**DO NOT RECOMMEND**

The doctors come in and out of the clinic as they wish rather than the posted times. A few months ago the walk-in doctor was 45 mins late when walk-in hours start at 9am. And recently AGAIN the doctor did not make it into the clinic until 9: 20am.

When I asked the receptionist how many people were ahead of me her response was that she ‘cannot say because the doctor will sometimes choose to see certain patients before you’. This is not a hospital emergency room where they get to place the more ‘urgent’ cases ahead of others. It is a NON-URGENT walk-in clinic for which each patient is supposed to be treated on a first come first serve basis. Hence why it is a ‘WALK IN’ clinic.

Never in my history of going to walk-in’s have I heard of staff triaging patients. Walk-ins should be addressed as first come first serve. My visit today lead me to being told the wait time would be undetermined because it depends on the conditions of the walk in patients before and after me that day. On top of that, the Dr.hadn’t even arrived for his 9am start time when I inquired at 9: 30. The front desk clerk was rude and cold. You’re not running a hospital. You’re running a walk in clinic. Triaging doesn’t make sense. Take people first come first served. A cold shouldn’t have to be triaged over a scraped knee at a walk in. The Dr.shouldn’t get to pick who he wants to see first.

STAY FAR AWAY! I recently had the displeasure of visiting Dr. Prigozhikh, the neurologist at the Polyclinic facility. He was incredibly unhelpful and rude. From the moment I entered the office, he was condescending, unwilling to answer any of my questions, and seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there. Unfortunately, I had to endure his attitude for the entire appointment. Not to mention the way he talked down to my elderly mother. He truly has no care or compassion for any of his patients or those in need.

My visit was incredibly unproductive as he refused to answer any of my questions or provide me with any useful advice. He seemed completely disinterested in my concerns, and he kept talking over me and pointing his finger at me, whenever I tried to explain my symptoms. His bedside manner is atrocious and his attitude made me feel belittled, and like I was wasting his time. I WOULD NOT recommend him to anyone and would urge people to stay far away from this terrible doctor, and the extremely unpleasant receptionist staff.

Terrible experience. I literally called at 2: 40pm to ask if they take walk-in appointments, the receptionist spoke very fast and I could not hear her. I had to ask her to repeat what she said and she told me that they don’t book appointments and just to come in. I asked what time they closed and she said 8pm. I rushed after work, got there at 5: 50pm, stood where it said to stand, and the receptionist did not even acknowledge me, I had to go up to her just for her to tell me that spots were already filled up. I don’t really understand what she meant by the spots fill up if she told me there’s no appointments and had there been a bit more communication regarding how things worked, I probably wouldn’t have come. Or went on a different day. Our healthcare system is a joke.

Dr. Alex Peters is the worst medical doctor you can ever imagine. He will try to convince you that you don’t need to see a specialist even when you complain for 6+ months about a medical condition, never on time and is happy to cancel your appointment as soon as you are 5 minutes late. Stay away from his office

If I could rate Polyclinic zero star I would. The walk-in clinic doctors and receptionist are both unprofessional. They don't really care about you, your time and your issues. All they care about is getting paid for each appointments.

After a Doc gave me an requisition for STD routine check for both blood and urine tests. I called the receptionist for the results she insisted I have to see a Doc for the results. After waiting nearly two hours for the results the Doc told me only the urine test result is out. That I should call in next week for the blood test result. I called the receptionist the next day (probably a different lady) she said the results for both the blood and urine tests have been available 4 days prior.

Finally, I was racially discriminated by a receptionist that speaks Russian (because I am black). When she asked for my health card she refused to take the card from my hand instead she told me to hold it close so could read it. After the Doctor printed two pages of my test result, I was told I have to pay a dollar for each page. When I offered to pay the receptionist a two dollar coin. She to told me wait for her to put on gloves before she accepted the money from me. I have never been insulted like that in my life. I vowed that would be the last time I step in that horrible clinic. RACISTS

Nothing but good things to say about this clinic, all the issues and complains are towards the stupidity of our government making such idiotic regulations.
I guess it applies to OHIP as well the say, you get what you pay for.

Incredibly unprofessional. They cancelled once wtih a weeks notice, no problem stuff happens.
2nd time they cancelled was 45 minutes before the appointment (which is 1.5 hours away from me).
Then all of a sudden I have to do a virtual appointment which they never mentioned before? Obviously they forgot to schedule me one then gave me a BS excuse about road conditions so they could cancel on me halfway to the clinic and book my virtual appointment.

Bonus points for rude receptionist and literally 9 confirmation emails/phone calls/texts before the appointment (which I confirmed all of instantly).

Definitely moving my referral. Go anywhere else!

My experience at Polyclinic is a good one. Doctor Remtulla is a very kind and empathic doctor who wants the best for his patients. I am lucky to have him as my doctor and trust him with my health to be in his care. The receptionists are quite kind also, I really have no clue where these other reviews are coming from. Even though they have to answer to thousands of patients everyday, they still find the energy to answer each one with kindness and respect.

In the current climate of health care, it is more important than ever to have a family doctor who is available, takes the time to see you in person, and is knowledgable in their field. Dr. Peters has surpassed my expectations as my family physician. I have been with Dr. Peters for over 2 years and am so happy that I decided to chose him as my doctor when my previous family doctor retired. Maya, one of the receptions is also thorough and caring! I couldn't be luckier to have this incredible support. I would recommend Dr. Peters to anyone who is looking at making a change, or requires a family doctor.

Exceptional experience dealing with the Polyclinic!
Nadia at the reception desk provided all required information for my next appointment, she was polite, clear in her communications and very helpful in all respects answering all related questions. It was a great example of a proper customer services. She explained all advantages of a new registration system including details of the text messages notifications. I followed my specialist to this clinic because I would follow him anywhere. Unfortunately, the environment here is much different. You are made to feel like a number. Zero patient service or kindness by front staff. If you are lucky to get the secretary on the phone, she is abrupt, harsh, and doesn't care to listen or help you. All she ever talks about is setting up another phone appointment because "that is the policy of the clinic". I needed to come in for a pap smear and was forced to do a phone appointment first. We basically said hi how are you ok see you when you come in. I now called to see about my results from 3 months ago and was told lab takes 5 months for these results. 5 months! What if someone really has something wrong? Lab is not in their control I understand but her attitude is ridiculous. Again.all she could say was I can make you another phone appointment for your results that is our policy! I said why do I need another phone appointment? If there is something wrong I would expect to be contacted and if nothing is wrong I don't need to waste anyone's time. This "policy" of phone appointments for absolutely no reason is a joke. Consider hiring some staff with compassion and people skills. Your reputation precedes you. I was warned of your environment before ever having to go there.

Cannot reach receptionist at family medicine! This is unacceptable for any health facility! Trying to call every day for last 3 days, few times a day. Simply no one answers, while “zero caller ahead of you” as

Impossible to reach. I stay on queue on the phone for so long, only when there are “0 callers ahead of me” it hangs up on me. And this happens multiple times before I can reach the receptionists, with the cue getting longer each time. All other clinics are open for walk in now, but they have yet to open. It is very inconvenient, at least get a better form of communicating with patients if this “walk in clinic” is not going to be walk in.

As i am writing this - I have been trying to reach them for an hour.oh and the mailbox? Full As much as i like my doctor here I will be looking for a new one because i cannot deal with this every time i need to see him.

The doctors have all been consistently very competent and personable. Most of the reception staff have usually been considerate and helpful. Occasionally the support staff have been inconsiderate and unhelpful.

This is probably worst clinic. The front desk staff are very rude esp.at x 294, pulmonary clinic. The front desk lady named Carmen behaves very unprofessionally and rude as if we have no choice but to use them. She booked my urea breath test and did not inform me, she says she informed the family doctors office and also says if my family doctor do not inform me she will call to inform, where as there are only 3 days left for the appointment and she want to have so much process. First time I am seeing this type of procedures. Whenever a family doc refers the speciality center should keep in touch with patient, sending to doctor office and asking family doc to contact you with appointment is absolute stupid procedure. They keep arguing with raised voice and very gross manners. Totally useless. Probably owners of this clinic never even instruct them to be professional with patients and never even look into these reviews. We need to contact Health minister and Ontario premier about this behavior and cancel their license for hardship to patients.they just use Canada's public health care system and make money else if they go private to raise funds on their own, they will rot. The referring doctor offices say they send referral forms same way to all clinics and labs but in this clinic they take fun in harassing patients with something missing, never inform patient about appointments and keep delay procedures.

The overall medical building is great! Your doctor gives you a referral and majority of tests, follow ups and analyses can be done on site, which is convenient and time efficient. Biggest downfall is how difficult it is to get a hold of your physician and book an appointment with the family medicine department. You are either on hold forever or leave a voicemail with no one returning your call. If you decide to physically go to the office to make an appointment they state you shouldn’t have and instead should have called. Receptionists/secretaries never seem that busy or pressed for time so it absolutely does not make sense why they can’t pick up the phone or return your call. A highlight is that majority of the receptionists/secretaries are very nice, empathetic and well informed.

How can a receptionist for a neurologist be so self involved, rude and unsympathetic? Why was she given this position when she does not know how be compassionate to another human being?
This receptionist is a portrayal of everything that is wrong with our health care system. Please replace her no one deserves to be talked to so rudely. Her behaviour and attitude is disgusting and unacceptable. Your office will soon get in serious trouble for her behaviour if you won't take any actions.

Completely arrogant and disrespectful front desk woman in Family Medicine clinic! Today I stood in front of her for 10 min waiting if she can at least look at me when she is done with her task. Absolutely zero reaction! After she stepped out and returned to her desk I mentioned I have a question. She just made a move with her hand meaning to get lost (I'm being polite here) and got back to her screen. In case if anyone goes there try to avoid the youngish asian woman with long hair and polished make up. It would be better if she polishes her work ethics and customer service!

A lady (if I recall her name correctly - Christina) helped my wife today.
She was really quick and diligent.
The way she works along with the service she provided is really appreciated.
These days it's not that easy to find employees like her. I hope she'll be valued by her management accordingly.

I was trying to book an appointment with my family doctor today. I called there 4 hours. The staff hangs up phone on me at least 10 times in a row. I was not able to book appointment.
This clinic has very nice, knowledge and professional doctors and staff but not the receptionists of the department of family doctors! They arranged a service there like it was in POST SOVIET UNION polyclinic. I do not understand why now one manage this issue? They have to fire whole receptionist from family department and get another staff which one willing to do there job properly.

Some of the family practice staff are very nice, but then there are incredibly rude ones too.
I just got a call from staff informing me that the doctor is not able to make a call today (which is understandable). She went on to insinuate that my issues are not important and that I should just cancel my appointment. When I refused, she raised her voice at me and threatened to push my appointment by over a month. This is unacceptable behavior and it is also not the first time.
The only reason I still use this office is because of my family doctor.

They advertise as a walk in clinic but they don't have walk-ins currently and they don't pick up the phone so I went in for nothing! Said I'd be scheduled for a phone consult and would only be scheduled for tonight. Collosal waste of time. False advertising. Very unprofessional

One of the worst experiences in my life. For the last year and a half, the department of family doctors has been accepting only virtually, despite the changed epidemiological situation. It takes several hours of my working time to get through to the secretaries. Today it took me about 40 minutes to get through to the family doctor's office.the receptionist did not listen to me out.at the same time with me she is talking with someone else about the fact that she needs to go. After that, she interrupted me and said: I have to go.and put me on the answering machine. I've been calling again for half an hour and can't get through. The receptionists of this clinic are always very rude and not attentive. It seems to me that you should not go to work in the medical field if you do not like people and do not know how to conduct a conversation. I think the management of the clinic is aware of what is happening, because there are a lot of similar reviews left here.

I am very disappointed, when I phoned in to make a virtual appointment with dr. Bondarev and have been told to wait 1 month. It happened to my wife appointment and had the same answer. For some reason Policlynic family doctors available only for virtual appointments. Since dr. Bondarev unable to see his patients less than in 1 month I asked reception to transfer me to other new family doctor and answer was NO. It means, if I don’t like the answer, go somewhere else and find another family physician. Any prescriptions and other needs it takes 4-5 days to receive emails or could be longer. Being a patient of Policlynic for around 7 years I made a decision to go somewhere else and find a new family physician. Policlynic staff don’t care about patients.

I love Polyclinic from the first day when it opened doors - very convenient for patients and great doctors work there! But receptionists in Family department are very rude and not even trying to be polite with the clients despite the fact that many sick people come there and maybe their work requires to be more customer oriented. This is not the first time happening to me and my family. I will not recommend Polyclinic to anyone.

In October 2020 I did my H pylori test here.
Wait for test result for over 40 days (should be around 1-2 weeks) and the receptionist kept asking me to be patient and there is nothing she could do. She said after test kit was transfer out for analysis, the clinic cannot follow it. At the last time call I told her 'you must transfer this issue to a doctor in your clinic, there has to be someone that can follow up my case. The person who sent out my kit should be responsible to track it'. Then after one day she told me my result arrived several days ago but she didn't notice it by accident.so to summarize
1.clinic fails to track with external test centre regarding the test kit when the waiting time is over normal
2.the receptionist doesn't take good care of the received report.
3. The test procedures itself was professional & quick - recommended

Once again I’ve called and was given the extension of 278 at exactly 12: 56/12: 57 pm i talked to the person from the extension of 278 they were rude, they chose to speak above me instead of listening to my explanation. Please keep tabs on your secretaries, or whoever is managing the line as they can come of as rude condescending. Tell them to atleast lower there tone instead of speaking in such a manner any person would get extremely agitated from speaking to a person like this. I recommend you start keeping your calls recorded not only to make sure your staff is not harassed but also to make sure that your staff is behaved and treats the patient/customer with respect.

I've received calls from this clinic; unsure if it was by mistake but when I answered, the receptionist rudely said "hello! " Then began speaking to me in a what sounded like another language. I responded by saying "Hello? " and they responded with a "oh? Hello? Wait uh hold on" and then quickly hung up.what was that about? Terrible.

I will explain in points about how bad the experience was:
1. I received email for my surgery asking to check the attachments, there was no attachment at all.
2. Called the clinic asking for further information. They said come empty stomach. My surgery was at 11: 30 am.
3. Went there signed all the paperwork and Consent form for surgery.
4. Waited for 2 hours for my surgery. I had to inform them that I am empty stomach for surgery and why they are making me wait for such a long time.
5. A nurse addresses the situation saying you were not supposed to be fasting. I told her it was your clinic asked me to be fasting.
6. Finally I see a doctor, the doctor said you are referred just for a check up and not a surgery. And if I have to get a surgery done then I'll have to wait till September.
I have no idea why was asked to be empty stomach for half a day just for a checkup. If it was just a check up the why did they ask me to come prepared for a surgery and made me sign a consent form.

I WAS RECENTLY DIAGNOSED WITH TYPE 2 DIABETESE. DID NOT HAVE A FAMILY DOCTOR.

SO IT HAPPENED, THAT DR. MANKARYOUS WAS ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS.

ON THE VISIT HE STATED THAT HE DID HAVE TO KNOW MY BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS AS IT IS ALREADY HIGH AND WE CANNOT HELP IT.

SO, THEN HE SAID, THAT LUCKILY, TYPE 2 DIABETES IS REVIERSABLE AND PROMISED TO REVERSE IT SOONER THAN THE YEAR ENDS

ALSO,   HE QUESTIONED WHY DO I NEED ENDOCRINOLOGIST AND NYGH CENTER FOR DIABETES, AS HE CAN DO EVERYTHING HIMSELF.

THEN, HE SAID THAT HE WILL REVIEW THE MEDICATIONS THAT I AM TAKING AND WILL CALL ME AFTER THE WEEKEND.

HE CALLED AFTER THE WEEKEND AND SAID, " I HAVE A NOTE TO CALL YOU, TELL ME WHY I HAVE TO CALL YOU"

WELL, I WAS MORE THAN SURPRISED.

I SAW DR. MANKARYOUS ONE TIME IN THE OFFICE AND SPOKE TO HIM COUPLE OF TIMES ON THE PHONE.

ONE TIME HE ASKED FOR MY DIET DIARY AND SUGAR BLOOD LEVEL. BUT HE NEVER CONSULTED ME ON ANYTHING, HE JUST SAID IT IS OK.

I WAS MORE CONSULTED BY THE NYGH CENTER FOR DIABETES, ALSO, THEY THIS CENTER MADE A REFERRAL TO ENDOCRINOLOGIST

I ALWAYS HAD TO ASK DR. MANKARYOUS FOR PRESCRIPTIONS AND HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM FOR A LONG TIME.

THE LAST TIME I WROTE EMAIL TWICE REMINDING THAT THE PHARMACY STILL DID NOT RECIEVE THE PRESCRIPTIONS AND IT TOOK A WEEK

THAT PHARMACY RECIEVED THEM

THEN, I GOT EMAIL FROM DR. MANKARYOUS THAT IN WHICH IN A POLITE FORM HE EXPRESSED HIS UNSATISFACTION WITH MY EMAIL FINISHING HIS MESSAGE NOT TO REPLY.

SO I AM REPLYING NOW,   I AM LEAVING DR. MANKARYOUS FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE.

ALSO, DR. MANKARYOUS HAS A LIMITTED LICENSE AND CAN WORK ONLY UNDER SUPERVISION OF ANOTHER LICENSED DOCTOR

Waited over one hour to have my procedure done at the endoscopy clinic. I was told “ask the doctor, I don’t know what to tell you” when I inquton why I’m wasting one hour to be seen. The receptionist is rude and miserable. They speak in their own language to each other right in front of the patients. Terrible service

Dr. Marina Berg has been my family doctor since 2006. I am so lucky to have Dr. Berg as my family doctor as she is very polite and professional. She truly cares about her patients. Dr. Berg always listens carefully, pays attention to details and always follows through on every issue until its resolution. Our entire family are patients of Dr. Marina Berg and we cannot wish for a better doctor. Thank you Dr. Berg!

I had to book two procedures as I was in a lot of pain and I spoke to wonderful woman named ERUM who got me an appointment within a week. I was extremely grateful. The day of the procedures A SUNDAY which was so convenient, I arrived to be greeted by ERUM. The team who took care of me were so kind, respectful and patient. DR. LEON, the anesthesiologist one in a million, his bed side manner AMAZING. The nurses LEO dynamic, fun, funny, a beaming personality which helped me with my nerves, JULIA AND SIVI compassionate and friendly. DR. Absolutely brutal clinic. Go anywhere else but here. I have been trying to get de-rostered here for months and they refuse to do it. I will likely be taking legal action. They set up appointments for you and the doctor never calls. Not to mention they won't even give you an estimated time of when the doctor will call, just any time on a given day. The front desk people are incredibly rude and are not interested in helping you in the slightest, they've made me cry multiple times.

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I have been using this clinic for refills on a prescription that has a black box warning, which means I cannot stop taking it. When i finally got through to speak with someone for a refill, I was told a doctor would call me back that day. They didn't. So i called back today and after a few hours someone called me back. I explained, they told me I couldn't speak with a doctor. When I tried to explain they spoke over me as if I was a child. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical clinic before. If I don't get my prescription today I am at serious risk, and they refused to help someone who has been using their clinic for months. I am aghast they have forgotten their oath.

I mean it, even if ever other clinic in the city is overrun and this one is empty, DO NOT USE IT. I am filing an official complaint with the college of physicians.

EDIT FOR RESPONSE: Nothing was explained to me so now I will be going through withdrawals because the receptionist this clinic employs doesn't know how to do their job. They also lie to patients, telling them all the doctors left the office for the day at 11: 45 in the morning on a Tuesday.

The receptionist is very rude. My first time attending I needed to reschedule. It took many tries as they never pick up the phone. They never call you back. I tried for many days. Then when I finally got my appointment she has an attitude problem. I had to have another appointment a month later. She claims she called me to confirm. She did not contact me directly and when I told her she insisted I did. I spent five minutes on the phone with her telling her she didn’t contact me as I was in the middle of class. Rather then continue for another five minute I decided to take the blame and tell her I forgot. Since I had to take the blame, I am now owing a fee for not showing up. I didn’t even get to confirm or cancel my appointment she said she confirmed for me when she spoke to me. Which she didn’t. The receptionist is on the allergy side of the clinic. She’s not a nice person. I read the reviews of this place as soon as the situation happened today and noticed I’m not the only person having bad experiences with this place. Along with that, the lady I went to do my allergy test with she was rude to. I had baby with me, she was not understanding due to the fact because of the pandemic I didn’t have anyone to watch him so I had to bring him with me. She said this was no place for him, not to bring him next time, and I felt she was very judging as I am a teen mom. Overall if you were to do your allergy test. I do not recommend this clinic.

I’ve been a patient of a doctor at this clinic for the last 2 years. The doctor himself is professional and good to my liking. However, I can’t say the same thing about the family practice RECEPTION, the ladies at front desk I’ve encountered in person have demonstrated below satisfactory standards, both in person and also when dealing with them on the phone. Needless to say that I’ve recently attempted making an appointment with my doctor and found that their “update” menu options on the phone have changed to such degree that I can’t even make an appointment with my doctor. When I was given the option to select #3 on the phone.a ringtone was established and then suddenly as if someone purposely rejected the call it sounded as a “call ended” tone. The building itself is modern, nice, has many other services all in 1 building which is convenient.but what good is all of that if communication is absent between patients and those doing secretarial work, hindering the efforts of doctors to having properly scheduled patients to see them.

Seriously considering switching to another clinic.

This place has the worst reception I've ever dealt with. The receptionist, Nadia, needs to be fired. I was upset over a policy and was trying to express that, and Nadia SCREAMED at me.

Sure enough, my DOCTOR (Dr. Peter's) was actually helpful and called me back right away. But I've constantly had problems with your reception and you need better staff. I want to change doctors just so I don't have to deal with this awful reception anymore.

If you look at all the one star reviews about this place, you'll see it's always about reception. It needs to be fixed, and not with "training". You seriously need to fire some of your staff.

Terrible Clinic! Very rude service, they rarely answer the phone.
During Covid19 and currently telephone appointments with family doctor no specific time. After dozens of phone calls, an appointment was offered: "in 3 weeks doctor will call you from 9 am to 6 pm".
He barely spent any time on the phone and rushed me. Just to request simply blood test, urgently needed, was asked to call again to set up another appointment.
Your better off going to a walk in until you find a good professional doctor. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

The people are nice, and the doctors are great but.no one answers the phone? I can't make an appointment. Numerous times I've needed to get into contact with my family doctor and I can't. Because I need to book an appointment with her through a place that will never pick up, and the mailbox is always full. Hmm. The one time I did get an answer, the earliest I could meet with my physician is like weeks into the future.
It's always embarrassing whenever I go to the hospital or another clinic and they ask "who's your physician? " and I barely know her because I have only met her once and can never got to book an appointment with her again. "Take this to your physician" "take that to your physician" "contact your physician". But I CAN NEVER. It's frustrating and I kinda just want to find a new one at another facility. BUT WAIT.to do that I need to get into contact with her so my name can be removed off of the patient list.:) Incredible. Please pick up the phone or AT LEAST clear your mailbox and return calls?

The receptionist at the endoscopy clinic was very rude to me while trying to book an appointment to see the specialist. I always apporched the situation with kindness and patiences however I was never returned the treatment. The Receptionist hung up mid call on me several times and was very short over the phone. Whether it was just an off day for them or a continuous event this is no way to treat people who are in a fragile state. The management should be ashamed to of this kind of behaviour.

I contacted Reception Supervisor - Ina, to seek help, assistance and understanding in my health situation. As it is known health issues can be stressful and need an understanding and attention.
But Ina was so busy to find out, how could I reach her and to disturb her, that she refused to listen to me.
Reception Supervisor, that provides extremely poor customer service is unlikely to manage staff training and to supervise their performance. These don’t just impact patient care, it also impacts the cost of operations. She must stop treating patients as customers whose sole purpose is to irritate her and disturb her well being.
Unfortunately, customer service performance is often a symptom and indicator of underlying issues within an organization.
Polyclinic can have the most skilled physicians and experienced nurses in the industry, but if you can’t provide a consistently high-quality experience for your patients, they won’t recognize you for outstanding healthcare.

I’ve had trouble speaking with the receptionist three times now, she has trouble speaking and understanding in English— I wouldn’t typically mind that in most places, however, this is healthcare and I do think it’s important for the receptionist to be able to communicate cause a person’s well-being is on the line.

I thought it couldn’t get any worse, but the nurse on B21 that assisted me was the rudest person I have yet encountered in my life— My health card just recently expired, so the receptionist told me that I would have to pay for the service that I’m going to be given— AND I DON’T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT. However, the nurse checked my health card, saw that it was expired and assumed that I wasn’t gonna pay. The nurse made a scene and straight-up publicly shamed me— she didn’t give me privacy and straight up started the conversation outside the waiting area blasting my situation saying how I have a expired health card and I wasn’t paying the doctor. She was almost shouting too so I’m pretty sure everyone on the waiting area heard it. I’ve never been this embarrassed.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would.

Very different experience than some of the reviews below. I had a terrific experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Doctor was excellent. Referred me to a specialist who I saw quickly. Amazing place and a very clean pleasant modern environment.

Every time I arrive to my appointment with Dr. Briggs 10 minutes early - as advised upon booking. Every time I wait for a minimum of 30 minutes past my appointment time before I can actually see the doctor. Appointments in this department are pointless and nobody cares about your time.

Be ready to wait long hours for your appointment! Nobody cares what time it is! They are being paid for the patient and you will wait, even if you are in a rush to work and hope to see the doctor on time! The receptionist in special medicine is rude.

I can only speak for Dr. Slavina in the walk in clinic but she is amazing. Empathetic, friendly, and gets straight to the point. It’s too bad she isn’t accepting any new patients as I was willing to switch!

The walk in clinic had short wait times on a weekday evening and was really clean.

I came & visit my doctor today while sitting & look at him I realized time flies it's been almost 20yrs. Good or bad Dr. L.
