Always helpful. Always satisfied. Pollard replaced every window and a patio door in our home a couple years ago. 30 windows. Did a beautiful job. Had a basement screen repaired today (damaged by an animal). Dropped it off was ready next day. Great service.

My wife and I are extremely happy with both the quality of service as well as the produce. Scott was very knowledgeable and provided us with insights into the product as well as the best configuration for our windows. There was not hard sell. Once we selected Pollard, the timelines were excellent as we have additional renovations to take place. The installation crew of Andre and Kyle were amazing. We had two very challenging windows but they managed the installation extremely well.

We hardly recommend Pollard to anyone who is considering new windows.

Excellent Service, Quality, Fit, timeliness and Installation of a large living room window and door (with built in blind) in our 1962 "Vintage" House in Mississauga. The window in particular was a faithful rendition of the original window used by Curran Hall, Limited homes in the early 1960's. Thermal efficiency has obviously improved over the past 60 years. We would highly recommend them. Thank you Pollard family and employees of this Canadian Family owned company.

I should have said how urgent it was to replace the backdoor and new hardware for the front. This was at the suggestion of the Police. I had known it would take 8-10 weeks, thats when I should have mentioned how important timing was. We are OK with the work, but have a couple of serious comments. The date of instillation changed 5 times. When we received a call the door was ready in 7 weeks, it was great news. That was Oct 2 and it would be installed Oct 4, that changed to Oct 16 and after my phone call changed again to Oct 3 and then an email said Oct 5. I explained how critical it was to nave new locks, it was kindly changed back to Oct3. This was very upsetting in view of the bigger situation. After the backdoor was installed, I noticed several chips in the paint on an interior wall. The contractor said he didn't know anything about it as he never touched that wall. I will believe him and it must be my age but neither my wife or myself can't remember them. No big deal, we sanded and painted and looks good as new. You asked for comments. Have a good day.

I should have posted this review a while ago but felt conflicted. By far Pollard was the best priced from all the quotes we received but of course that comes with a hidden cost! Lack of Quality and workmanship.
First delays 2 months past the original install date and after waiting they install the the door and frame but the door is scratched and their solution is to use touch up paint, did not work ok solution replace door wait another few months for replacement installers come and guess what again door full of scratches! So back it goes and this happens another time so all in all did not have a proper replacement for almost 6 months.
After a few months of have our replacement door we decided to clean the door with water and a rag as there were marks on the door from what we thought were from the their packaging so I tried wiping it and it would not come off so I applied a bit more pressure and after I was finished there were swirls and very noticeable. And of course now good luck with getting service! It's not their fault about their quality but it is my fault!
Door keeps creeking and making noise I apply wd40 and solves the issue for a few weeks then comes back. I get told that nothing they can do and basically get told it's my problem.

At the end of the day I will never buy anything from Pollard again and when ppl ask for a recommendation I tell them my my experience and to stay away.

Recently had a window broken on my house. The builder thought the window came from Pollard. Called them to see if they can help with a replacement. Ended up being that my window was not even made by Pollard however the lady I was speaking to (Jody) was so helpful anyhow.she's the one who showed me where to find the manufacturer of the window, she returned my voicemail promptly. And whenever I called back with more questions she really seemed like she wanted to help. She helped me like I was a customer! Definitely an asset to Pollard! Thanks

I had the opportunity to have a very good experience when trying to replace a part on my sliding door. Carm was very helpful and responsive to my inquiry. It was expedited and taken care of with good communication along the way. Service commitment was exceeded based on the nature of my part replacement inquiry.

I order windows and doors back in April 2022 for 2 brand new home builds, I was told delivery would be mid to end of July 2022, I finally get my windows for one of the projects In mid Aug but no entry door systems (3 separate doors) not to mention that the outside frame material of the windows is an inferior product (MDF as opposed to finger joint pine) without notice. No one has been able to give me a delivery date, dealing with Jamie has been good after all the turnover I've had to deal with previously, the only reason for 2 stars! He is trying his best in this situation. I've bought for all my other projects in the past without issues, now its holding up progress on these builds.not a happy customer! I wish someone would get me some timelines!

This company has the worst customer service hands down! I have put a service call in 6 weeks ago and no one called back. I have called everyday this week and have asked for the service manager- “Marg” and left her voice mail to return my call. Never a response! When I try to clean windows, water pours into my home. What type of windows are these? Never seen such poor service considering all the commercials they put out saying how great they are.

Further to my response you are actually incorrect. The home was framed in 2014. Not 2006. And I did make a service call 6 weeks ago. If you look further into the history we placed a call 2 years ago with the same issue and your company sent a service person over in the month of November. At that time I could not show the problem as everything was frozen outside. Your service person said nothing was wrong with windows. I tried to clean my windows 6 weeks ago and water poured into the home. All I have asked 6 weeks ago was to have someone please come out and see what the issue is as I want to be able to clean my windows. The caulking is fine. Someone told me they had a similar problem with their windows saying that perhaps pollard did not apply a sealer for inside the home. If you would like I will post a video showing the water pour into my home.

We are becoming very frustrated with Pollard. We constructed our home 7 years ago and this past spring we noticed our dining room and great room windows have bowed resulting in not being able to shut them closed. We have had to keep them shut for months now. The windows are covered under warranty but the first attempt to reinstall the windows, the windows were delivered very scratched and came with the wrong hardware. A month later, they came and the windows were so tight the installers were unable to install them again. Now 2 months later, the day before the windows were to arrive the third time, we received a call that the windows they made are too small! We still don’t have a date when the new windows (4th attempt) will arrive and hopefully fit this time around. Another reason we are so frustrated is that every time they schedule a delivery, we have to take a full day off of work. We are hoping this gets rectified very soon if not we will be posting a follow up review.

We have dealt with Pollard Windows for many years now and always had great service. Just recently we had an issue with a newly installed replacement window and the situation was handled exceptionally.
Scott in the Design Centre helped with the initial issue and sent the information off to the correct internal folks. Both Jodi & Johnathon provided quick and efficient help to resolve the issue and ensure it was handled in a timely manner. This was dealt with so well and we appreciate the help. I would recommend Pollard for any windows (new/replacement) as their staff go above & beyond.

1 star - only because you can't post this with ZERO STARS.
I purchased a brand new condo a year ago who unfortunately used this company for their windows. There is something SO WRONG with this company - I have had to call them in no less than 6 times (in 12 months) to fix different issues with the same window and EACH AND EVERY TIME it's just impossible. No one seems to ever answer the phone, messages and/or emails are not returned, it takes weeks to get any kind of response or an answer - and every time it's different people to deal with because the previous person left. Even the receptionist seems to laugh at the fact no one answers their phone. KEEP YOUR DISTANCE NO MATTER WHAT THEY TRY TO BRIBE YOU WITH. NOTHING IS WORTH THIS KIND OF NONSENSE.

My husband tried to remove the locking mechanism on our patio door as it no longer would lock. He accidentally dropped the part inside the door frame. We went to the showroom and James advised that locking mechanisms were different than our 20 year old door so my only option was to call the service department and they could possibly source an old part. He called later to tell me he was able to track the parts. It is installed and working perfectly.

Thanks James -you went beyond service and we are very appreciative. You also have given us confidence we are secure in our home.

We had a problem with front door my wife contacted Sue at Pollard she made the arrangements for her team to come and fix it at a date and time that was ok for us. The workers were professional and courteous. Happy wife happy life thanks Sue

Unfortunately I can say nothing positive about this company. I lost a window, faulty cranks on my casement window, the wind literally grabbed my slightly open window and dropped it onto the driveway below. I have called, emailed (twice), Facebook messaged, and even drove by the main office to speak with someone with no replies of any kind, it's been over two weeks! If you can't do the job, tell me so I can look somewhere else!

Our original front door window failed. The glass was leaking and there was always condensation. It took months for them to replace it. I would have given that a pass due to covid. But when the installers came they did not remove their filthy work boots and dragged dirt through the house and all over our brand new enterance way rug. No bootie covers, complete lack of respect.

If I could give less stars I would. We ordered window's through our builder and it took well over 9 months and multiple phone calls to get them in. Twice they messed up bringing the correct windows for my son's room. At this point we have still not received this window- so a year now for a window. We still have not received any of the screens even though my builder has been in touch with them multiple times. At this point we have had the windows for about 5 months and already a crack has formed in one of the frames and the service ppl are ghosting my builder. I cannot believe how disappointed I am in this company. To be clear the windows work well, but the service is abysmal. If you could go literally anywhere else you should.

Phenomenal service from beginning to end. Scott on the sales team was great. Provided a quote with no sales pressure. Andre did a professional install, everything looks great. Emma on the service team was fantastic. Great communication all around. Highly recommended.

We have used Pollard for our original windows over 30 years ago. We just replaced several windows. The service and installation went well. Installers were efficient, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. We are very satisfied.
