Looks like New employee here bcs never seen her sunday early morning, As I usually finish work
Its kind of rude when u serving and talking on phone at Sametime with ur airpods in ears.
U might think it's cool but it's not
N then she actually say rude in her native punjabi language thinking I won't understand
I just don't want to name the employee even though I could give her name
Just rude, taking away der 2 today from my previous review.

Avoid this location. Worst food, worst customer service. The employees are just enjoying among themselves. Yelling, laughing, order takes forever to come out. Manager doesn’t care about customer.

Worst worst location. Found a hair in my chicken, called the store the lady asked me to come back and prove them went back to show it and the manager said OH is not inside the chicken it’s just in the bone. You kidding me? Never ever returning back. The manager should get some training on how to deal with customers.

No washrooms for customers what kind of a joke is this location was a regular customer won’t be going back. Work nights downtown can’t believe they don’t allow customers use of bathroom

I particularly love this branch! Ravdeep who most often times at the counter is professional, gives great customer service and always has a big smile. She always make my visit there worthwhile. When you go visit ask for her and you won't be disappointed!

Only these guys can cut a peice if chicken into 8 pieces and not come up with one breast. I guess KFC it is then. I got an 8 piece bucket full of wings and drums, what a joke. Instead of returning the product, I'll just follow suit and.not return.

The food tastes good and is always fresh even though the place is 24 hrs. The store is clean and is well maintained. I would recommend every one to try this location.

Hey guys! This location is located in a busy zone on yonge st. However due to the pandemic it wasn't as busy that time I went. This location has a sit-in area. However if your looking for a nice quiet place to eat then forget it! People were in and out.loud.cars up and down.busses. I mean I couldn't even hear my own thoughts! But if you like this kinda of madness go for it! The staff were nice and efficient. The washroom were clean. BTW you have to go down the stairs to the basement to use the washroom and not handicapped accessible. It's the only part of the restaurant you'll find quietness. Oh and you have to let the staff know u need to use the washroom. Door's are kept locked. Food was good I mean it's Popeyes isn't the same world wide? So if you have bad knees or whatever and need to use the bathroom you may want to consider another location. Keep safe everyone!

Too much dirty they dont clean the tables and the stuff are not clean i saw one of them pick the chicken using his hands

To much mayo on chicken sandwich even after you tell them to chill on it
But it's still yummy after you wipe some of it off lol

24 hours fresh food with very friendly staffs and amazing fast food Highly recommended at the core of downtown. I love their super juicy white and dark meat

Have ordered from here several times and service and food is constantly hit or miss. Today’s misadventure was through a Skip pickup order. App said the food was ready and when I got there about five minutes later it still wasn’t ready. After 10 minutes of waiting I got my food. Once I opened it up and took a bite my tenders grisly and tough but otherwise fresh. Most of the tenders were small too so very little was edible. I searched under my fries and didn’t see my biscuit so I was extra disappointed. Probably won’t come back because it’s so unreliable.

Was or is actually, perfect.they made it fresh while we stood there.mmm mmmm. The crispy battered chicken was wonderful and it been months since I had it last.

This is one of the worst Popeyes ever, the food that they offer ain't that fresh and the customer service not that great even.did anyone else had the same experience?

Sometimes they have the best fried chicken with fries. However, I don’t if they marinate the chicken with shrimps or what, their chicken taste shrimpy more and more often these days.

What can I say.it's Popeyes.it's the best chicken, period!

Great service, everyone was wearing masks and social distancing. The staff was friendly and very informative they answered all of my questions. There was no lineup so that was great also.

I arrive at this marvelous place once a month because I like the ambiance that is part of this restaurant. The team is awfuly attentive and well trained. The service is impressively quick. Most important, the food you get is first-rate. I ate there many times and I was always pleased. The expense is reasobable. I highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.
