Realy friendly staff and their online auctions is great lots of cool things from collectibles to daily use items. All money received is donated to charity

The appraiser they use are one of the worst in the industry. Over inflated the price by at least 3x the value. To give an illusion of a discount. Bidder be ware. Jeweler will only pay melt price for your jewelry. Diamonds are worthless when resale especially clusters. There are fixed bidder too driving the price up. When buying used bicycle if it's not as described don't pay period.

I experienced very friendly professional customer care at Police Auctions. Although parking is somewhat limited still there is enough space. The service is streamlined and is effectively.

I have purchased many items from here, lots of good buys, they make every effort to accurately describe the condition of the items, great auction site, great staff and customer service.

Scam artists. A friend of mine signed up an won an item from auction. It turned out not to be real silver jewellery. Fortunately, she only paid $22 for the item. Avoid these people at all costs!

I would not recommend buying bikes from the site. They arent much cheaper than new ones and you are always getting outbid.

They provide a very objective and precise description of the items, so no bad surprises when u pick them up. The most important thing is that their profit goes to charities.

Absolute scam. Has nothing to do with any police organization in Canada (do research people!) Items are predominantly unsellable coins and rusted tools/bikes. They are selling trash and people think that because it says police in the title that they are police seizures or something.yes.because all criminals love coin collecting lol

Good place all around if you know what you want and what you should pay. Seems like a lot of regulars here doing this for a living. Not hating just noticed a lot of familiar faces. Anyway sometimes some great items and deals to be had. I will be back.

I have been second on the exact same item more than once so I guess if someone is bidding and doesn’t pay up it goes back into the auction cycle, wouldn’t they want people to register with a credit card to weed out the fakes and phonies who are just bidding everyone up?

I've won a few auctions on their website, then traveled to the Police Auctions headquarters to pick them up. The people there are very friendly and helpful. They keep the bikes for auction up front so you can see them first hand. I recommend this place to my friends. You can find good deals on a range of items, especially camera equipment.

Buying bikes from pictures is a bad idea. You can get better bikes from other online channels. Not recommended at all.

The great place to buy good staff. The gentle man at front desk is very nice, he has the ability to make things pleasant with his respectful humor. I love it. I bought good watches with reasonable price.
