Stored a whole house in this pod for 18 months and when I opened ut up it was just as I had packed it! Fabtastic way to store things!

Chris W was very careful. He checked the clearance between his truck and the driveway and chose to avoid any damage. He was careful not to damage the bushes and grass.

We rented a POD during our kitchen renovation. The drop off and pick up alleviated additional stress, as I was able to load/unload, as well as access, my good throughout the reno as the POD was stored on my private property.

Good value and the best timing. We moved from West to East so PODS gave us the best timing and cost.

While the delivery and pick up of the pod went fine. I scheduled for the pod to be delivered at the secondary address and the whole experience was horrible. They never told me what time they were coming and woke me up at 7 to let me know they were 20 min away. It had snowed, and I didn't have time to go clear the snow in the secondary address and had to rush there. If it weren't for my neighbors who helped me, I would have been stuck!

I called PODS to complain and they only just apologized. Since the pod was "delivered" they can't do anything. But it was only delivered because I was under stress and rushed to get things done because of their inability to communicate. Will definitely never work with them or recommend them ever again.

Zero customer service. Agents offline on website chat, no agents on their phone lines (waiting an hour so far, second time I've tried calling cuz who has time for that) also– when you login to the account they don't provide an option to cancel. So if you need to cancel, it's NOT FUN.

Seamless experience. The driver (Chris W) make the pick up process extremely easy.

Excellent driver both from and to with the POD. But, customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It takes a minimum of one+ hours to get anyone on the phone to either change a date, problem with the POD, and, the people that eventually do answer the phone are extremely difficult to understand. I do NOT recommend the service.

Prices are higher than competition. They can ship up to newfoundland but can't bring me the container 10 km further than their 30 ish km distance from their storage. No surplus, no deals, just won't deliver further than 30 km from the storage. So I can order the container closer (no problem), store it (no problem), ship it to yukon (okay), but God forbid they have to go further than 30 km to deliver the container. Did not see the logic in that, and i happened to find a competitor who didn't either.

Great prices but check out the delivery locations and tha don't deliver the smaller units. They can deliver to B C from ontario but not to N B

De vrai voleur j’ai pris des pods pour 2 mois et 6 jours et au lieu de me charger 2 mois et 6 jour, ils m’ont chargé 3 mois complet plus un autre $280 de frais de livraison pour les pods.
J’ai eu le pire service possible au téléphone avec eux pour me faire dire que je devais payer le mois au complet pour 6 jours. Ce qui m’insulte le plus, qu’ils vont venir les chercher et ils vont les louer de nouveau pour faire d autre argent quand moi, j’ai déjà payé pour la même période que la prochaine location. Une compagnie de déménagement professionnelle aurait été moins coûteuse. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie personne une de mes pire expérience et c’est complètement du vole.

Et le service à la clientèle est pitoyable.

Édit: : : : : Personne m’a contacter encore en plus j’ai demandé à parler à un gérant ils m’ont dit qu’ils allaient me rappeler et ça fait 5 jours et toujours aucun retour de leur part. Je confirme de nouveau que le service est pitoyable

Quite happy to have used PODS for my move. In a hectic time having someone reliable who communicates clearly is a huge bonus. Kudos!

God awful. If you're moving, don't let their incompetence add to your stress. Moved our luggage without our consent OR wish to a new location, and then tried to bill us thousands to return it. Instead of acknowledging their mistake or attempting to work with us towards a solution, they ignored our calls. They would put my mother's number on hold, but when I called them on my phone at the same time, they would answer. Extremely unprofessional, sloppy work, unhelpful and rude customer service, and took an extremely long time to get that damned pod off our new property after we moved.
