I was very impressed with how the entire staff that we had interaction with dealt with my senior dog. This was our first visit here after a recommendation from a co-worker. My dog was very relaxed throughout the entire examination and shots. I was so impressed with the way that the vet and vet tech got down to my dogs level and talked to her to make her feel secure and comfortable.

We stopped by Pond Mills Animal Hospital for a tick removal on an emergency basis. Staff were extremely friendly, got us in immediately and performed the procedure complimentary. They were gentle and got the job done quickly. We are so appreciative of their professional and kind service. Thank you for treating our pet as your own!

The team here is amazing. My dog got bit my another dog and they allowed him to come in right away and gave him the best care. They were so great and attentive with his follow up care. 10/10 would recommend.

I've always had remarkable service Everytime I go just to even picked up my cat food or take him for his regular yearly checkup and vaccine. The place is always nice and clean and all the staffs including the veterinarian are awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was pretty good. I took my kittens Charlie and Callie in to make sure they are healthy, and are up to moving across the country. We needed to make sure their vaccines are updated. I'd noticed Charlie had bites from somewhere, but I didn't suspect fleas because they are strictly indoor cats and have never been outside. However, I do dog boarding, so I suspect he got them from one of the dogs. I've never seen a flea, but he's a black fluffy cat, so they're not easy to spot but the vet knew right away and even found one. So he was administered flea treatment right away. I'm glad this was noticed so that I can treat my house, but I can also tell people to check their dogs over before. I have stopped dog boarding until I know that all fleas are gone from my house and the cats. I think we caught them early since Callie didn't have any, but I'm glad the vet knew what to look for right away. I recommend this vet one hundred percent. I'll be taking Charlie back in to get his vaccines in a few weeks, but for them to also check his fleas to be sure they are gone. I haven’t found eggs on either of them yet, but I'll keep checking just to be sure since flea eggs are usually easy to find.

Friendly, caring, knowledgeable and most of all CLEAN! We had an amazing experience and are happy to recommend to everyone we know

I've been coming here with my two dogs for just over a year now. And Dr. Patel and his staff are great. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Dr. Patel always takes his time to explain everything thoroughly, and is always friendly with my dogs. They've been able to get me in on emerge a few times, thank you so much! And are very fairly priced compared to my experience at other offices. I like that they do follow up emails and calls to ensure my animals are doing well after surgery or emerges, I have not had this else where and greatly appreciate the effort to endure their patients are doing well. I feel as though my animal companions are in good hands with the medical team at this office.

Vet charges $50 for follow up to see if medication worked? Even called once for advice and needed appointment! No relationship with this vet without cash.

I may have already reviewed Dr. Patal and his staff but i feel the need to do so again! Best vet ive ever used! Have done several different services with dr.patal. Always calm and patient and thorough! They are all so nice and helpful! Works well with fearful dogs, thank you dr.patal and staff for all your hard work! Gigi, Paddy and MrsX

Our YORKIE has suffered health issues for most of her 7 years. We have changed Vets for various reasons a few times, recently coming to Pond Mills Animal Hospital. In past we were told the scratching she often does was nothing to worry about, simply a hairy dog scratching due to hair inside ears irritating her. On initial exam a culture of her ears found 3 different infections After taking antibiotics as prescribed she has become a puppy again, do happy and energetic, we are beyond thankful to the Dr and highly recommend this clinic. We also were happy to find that booking appointment is easy and slots are available when the pet is sick without the long wait experienced elsewhere.
