Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

Went there to shop today and their prices are scanning wrong. Please be careful and check your receipts. My item was $180 and it was scanned at $300.ultimately you pay more even after you get so called Back Friday 40% discount. They even don't follow Canadian Scanning Code of Practice. Apparently they don't have that in their system.not shopping their anymore.very disappointed.

It's supposed to be a factory store but I'm not exactly sure this is the case. Pricing is almost on par with the regular store or website items, not a lot of discount available either and definitely not a great selection of items to pick from.

I always use to wear clothes from polo ralph lauren but one racist lady at cash counter passed bad comment on my sister so i will never go to this store.

I went yesterday at the store first time. There was lady christina corbett, she helped me to find everything whatever i want. She is very kind and humble. Thanks for great customer service

Not enough full zip hoodie sweat shirts with matching sweat pants. Not enough clothes on the clearance rack for it to be an outlet store. Plus discount needs to be 50% off atleast.

This store is the best in terms of service and always stocked up with the latest. They send mailers whenever they add new stock. I would recommend buying stuff for kids during December as they have great promotions.

The selection is pretty weak. The price you pay for a factory outlet isn't even worth visiting. You're better off going to Hudson Bay for selection and price.
If you do visit, the store's layout is nice.

Great quality clothing at very good prices. I love the polo shirts. Can be busy at times. Nice selections.

Not at all as nice as it was the first year I shopped there, about 3 or 4 years ago. Clothes were kind of junky, and I'm a huge Ralph Lauren Polo fan.

I ship this location quite a bit due to product I want, definitely not for the service. All they do is walk around and could care less about the customer, they don't even acknowledge you standing right beside them.

Great selection. Like the fit of their collared shirts. Staff are friendly & helpful, not pushy.

Prices are hiked up then 40% off ridiculous store it supposed to be an outlet mall. Clothing are not that great.

Extreamly rude manager, no hi how are you or smile or anything. Very very rude to deal with and pretty sad that dealing with the younger boy at the cash is easier than dealing with a miserable manager much older in age. Yet this boy is so polite and friendly. Its a shame that your suppose to be setting an example for the people in the store.it was a extreme miserly to deal with you Eileen. Have your self a better day hopefully.

The sales were great, me and my dad were able to get two shirts and a really nice sweater for less than a hundred bucks

Sizing is a bit weird as a medium fit almost the same as an XL. The prices are pretty decent though for Ralph Lauren. Also the staff is very friendly but not that knowledgeable about their product.

One fake place. There sizes are just so stupid. XL is like a medium size
XXXL is like a real XL. 105$ for a fake shirt that was made for 5$. In a wrong size
Bad for business
