I asked for spicy mixed, was given original dark chicken (with hot sauce packets). Was good nonetheless, I like this franchise

Be careful when you deal with the store manager, he's a shady character. Purchased the 8 pce chicken only, he was going to charge me for a family dinner combo, I had asked the question - "Why does your menu broad say$24.99, chicken only & you're charging me $29.99? "
Response from the manager - "the menu broad is incorrect", the guy was a pce of work to deal with.

Went for chicken at 3: 30 am, they were already closed (they supposedly close at 4 am), but they are supposed to be open. The indian lady just waved her hands at us and disappeared.

Just aweful service. Sorry never coming back.also old chicken taste like it has been sitting for several hours

They try to skimp on the dipping sauce. I only got one with my 8 piece nuggets and when I ran out and asked for one more they said I have to pay extra.

Worst Popeyes in the area. Terrible management. Dirty place and I went today after 10 thinking it was open only to find they actually open at 10h30 (written on an old paper). Waited a few minutes only for the staff to continue talking while staring at me and leaving me standing outside like an idiot way past 10h30. I gave up at 10h45 and went somewhere else after wasting my time in that nasty hole. The other Popeyes in the area are also cleaner.

Kicked me out even before I eat my meal, and when I asked aren't u 24/7, they said No? ! I told her then u should remove the sign of 24/7 please from outside! Coz that is manipulating due if I know you will be close after i order then I swear that I would not order and I would go somewhere else, and if they were about to close then they should inform me before I order at the cashier not after, right? So stupid immature behaviour with me!

It's a good place. Staff is friendly. The only thing I don't agree with is that they don't receive a $100 bill even when I spent 60. Dollars

It is quite crowded on the weekends, yet fortunately the staff there are very helpful in fulfilling the orders. The wait time is long but it's because the chicken is always prepared fresh and unlike some other stores serving already prepared food.

I just want to say I never write reviews but today I got a three piece chicken combo and when I received it I only got two pieces of chicken. Not only did I pay for three pieces of chicken and got two, when I ate the thigh it was FULL OF FAT and OIL, so much that I couldn’t even eat it. I am so disappointed and don’t recommend going to this Popeyes.

Why it have white paper sticks with my food?
I eat and try to check many times it very terrible

Never even got the chance to eat and none of the problems with my order was addressed, ordered online and came in when it said order is being prepped. The manager then tells me that the order was not accepted because the tablet is not working, and he cant check the order. I show my order on my phone and he continues to say go deal with it with ritual (the online order company). Doesn’t even bother to offer to make the food, and acknowledge that the order was somehow accepted and food should be made with the order that customer had. Stupid service

Buyer Beware! Bought a box of 16 pics fry chicken tonight for dinner. The chicken tasted very bitter and so dry without moisture which means they were cooked twice or overnight left over. I asked for fresh chicken from fridge but not the left over on the counter when I paid for the order. After 20 mins waiting and they still dared to serve me those left over. My whole family felt so sick after having these rotten chicken! Definitely will not buy from this location again! Stay away!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had because I received none.

Observed staff not wearing masks, touching their faces/body and then handling food/cash as well. Super unhygienic establishment by anyone’s standard.

Ordered a chicken nugget platter with Hottie Sauce, fries, and onion rings tn tonight and:
- There was no Hottie Sauce… which was an upsell
- It was only an 8 pc meal and we got like 15 pieces, which implies that they just put whatever was left from the night in the box
- We had to reheat the rest of the meal in the oven (see photo)
- There was a pie included that we didn’t order

One of the worst experiences in a Popeyes. Today tuesday December 28 2021 at 5pm, I went to get a chicken sandwich combo. I got served by a young girl with Indian accent, since the beginning she was super rude, she took my order meanwhile she was talking on a phone call on her personal cellphone, of course after that she start to prepare the order, with her phone in one hand and handling food without gloves on her other hand. I got worried after I saw she was handling money, so I ask her to wear globes, she pretended like she didn't listen so I ask a second time.when I asked the second time she went to the sanitation station (beside me) and pushed a hand sanitizer with no liquid there and pretend to clean her hands so I asked a third time to wear globes.she just ignored me and start to pack my order with her dirty hands. After that, she gave me my bag so I asked her name many times and she of course refused all times to give it to me.when I asked to speak with the manager she told me that she was the manager (I don't think she is the reak manager given her poor customer service and her less than basic food handlers process), even when she suposed to be the manager she still refused to give a name and she add. "in Popeyes we don't use globes". I think in the middle of a PANDEMIC is VITAL to wear the globes specially if you are a cashier and you handle money and food, that's the minimum that a restaurant can do, since we are paying for our food but also a good service and honestly I have none, the service was poor, the cashier rude, my coke has no gas or sparkling at all and fries were cold.chicken sandwich was ok but with all the bad moment and problems that I had, I couldn't enjoy.

Always have a meat that is not fresh, 1,2 &3rd time I have been getting chicken that is not fresh. I think I'm done buying popeyes

Always such a long wait and very understaffed always, don’t ever drink the pop! It’s so flat and they never change the lines or clean them. Worst Popeyes probably in Canada

Seriously great staff! It is a busy location with all types of customers and they handle it well.

Made the mistake of going here, can still taste the feathers from the spicy chicken sandwich. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice ahane on you again.

Popeye’s Chicken is the best when it comes to serving fried chicken! I really love the mash potatoes and gravy, the coleslaw and the fries! Daily specials are awesome as well!

Disgusting. They live off making people work for free for multiple days as form of "training". Hope they go bankrupt

Only two dishes: chicken stripes and butterfly shrimps! Both are great with blackened ranch dip

One of the best Popeyes in downtown. The chicken is always fresh, great staff, always quick. The girl who packs was so fast that I got my order even before I paid for it.

I went to the store on spadina and college and they served me the best and cripiest chicken i ever had.
Must visit highly recommended.

This restaurant is very disrespectful and rude and don't know the meaning of fairness and customer services. I wouldn't buy anymore food, They're very evil and don't have the since of fairness. I would not buy any food from them.

Went in first and 3 no mask ppl who came after me were served before me and they botched the sandwiches. If you take too long to make my food dont rush the job just give me a salad or some extra goodies within reason

Suggested by my friend to checkout this place. Coming back for sure, very lively place in downtown.

MUST TRY CHICKEN TENDERS

Ordered through Ubereats and realized that I chose the wrong location, canceled within 5 seconds from ordering and I still got charged the full amount of the order. Makes no sense

Very unprofessional, visited on 17th night. Team members can be seen arguing. Male employee was not wearing the mask properly. Food pickup area was filthy and full of crumbs all over, no one bothered to keep the area clean.

One of the best Popeyes locations in downtown. The food is always fantastic and staffs are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for fried chicken and fresh food in Toronto.

I get spicy chicken tenders every single time and they’re the best. Delicious! It’s the only fast food place I go to now & I’ve gotten all my friends addicted!

Ordered a 3 Pc combo, it only took 30 seconds and the food was in my hand. Good food & 10/10 customer service. Employees are professional and very fast. I’ll definitely be giving it another try.

Super slow. 4 people working at a time Still. Cashier needs to call the cook to drop only 3 beignet. Seriously ️ I miss my bus.

Great staff with amazing food. One of the best popeyes I have been to. Their food is really fresh and all the staff members are professional and polite. Also, the quality and packaging of their food is far better than the other popeyes.

The customer service at this location is awfully bad. The car keep arguing with customers and are even disrespectful towards them.

I tried the much hyped chicken sandwich and thought it was pretty good.the chicken was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. The service was fine and what you would expect at a fast food place.

Went to this place for grabbing my lunch today, the staff made sure they sanitized hands often, and the chicken was great.

I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I got to say the customer service is always good and they keep the place well kept regularly. Pricing is convenient and they serve sizeable portions. Highly recommended

Quick service, in and out in a jiffy. I think that their classic sandwich and Cajun fries are hard to beat for that price point. It's not high gastronomy but that soft bun and crispy chicken hit the spot.

So open 24 hours everyday doesn't really mean anything here. Chicken is never ready in the morning only during normal hours

Terrible experience trying out their Fried chicken sandwich. Too oily that I was not able to eat after 3 bites, dumped it.

Been there at 5 am in morning, got fresh chicken at this time of day. Service was great and quick by the girl. Glad it’s 24 hours, good food in early morning. The team is really good at the job. Love that chicken!

I have given this location another chance and to my surprise, my experience has been spectacular! So, there’s a new owner and the management of the location has improved dramatically. Customer service was very exceptional and the manager went above and beyond to take care of my order. The quality of the food is much better than other locations! Fantastic job guys! Keep it up and will pass by very soon!

The crispy chicken burger was so mushy that the texture is like a grilled chicken. Probably was sitting on the shelf from overnight

The store was busy but the girl was super fast. I got my food within seconds. Keep it up guys. Happy thanksgiving.

Ordering from this branch depends on your luck and on the mood of whoever is taking your order, sometimes my meals don't come with the biscuits which I paid for.sometimes I get vvvvery small tender pieces. Also their 'daily offers' is a ripoff you end up paying 7.5 ''''before taxes''''' for 3 pieces of tender combo on Monday offer which is supposed to be 6.30.

The service was fast over the weekend but my fried chicken got over cooked. The restaurant is not spacious so I would not recommend dine in during the pandemic. The staff who helped me was nice.
