Popeyes

Never got to order. Went to bathroom to wash my hands and it looked like the previous person decided to use rim and floor instead of bowl. EDIT. 4 days later and still awaiting a callback from the Franchisee promises by their online customer support. Hope they cleaned their bathroom faster than that. Needless to say Popeyes and their parent company and associated brands and all fast food outlets have lost my business due to their lack of concern for the customer.

Food as always great! A special shoutout to the cleanliness! This particular location was very clean!

We are from out of town.a group of 5.ordered online. $110 dollar order.when we reveived the order we were missing items.and no utensils to eat with. Upon calling the restaurant.they pretty much said nothing they can do except give them our name amd number for future.we are from out of town and WILL NOT order from this facility again.thats our Welcone to this town.thanks Popeyes

They really need to update their store hours (always call first to check) but otherwise always great experiences here!
The people are always really friendly and the food is always tasty.

Bruh this food is TRASH. Every time I go the chicken is just slightly undercooked leaving a weird texture between raw and cooked meat. Just keep the chicken in there for 30 more seconds man it ain’t that bad

Great kind service. Workers were in the middle of cleaning up and cooked up everything fresh for me. Even had a seat pulled out for me while I wait after the front worker was finished sweeping the lobby Thank you for a great easy experience

Disappointed. Bought over 70$ worth of food. Got home to ate the food, everyone got sick vomitting including our kids. Never coming back to this location.

I came at 7: 00 PM Thursday night to pick up a delivery at the exact time of collect as it shown on the app.and when I was told it’s not ready and needs more 6 minutes I was showed upset face without saying a word. One of the night shift ladies started saying stay calm and be polite and stuff like that with no reason and started asking me leave the store. I asked to talk to the manager she said she is the manager and was very rode accusing me that I was not polite.she was disrespecting me in front of all customers.

You are only as good as your last sale. This was one of the best popeyes I came across but man they have been getting from bad to worst. The spicy chicken is dried out and ugly and tasteless. The beans and rice one of my favorite there was like they threw a gallon of water on it. This was a horrible experience. It's like eating food fit for the hogs. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

My family and I ordered from Popeyes today. The food was fresh and delicious. It was hot and arrived within a reasonable time frame. The delivery person was polite and courteous. A perfect 5/5 today. We will definitely reorder and recommend this location to family and friends.

Probably the best Popeyes I have been to. Food is always fresh and large quantities.
Ginger guy with tattoos runs a tight ship. Orders are filled fast and done right the first time. No nonsense, no problems. Thank you.

I gave this location 5 star earlier but I had to change it because we had issue with this location twice. There customer service is not that great and they always miss something in order. We recently placed our order online and when we came back home our sandwich was missing and rest of the food was not cooked properly.

Love their chicken strips. My sister and I often go when we have a 2 for offer. Last few times we went, the options were pretty limited though. Out of specific things, namely the dipping sauces (there was 3 options for choice including tarter… not really much of a pairing for chicken as much as fish in my opinion) and drinks. Hopefully this is just a limited time issue, and they’ll have more of an option at this location soon.

This location was my go to about 6 months ago when I first moved to the area.it was close and the chicken was ok. BUT

Yesterday March 19th, 2022, I went to order a family 8pcs with fries & I added a large coleslaw=$40.00 plus.when I got home I noticed most of the chicken pieces was significantly smaller like "bit size" with a couple drum sticks & only 2pcs were the normal size thighs. I contacted the store, thinking it was a mistake, a female staff answered, " I believe she was the same person who took my order but failed to advise of the HUGE change in chicken piece size.
I inquired on the phone if it was an error & she said no, she also said she's not the one who made the changes to the size of the children, it was the company. After reminding her I just paid $40 for "bit size" chicken pices, she hung up the phone. I tried to call back bcuz I thought it might have been an accident, but each time it kept going to the machine, so I believe it was done on purpose. This is one of the WORSE customer service experience I have had in a really long time.i feel I was decieved. I will NOT RECOMMEND bcuz when they mess up or make changes they fail to advise & you will NEVER get a favorable resolution after the fact.read other reviews that will confirm.its all in the company's best interest to MAKE A PROFIT ON THE BACKS OF THEIR CUSTOMER'S HARD EARNED MONEY, REGARDLESS THE COST TO THE CUSTOMER. If I ever return i will ensure to look at my order b4 I leave. I advise anyone reading this to do so b4 U leave & correct THEIR MISTAKE immediately.if not demand a refund of YOUR MONEY.

Employees don’t wear a mask when customers are not in the store, the cook handles food without a mask, The store has several violations with health Canada which you can find on their website these complaints are in regards to storage of utensils and also a violation for improper freezer temperature

This is by far the best Popeyes I’ve been to! The chicken is always fresh and hot the gravy is outta this world! The staff are very nice people. I come every week

Food was great they even gave me an extra peice of chicken very friendly staff and a reasonable wait for steaming hot fresh food. Could add a bit more beans to the red beans and rice but it was still amazing

Rude staff. Hard to understand. Never seem to have the proper stuff in our order. Tired of half cold and half hot orders. I want the whole combo hot. We like Popeyes but this location definately disappoints!

Absolutely worth every penny spent! Not a single complaint. Take out food has been disappointing lately so I cant even Express how happy I was with our meal here. I ate every crumb and my belly was full. Thank you for the excellent service and yummy food

Went there for the first time today and "manager was rude and disrespectful! Won't be returning!

Went there 3 times. Neither time was busy. I gave them 3 chances, and all 3 chances they got my order wrong, EVEN AFTER telling them to make sure the order was right. The items they didnt give me cost me money. Poor customer service and poor work ethic.

Hours of operation aren't followed. Arrived at 9pm and was told they wouldn't make me food because they weren't busy enough. Pretty sad.

Ordered the new chicken sandwich. Very disappointed with the taste. I ordered a chicken sandwich but it tasted like a fish sandwich. Will not be ordering again.

Great tasting chicken and friendly staff. Usually pretty fresh which means you may have to wait a little but never long. Love the chicken tenders and the cajun fries.

The cook doesn't wash his hands or wear his mask properly. I wouldn't trust it. He's got flour all over the front of his mask from touching it its always below his nose if not his mouth. Watched him touch his mask several times and handle food. Swept the floor and then handle food. Talk through the chicken warming window without a mask. Its gross and completely unacceptable! I hope they get fined.

Very consistent with their preparation especially my favourite the bean and rice. I have decided to give an extra star because I needed to answer mother natures call and wallah their washroom was open while all others were close. And to top it all off they had real soft tissue available which is a rare occurrence. Most other places have those cheap tissue thats like a razor to you know where. They are highly recommended.

They offer a large variety of fresh food. I love eating here. The employees are always very friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always neat.

Popeyes is home. Popeyes is family. Popeyes is life. I honestly don't remember the last time I had chicken this good. They definitely beat KFC in my opinion. Five piece tender combo with buttermilk ranch and sweet heat sauce: 10/10 would recommend.

The chicken strips were good but the fish and shrimp box was a 1 fish was under cooked and the shrimp was ok but of the shrimp was just breading.

Clean restaurant with quick service. Employees were friendly and food was served promptly within the predicted 6 mins. There is ample parking in front of restaurant.

Usually pretty good here but the wings I ordered were basically bones and burnt. Disappointing but will give it another try.
