Pointts is definitely the way to go, Bradley worked with me and was discerning to all my questions and needs, greatly appreciate their service.

They are very approachable and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like I was bugging when I had questions. They made me feel heard. They answered the questions clearly. Their response time was very fast and I felt like a priority! Their communication on email and on the phone was fast and easy. The employees I was talking to were very nice caring, and showed concern. They are quick with updates!

I'd really like to say a few words about me retaining Edward Disenhouse from POINTTS. Earlier this year in 2022 I received a speed camera speeding ticket to my vehicle. Not only was it a ticket but it was over the regular fine. So much so that I was summoned to court so that they can set the fine they felt was best suited for the speed the vehicle was going. I checked out a few places to see who could help and I came across Edward from points, mind you he was not the first person from the company I dealt with but he definitely was the one who I felt was better Suited to take care of my matter. I paid the money and he spent the next half a year fighting the ticket for me. Some people might say why would you fight that type of ticket but the amount of the fine that they wanted to impose was way too much for me to pay the government. Anyways he always kept in contact letting me know what his next move was and if I was okay with it. Fast forward to October and he calls me before the court case. Updated my situation so that he can have the defense. When he called me back in an hour and told me that we won that I would not be paying that Hefty fine I was ecstatic. I am very happy that he took the time out to put the effort into my case he listened to my concerns and implemented them into the defense. I definitely advise if you ever need them that you contact them and ask for Edward. Once again definitely worth the little I spent to save the amount that I would have had to pay.

The team at POINTTS did a tremendous job of keeping me up to date and informed of any and all activity regarding my case. They were prompt and professional, and above all, they were able to get my case resolved and the charges withdrawn completely.

I would highly recommend using POINTTS to resolve issues relating to a personal charge under the Highway Traffic Act. I first contacted Randy Smale in the national office and both he and subsequent contact Edward Disenhouse were confident that I would have my case withdrawn based on the facts I presented. They were right! This was a small price to pay for experts like the POINTTS folks to fight on your behalf and keep your driving record clean!

I was hesitant to fight my speeding ticket because the officer already lowered my speed resulting in a lesser charge. Asked around for quotes/legal advice regarding my situation. Was advised by a different paralegal service to not fight my case as it will be a losing battle, but was told otherwise by Shelina (Shelina Lalji Professional Corporation O/A POINTTS). Long story short, her advice was to fight it (even after I explained what happened and what another paralegal advised me) and gave me a false sense that I could win. End result was pleaded guilty, still received all the demerit points, and the court fined me slightly higher than if I just paid my ticket in the first place. I highly DO NOT recommend using POINTTS, it’s definitely not worth $339 to get absolutely nothing out of it. Don’t bother hiring Shelina Lalji Professional Corporation O/A - POINTTS if you get caught in Whitby, just pay your ticket!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was charged with ‘Drive - Handheld Communications Device’ and with the support of Shelina and Bill (William) it went to trial and the charge was DISMISSED by the court! They had faith in me and Bill did a phenomenal job representing me throughout the process. Thanks again! I hope to never need to hire you again lol but I am confident that should I need to, you would be my first call! Highly recommended!

Amazing service. Boss Lady was excellent. She took the time to talk to me and explain everything. I had two tickets. One was under 15kms so she said that it is cheaper for me to pay then sign up for her service. Second one was Careless Driving Summonses so i signed up. So glad that i signed up.
