My case was long, almost 5 years and it was rough to deal with. I switched lawyers about 3 times until I got Ziv. This is going to be more of a positive story and a 5 star review. After a tragic car accident. My brother passed away August 6,2018. I contacted Phil 9 months after his passing due to problematics concerning my brothers ex's family. So initially we had a lawyer from the very beginning when my brother passed. However his ex's family fired that lawyer and moved on to another one without telling us. We do not speak since that day. I did not know until doing research that we could in fact have our own lawyer for my side of the family, separate from theirs. Phil was actually a referral from a friend of a friend. When I called Phil, he was very pleasant and professional. He genuinely expressed sympathy over our loss and he set up a meeting for me to meet him in person the very next day. I was so happy to hear that because I felt so lost and hopeless since so much time has passed and wasted. I definitely needed a response that was immediate and I felt a sense of urgency and I think he noticed that too. The day I met him he mentioned the timeline for the insurance outcome he said about a year. As of today, its been a year and a month. My family received a phone call from Phil with great news concerning the insurance settlement, my mom was in tears. Please take into consideration that all courts are closed and have been closed since March 2020. Yes, we are still currently under lockdown and a global pandemic is still underway as we speak. That being said. Phil and his team still delivered! (Phil did send me a tex in April mentioning the courts are closed because of Covid 19 I felt saddened again knowing that this is something that he nor anyone can control but mostly because my family will have to wait even more and the outcome for the insurance will again be extended even longer).
