Awful haircut. My son had a mullet, I made her put him back in the chair.
She was rushing the job! Waited until after my scheduled appointment without saying anything as I walked in and gave my name that I was being charged an enormous cancelation fee for the previous appointment! Disgusting BUYER BEWARE

Im going to give 2 stars just because of the customer service, it was great. They were sweet however she didnt know how to cut the hair, I showed a picture and she gave something else, she just graduated and it showed on the results. She didn’t tell us from the beginning. Not recommend it.

5/5 ️ I was dreading this appointment because my daughter hates her hair touched and she had some pretty bad tangles. Lisa was amazing and I’m so happy my daughter’s hair is finally manageable. We will be back for sure. Thanks for the great experience!

As with all places some folks are a bit better with kids than others. We went twice, the first stylist was incredible and our little one had no tears and came out with an excellent cut —one I’d be happy with on myself! 2nd time unfortunately the stylist seemed rushed and wanting to “finish the job” more than care about what was happening so my daughter FREAKED out, very unlike her normally, and came out with a rushed and choppy hair cut (which unfortunately is how it looked on her birthday). Still I’d absolutely visit again!

Place is good for kids. I was expecting some kind of hair style recommendation from them for my 1 1/2 year old girl, however finally ended up in the traditional hair cut.

Just got my sons first hair cut here and Shelly was fantastic! She was the only stylist working but still took the time to make sure he was comfortable and tried to help make him understand the process. As a first time mom I was nervous for his first cut too but it went great! The salon is kid friendly without being overstimulating, definitely recommend it.

Absolutely amazing for a first haircut - my son was antsy and uncooperative from the minute we walked in the door and they still got it done and it looks great! They had toys to offer, tv’s by the chairs, lollipops, and even went as far as offering hair clips and their spray bottle to try and calm my toddler in full melt down mode. Despite all the failed attempts at getting him to settle they still got the job done very quickly. They were so kind and understanding the entire time.

We took my 13 month old for her first haircut, and we had an amazing experience. I was incredibly nervous but Felicitia was so wonderful with my daughter. She was so kind and caring and worked with her even through her mini meltdown. The seats were adorable, coco melon on for distraction for the littles, and such fun decor. Our daughter received a certificate ad her first locks so it was super special. The staff were so friendly and kind. Definitely will be going back!

My son got his very first haircut today and it was an amazing experience! He sat in a lightening McQueen chair, watched paw patrol and was walked through every step. Lisa did such a great job cutting his hair. I’d recommend any parent looking to get their kids hair done here for sure!

Love this place! We had Dayle today for our cut. My 2 year old can be a little difficult with getting his hair cut and she was so patient and still managed to do a great haircut on him while he was moving around. Definitely recommend.

in shock she managed to get my little one to sit still for the entire cut as he usually hates getting his hair cut. Would definitely recommend.

I went here for my daughter’s first haircut (2 yo). I was worried it would be a rough one but Dayle was amazing and the car haircut chair was fantastic as well. No tears! We have gotten so many compliments on the haircut as well

Best place to go for Children's hair cuts! I got both my two older girls down here and they loved it! Shout out to Shelly! She was super sweet and took her time with each kid

Took my 2.5 year old son for his first hair cut, showed the lady what I wanted and she said only cleaning really but she cut it way too short more like a girly short hair cut not happy with it was too busy with my son because it was his first. Will not be returning it again

The staff are amazing, so kind and great with the kids. I bring my kids here often, it's clean, great, and the covid precautions are outstanding.

If you have a child who is afraid to get their haircut here is an amazing place. Fears just melt away. Lisa is fantastic!

They did an amazing job trimming my 21 month old sons hair. They even let me 3 year old sit in a car and gave her hair sparkles even though she was not havimg anything done today. They went above and beyond to make this a great experience. We will definitely be bringing our kids here everytime they need a trim/cut!

I took my 2 year old son here for his first haircut, although the certificate was cute and they tried to be accommodating with my squirming, temper tantrum throwing toddler, his hair cut turned out less then ideal. It is very uneven, no style to it really and super uneven from the clippers. They also cut the back of my son's neck trying to get the straight line with the clippers. Would not be going back to this location.

First time at this salon and I was SO happy (and so was my daughter!) the interior of the salon is happy and bright with any cartoon of their choice to watch! After her cut they did complimentary braids, spray colour & sparkles - so fun! Staff is super friendly and made it such a fun experience. - Definitely our new salon!:)

My little girls walked out of Pom Poms with big smiles on their faces and their heads held high. They had the best time and they looked adorable, I love how they added sparkly hairspray to finish off their complimentary up-do's. My youngest didn't want to look down when she was getting her haircut because she was so into watching paw patrol, and the hairstylist offered to pause the tv so she wouldn't miss a minute. My girl was delighted. Highly recommend!

Great place for kids haircuts. The ladies there were friendly and patient with kids. Kids shows playing on tvs are a good distraction. Not a single tear was shed.

They have the best stylist who cuts my sons hair, he has autism and we struggle when it comes to haircuts but she handled it so well! Thank You!

My daughter went here today for her first haircut. A very cute and clean salon. My little one loved sitting in a racecar and watching cartoons while she got her haircut. Shelley, the hairstylist, was friendly and did a great job.

Had our sons first hair cut he's 22 months, it was absolutely amazing! Our son did amazing with the car to play with me and his daddy were blown away by how well he did. The lady Dayle who did his hair was absolutely amazing and made our little dude look fantastic! They also did not make our under 2 child wear a mask which I want to note because under 2 is exempt and other places refused to take him so that's how I found this hidden gem of a child's salon absolutely amazing and will definitely visit again! Thank you for making our little dude look like a new little man

Our daughter loves going here! They are great with kids! Kids are able to sit in cars or motorcycles while they get their hair done and watch cartoons. I highly recommend!
