Delicious food and excellent service. Pokes of two sizes with fresh food. We were able to eat there as there is a food court. I loved it and recommend it.

Pretty good poke! But they up their prices on uber eats and skip the dishes, so i guess go in person. I have had better poke but theirs is very good i enjoy the build your bowl options

Courteous staff, yummy and fresh bowl. Located on a big street. Visit by walk is best, parking is challenging.

This was no different in a good way! Everything about it hit the spot, I couldn't even eat is fast enough! Amazing and I will 200% be order from here again!

The store environment is simple and clean, the service is very good, and the food is picked up quickly! The combination of purple rice and salmon is a must!

I usually get the it’s lit, it’s amazing. The ingredients are always fresh, everything is chopped up small making it easy to mix and eat, it’s probably one of the best healthy food options in the area.

I ordered the make your own snack size which was a decent portion. The options for ingredients/toppings in your bowl that came with the size ordered I are better than most. They allowed for 2 regular topping and 1 premium topping and all the garnishes. Black rice was also a standard option. The tuna was good and the food was prepared quickly.

Best poke in the city. My friends from Richmond Hill and Newmarket always insist on Poke Eats when they visit.

Poke Eats offers all of the best components of a poke bowl with their "It's Lit" poke bowl. It is the perfect balance of sweet, salty and spicy. Also, unlike many other places, they offer black sushi rice as a base.

EXTREMELY SALTY! Me and my husband orders delivery from here quite a bit and I usually choose ponzu sauce. Today, the whole tuna poke tasted like pure soy sauce. SO SALTY. I was very hungry but still I didn't manage to finish it eventhough I was eating Romaine lettuce leaves as I eat to make it edible.lol. To make sure I try my husband's spicy mayo poke seems just fine as usual. He tried mine and said it is very salty even for someone who likes salty food. If you see the photo, even tuna pieces looks blackened by the sauce. It's a shame I didn't enjoy my 20 dollar meal. It may not seem big to someone, it is for me. Really disappointed.

I order 2-3 times a week. The bowl is fresh and delicious. This might be the best poke joint in the city. Service is also great. Staff is really friendly!

Loved these guys, but then after the pandemic when I was back in the area (I moved jobs so wasn't in the area anymore) I went to get some takeout and they refused to honor my stamp-filled card for my free bowl and just turned us away saying it didn't count anymore? ! Horrible. For a regular customer that had obviously bought enough to fill the card, why would you just erase that relationship and loyalty? ! Really disappointed and have never gone back. Would rather patronize places that appreciate your business.

Altho the food is good their customer service is awful.i ordered and paid for extra avocado but got NONE in my bowl.they promised to refund me and did not.when i asked them about it later they then refused to give me my.money back.awful people.

Majority of the poke bowl was good and fresh, sauce was tasty but the lettuce was not fresh as I would have like as they were rusty red in colour underneath not shown in the picture. Fast service, Attentive and friendly staff, ease of ordering.

I love this pokes and the staff is really amazing. It was late and they were running out of sushi rice so they gave me other options. It tasted amazing

I love to order my Poke bowl from this place, staffs are super nice, the place itself is impeccable clean and the food is fresh and ready to eat. I've noticed that the price slightly changed and it's understandable because of the recent increased interest rate and inflation. So businesses need to keep up in order to survive, and pay up to their staffs, foods and resources, and rental location. Overall, I will keep coming back to PokeEats to order my food and support it.

I ordered 'it's lit' which is a salmon poke and the black sushi rice is uncooked well. You guys should've make it more water in it if it has black rice inside. Was good try, but I won't be coming back

Decent poke place in the area I like to build the bowl myself and my fav sauce is the spicy unagi.

Ordered off Uber eats today and while the order was made correctly and food tasted good they didn’t include any utensils… as I was working in an office without access to any utensils during covid I wasn’t able to eat my lunch. Can’t exactly eat raw fish with various toppings and sticky rice with bare hands… there were also no napkins included. I don’t believe there was an option to ask for cutlery either.

This is my favourite and go-to poke spot in North york. Very good portions and all the ingredients are always super fresh!

Poke eats has the best dishes! Quick and friendly staff. Bowls have fresh fish and lots of vegetables! I always enjoy 'lit' for a little spice and great flavor! A must try for anyone looking for take out!

I haven't tried poke that tastes as good as in california and good enough to say that it's worth not having to go to hawaii for!

I got the make your own bowl and asked for spicy salmon. The salmon was incredible and the flavors were savory!

Not bad, not great. Compared to other poke places, their sushi rice has no flavour. Bland bowls and small meat portions. I got the “it’s lit” bowl and was left hungry after.

At $12.90, the price is not had. However, I’d rather pay $15+ for a bigger portioned bowl with more flavour. I probably won’t go back as there are better options for the money in the area.

Great little place for a poke bowl. Clean, efficient and quick. Very tasty as well. Definitely a good 'fast' option if you are looking for a place to eat near the Yonge & Sheppard intersection. This is a definitely good alternative to the conventional fast food places which have populated most of this area.

My goto poke place. Protein is dressed at the time of ordering, not premarinated for hours on end. Always fresh, always consistent in quality, friendly service.

Used to like this place a lot. When they opened up you can build your own bowl around 12$ but not its almost 17$ which is way too much for the quantity

I don't really leave reviews for businesses. But I feel even out of principle I should share the experience I had at Poke Eats today to shed some light on how customer un-friendly and deceitful they are. I've been going to Poke Eats since they first opened. I had one of their loyalty cards where 8 stamps get you a free poke bowl. Today I placed an order for pick up. When I got there I remembered my card and presented it to the cashier. Her immediate response was that due to covid they could not stamp the card for me. I told her that was ok but the card had all 8 stamps and I wanted to redeem it. She said ok and stepped back to speak to someone behind her, presumably the manager. The manager, who clearly doesn't know the first thing about being discreet, told her (loudly) to tell me they had scrapped the stamp-card loyalty program and so my card was no longer valid. Allegedly they now have an electronic program. Funny enough, she didn't ask me to enrol in their make-believe new loyalty program. If they had truly scrapped it, then how come at first I was told they couldn't stamp my card due to covid? Shouldn't the cashier have just said they didn't do the physical cards anymore and had a new program? To lie about such a cornerstone of your customer service program is appalling and really goes to show your poor business practices. I get it, the bowl costs $16, but you put out the program, did you think no one was ever going to redeem it? Or is it a race issue? I didn't look like your typical clientele?

I won't be coming back here. I usually do business at the building across the street and frequently come over with family and colleagues. I also always recommended this place to my colleagues and clients. You can be sure I'll be letting everyone know how unprincipled and decietful this business is. There was a time when they were one of the few poke places in town, maybe that made them confident in maintaining their customer base. But now Poke places are a dime a dozen, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and will make sure others do too.

And by the way, as usual you forgot the spicy mayo. What else is new?

Very flavorful and very fresh tasting. All the flavors worked very well together. Next time I will get the regular sized portion, I found the snack size to be too small, since I had it with lettuce instead of rice I could have sized up to fill me up.

Best poke in the city that I've had and I've tried a lot of places since I love poke. They have the freshest ingredients, a great selection, and the staff is super friendly.

They finally have mobile ordering; No more waiting in line. Now that that's out of the way, fresh ingredients, great tasting flavors, and ample proportions. If there's no one else ahead of you the prep time is reasonably fast, usually faster than your travel time to arrive. One of my regular spots for lunch.

I have been here many times since i live near by. Usually you guys are alright with the old staff but the things the staff did last night shows there is a serious lack of training. I was there last night at around 7: 30pm to order two bowls. And i have observed two health violations when i was watching your staff preparing food.

1. Staff needs to wash their hands before handling food after being a cashier. 2 girls took turns being cashier when i was there and both of them did not wash their hands after being at cash and went to prepare food for customers.you never know what your customers touched before touching that ipad.

2.while a staff was preparing food, she sneezed right in front of it. Even though it was a small sneeze and with her mouth closed, she should have turned around and sneezed into her arm. It's a very basic knowledge you need to have. If i was a picky customer, i would have told her to remake the food and throw out all the ingredients there since she could have contaminated it.i hope the owner will do some serious training with the staff. I will call public health next time if i see those violations again.

Update: staff seems to have the right training the last time I went back. Hope they will keep it up!

Used to go more often. But they raised their prices.

From 10.99 a bowl to 13.99 for a regular sized bowl. The explanation of higher labour costs and allowing more choices for toppings where there is a limit to 2 premium toppings. I never felt this was a fair trade off for a $3 increase in product. So I can't give them a 5 star review from a value stand point.

It's too bad as I like these guys. Product is solid, but the price hike and reasoning we were told brings down the rating a tad.
