Pool Craft

I am not a client of Pool Craft, but I wanted to write this review based on what I observed in my neighbourhood. Specifically, I walk my dog all round my neighbourhood at least a couple of times a day. So I see many workers from various companies doing work such as pool installations, landscaping etc. Pool Craft were installing a pool on my street and the workers were true professionals. They were polite, considerate with the equipment they were using and how it might impact people using the sidewalk, and they were meticulous in keeping the sidewalk and associated areas super clean. This is in stark contrast to many other contractors who seem to not care about the mess they leave on the sidewalk or blocking the sidewalk with vehicles, job material etc, (even in school areas when the kids are ending the school day). FIVE STARS to Pool Craft employees and five stars to Pool Craft as a company for this level of consideration. If this is a reflection of the quality of work that the company does in terms of its installations, it would be the first company I would contact if I wanted a pool installed in my back yard!

We have no problem staying home after our backyard pool reno was completed by Pool Craft and team! What an incredible experience from start to finish. From Chris (our lead guy) to the carpenters, landacapers and trades teams, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you were planning on adding a pool to your backyard. If we could give more stars, we would.

We are just finishing our first season and everything is great! Pool and backyard was designed with their designer; install was sequential with no breaks; quality and workman ship was excellent. Customer service was responsive and professional.

We had a fantastic experience using Pool Craft to custom build our swimming pool. Pool Craft is a top notch pool installer, supplier and service company. They installed our in-ground pool in 2015, did a great job, and we were swimming within 5 weeks after starting to dig, including landscaping. Highly recommended and n the GTA.

Always professional and knowledgeable. They offer free water testing and advice on keeping my pool in excellent condition all summer long! They have everything you need.
