped off at the same time, for the same recall.
