Woke up Sat morning a few weeks ago to find my pool was green. First thought, low chlorine. Tested water to find out zero chlorine. Added a bag of salt and some liquor chlorine and waited. Next morning was clear but still reading NO chlorine. Put a call into Poolmaster (Talon) and he suggested a few options. Tried them and still NO chlorine. Next day (Sunday) he thought maybe the chlorinator was done and asked if we wanted him to order a new one for us. My response, Absolutely! Talon had it shipped to my door in two days. Problem solved, and back to chrystal clear water. Great troubleshooting (on a weekend I may add) and outstanding service!

Good but extremely busy and slow. I'd give them 4 stars, but 1 month to get things sorted is a bit much.

I was housesitting and broke glass in and around the pool. I called around but wanted to go with the company the homeowners used and luckily I found them. I told Talon the story and he could probably hear the stress in my voice. He was empathetic and explained what was needed to clean the pool. He sent 2 guys on the same day and they were also so kind and lovely. I don't have a pool but based on my interactions with 3 people at Poolmaster I would highly recommend them. They were quick in dealing with the issue and really seemed to care based on their communication and quick action. Great, great service, company and people! Thank you Talon, Mike and the other guy that was with Mike that I didn't get a chance to get a name:)

Amazing service. I was looking for a specific part for my pool lights and Poolmaster went out of their way to contact multiple suppliers and the manufacturer to try and get me part.

I am new to hot tubs and have found learning water maintenance to be a bit challenging. Although I did not buy my tub at Poolmaster, all the staff, especially Carlina, have been incredibly helpful. They always take time to test my tub water and discuss next steps. They have followed up with email messages to make sure everything is working and sourced a filter for me. I highly recommend this business!

We used Poolmaster recently for repairs to our Softub Hydromate pump. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional with the repairs. Mark was very helpful and guided us along the way with our options. We were also very pleased with Talon as he above and beyond when we found a small leak in our tub. We thought it'd have to be replaced, but he offered a fantastic solution that cost us $20, and had it delivered to our door, when their driver was in our area. Can't say enough good things about this company and would highly recommend them.

Have had the opportunity to come to this place a number of times in the past seven years, and no matter which staff have looked after me, I have been professionally served. Nice feeling!

Poolmaster Canada is highly recommended for your pool and spa needs. Carlina Marques was friendly, very responsive and informative in my purchase of Softub. My family and I are so happy with this purchase, we've been enjoying it excitedly. The delivery of our Softub was earlier than expected, with was a delightful treat. Opened early due to COVID-19 and team did excellent job getting the pool up and running fast. Anytime I have questions response is quick and knowledgeable. Completely recommend Poolmaster.

Pool opened and vacuumed as scheduled and the store always has the chemicals and advice I need.

I gave this place a one start yesterday because they canceled my appointment without calling me and letting me know so I waited at my new house (that i havent moved into yet) for 6 hours, I was very frustrated and nobody answered my many calls, but today they called and they told us that they would put us first on todays list. I wasn't there but the owner called me through my dads phone and he was very upset with my review yesterday and he said that he wasn’t going to open my pool and that his company didn’t support people that didn’t support his company and i respect him for that. After talking to my dads friend he agreed to open our pool for us. I put up that bad review yesterday and i don’t feel like i was in wrong because the communication wasn’t the best but today the owner apologized and according to my dad and his experience with him he and his team was very professional and very nice. They make sure to check on the pool and how it is doing on call even after they leave and technically have finished their jobs, so i would recommend this place for opening your pool. But just a little constructive criticism; next time plz contact your customers if you are going to cancel their appointment. But overall they are a good and very a professional company and according to my dads experience nice people who care about what they do and their customers.

Talon and his team are fantastic. They are responsive, caring, kind and most importantly on the ball and professional. You will not bet in better hands with poolmasters.

The pool in my previous home was on "auto-pilot". Separate water line to run a Polaris on a separate pump and timer, digital heater with timer, backwash pipe underground. When we moved into our present home three years ago, this large pool was headache city. Backwashing the indoor BASEMENT pump created floods. A piece of wood was used to torque open the filter basket cover. Pool heater outside was old and malfunctioning. The first company I called, that has built thousands of pools in the GTA, said I couldn't convert the existing stand-alone pipe for the creepy crawler to one that will run a Polaris/pump/timer system. Neighbours told me they buy their chemicals at a small store, Poolmaster Canada, near Leslie and York Mills. The owner of Poolmaster Canada, Talon, is young and very busy. I introduced myself to him, we spoke for a few minutes, fully expecting this to be a dead end. He asked if he could stop by my house later that day, which he did. Long story short, the Polaris works on that same pipe, the heater was an easy fix, and a new pump and sand filter are sitting outdoors. I wanted to buy a new heater, filter basket, and pump but he said there was no need. I insisted on a new pump and sand filter. Who says no to a customer that wants to buy new equipment? His staff are polite, young and enthusiastic, and know what they're doing. I was surprised to learn that one staff member has been servicing my pool for the last 30 years. When issues do arise, Talon works with you to resolve them. I'm still thinking about getting a new heater.

Friendly and knowledgable technicians. Horrriiiible customer service! They missed our appointment twice without prior notice and they barely respond to emails when there are problems that needs be fixed. They were very orginized in sending us the bill and charging us though:)
