As you see on there website it says 11pm closed by they close we 10: 30, I walked in at 10pm and they told me they only has like 3 pieces of chicken mean while they are still open till 10: 30 if I had a chance to give them zero stars I would

The food was fresh, not bad.
We ordered 12 pieces. Because we didn’t want all dark meat, they made us wait over 30 min because white meat was a special order. Slow service.

Always busy but food quality is much better compare to other locations. Hard working staff at evening.

Chicken tasted like fish, it was definitely cooked in the same oil… it was also cold. Would not recommend this location

This place is not good. Save your time and money. I did a take out. Living in kleinburg I came home to find my food was cold, all of it. I’ve been eating Popeyes for years and I know when the chicken has been left out. I called to complain they suggested I come back and they’d redo my order. When I arrived they only gave me a new sandwich. Rude stuff, uncompromising negative attitude and unsympathetic. What a waste of my time and money

I felt one of the employee is rude.not much rude but for sure not pleasant…i thought to dinein but i left with her expression…The same happened with my friends waiting for their takeout order…I suggest the employees be kind and pleasant with customers.as they come to eat not to steal

This location has gone down in quality and customer service.

Chicken was not fresh and dry. One of the pieces even had iron wool stuck to the fried chicken. This is a choking hazard!

Employees also don't know how to fulfill an order. We ordered Popeye app for 5pc dark meat only menu item. The offer and order specifically says dark meat only, this was not a custom request but the actual menu item. Employee argued it was mix and match and gave us 1 breast meat. When stating it should be dark meat only, they ended up giving 1 wing, 1 drum, 2 thigh, and 1 breast. How is 1 small wing considered 1 piece when it used to be 2 wings?

Go to the other fried chicken chain nearby instead.

I'm wow. I mean it's just a Popeyes so the food is what they all are but the staff here were so pleasant and helpful. The cashier even changed my order to save me a few bucks and get more things! Amazing service. Thank you!

Average and a very slow service. Plus the front staff is busy on their phones and need training on customer service. Greeting the customer with a smile is really appreciated. They have bunch of Indian students who don’t put their hearts to in what they are working on. Won’t recommend going there.

Great experience at the Weston and Major Mackenzie location. In Vaughan. This was our first time ordering take.out from this location and this didnt disappoint.

No matter how bad the food has been I've never physically gagged from a takeout except for this place. The Chicken felt like you were chewing Plastic and it just felt extremely unnatural when I was eating it.

There is something seriously wrong with the Chicken being cooked here and my friends have complained about the same thing.

Went in at 1: 15, ordered a deluxe chicken combo at 1: 22 and was told it would be ten minutes. Thirty minutes later still not served. This was on a Saturday at lunch. Completely unacceptable!

Got a good deal on this order from doordash as they were offering 50% off. Happy with the order, they just didn’t follow my instruction for condiments. Regardless, it was a good deal! Gotta love Popeyes.

First off what's the hype on the new chicken sandwich, I think it's not as good as it was said to be. This location used to be good however recently it seems workers dont care.
