Me and my cousins always come here to eat, whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a quick snack. The service here is top tier, and the food is always hot and ready, employees are bhad too. This has to be my go to popeyes, let alone the best one i’ve ever been to in the GTA, bare bhaddies be eating here nd shi. Ngl, sometimes i jus be coming here to scout for gyal, sm gyattyfattysssss. Even tho my cousin always be eating here, they somehow NEVER run out of any food, so don’t be hesitant to order anything you’d like, trust me they’ll have it hot and ready. Thank You!

Always love a good meal from Popeyes, and this one is decorated beautifully and the staff are great! 5 stars!

Very very rude employees no respect for customers at all they should educated first of all employees how the respect to people and customer.service is very poorly

I wish i could rate this location in negative. So, i ordered regular fries on christmas day. I never liked popeyes but that day i didnt have more options. The fries smelled bad. Something wrong with oil. Same night i got sore throat and next day fever. Its been 3 days im lying in bed sick. I donot know how they are surviving in downtown with stale stuff.

I was on a delivery, The guy wearing grey shirt and a chain said it would be 5minutes. It was 1: 30am in the night. After 20minutes he just put the orders, I politely told him, If it takes more than 5minutes then you should tell me how long will it take. He started shouting and saying if you don’t like waiting cancel another rider will pickup. I couldn’t understand and reason his behaviour because this guy told me that it will be 5 minutes and after 15 minutes he put the nugget’s for fry.

Recently bought a 2 piece combo from here right before work during the start of the week just to tell my manager two days later that I cannot be able to work due to this bad food poisoning. This is terrible! I am currently still dealing with this food poisoning, praying my guts don’t rip me apart.

Service, excellent. Food, fresh. Packaged, neatly. Glad I saved some for home, of course. Hit the spot, nk doubt. Beautifully delicious, will be back.

Ordered couple of times from here, always had below par food. Too oily and the food smells of over used oil. Inshort the foods were inedible.

Good service but I find the food a little to salty. Also who eats a poutine with a spork. You can't even pick up the fries with that utensil

I decided to buy the poutine yesterday on sale. That was the only thing to buy on a Friday. The gravy was OK. It was lacking some flavor. I think it is missing butter in it.

I love fried chicken, but this is so damn oily even for me and I am an Indian, don't recommend it

Once again I made the mistake of ordering from this location. I continually ask to not get a large amount of drums in my order, as They keep sticking 4+ in every box.
I got extra drums, extra wings and once again got ripped off even though I said I'd wait to get a fair mix. Never again, I'll order from a better place.

The worse sandwich I ever had in my life, i hate poppy now after having their disgusting chicken sandwich. The chicken was uncooked and so oily. Very sloppy people.

Clean and huge space. Excellent service and take out chicken. Not cramped and crowded like most fast food places.

Get the legendary chicken sandwich but pass on the tenders they were dry and just below expectations

The worst popeyes i ever had, the popcorn shrimp is bitter，the chicken are bitter and unfresh and the coke are also bitter, idk how they make it maybe the oil are used 1year.because i saw the oil are dark black.

I just went back to this location and I can't believe the difference. I was treated so well by Zayne? ? Heh I apologiize for the name I don't know how to spell it but he was the definition of customer service. Someone please give him a raise because he went out of his way on the little things. Now, I'm going back almost daily on my lunch break. Huge change. Cheers.

There are huge ponds of sewer water on the side and back of the restaurant that makes the place smell like a dirty toilet

I ordered large size shrimp, 3 small and 4 pieces for me in return for the order. Large total of 7 shrimps were given, 3 of them were only in the shell, there was no shrimp, it was a disgrace

Gotta be one of the worst experiences ever for fast food. The fries seemed to be cooked in rancid, old oil. It was disgusting and ruined my appetite.

Every time I go to any Popeyes, there are always mistakes made resulting in me not getting what I asked for. This on-going problem seems to have 2 reasons: 1) they don't seem to have the ability to listen when you order and, 2) they don't seem to understand one of the most important elements of "fast food": French Fries. When a customer orders French Fries with Gravy, replacing the Fries with Gravy as a "side" makes no sense whatsoever! This has happened twice and I had to drive an additional 20 minutes to get my Fries! NOTE: WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS TO REPEAT THEMSELVES 3 TIMES AND DRIVE BACK TO CORRECT YOUR ERROR, IT STOPS BEING "FAST FOOD".

Hot food and well spiced food. Very attentive cashier. She seemed new to the store but she made sure she got everything correctly. She was very pleasant to talk to. The back staff was also amazing. They got everything done so fast and most importantly, they got it done right. Thanks Guys.

I got the new Popeyes Chicken Sandwich for the first time, and I found my chicken to be raw. My girlfriend got a stomach ache after eating, as we stopped when we saw the pink chicken inside. This is outrageous that a chicken store serves it uncooked. The complete disregard for the health of customers makes me angry, DO NOT EAT HERE!

Popeyes is my go to for fresh fried chicken. I find it's not greasy and there is a good selection as well. The daily specials make it easy on the pocket too.

Won't lie the food is 'ok' but, it just feels like such a crammed place in which to eat it's pretty uncomfortable even for a Popeyes.

This unpossessing storefront location on the south side of Bloor Street just east of Dufferin is definitely my favourite fast-food restaurant, and one of my favourite restaurants, period. The Popeyes food that I pick up here has consistently been served quickly by an efficient and helpful staff.

10$ for two pieces of chicken over-fried & bland, a tiny bland mash potato, an inedible biscuit and fountain water lol a joke.

Bought some chicken to take out some times ago. Bought white and brown meat (the brown meat was legs and thighs) and on reaching home and trying the chicken, it did not seem tight. The brown pieces had a bit of some smell to it and we took it back to see if they could be exchanged for white pieces. They are about 4 pieces and we though that due to inconvenience, the owner would gladly just exchange the pieces, but this miser actually charged us extra. To make a long storey short, this location just lost our business for ever! Would give a negative star if I could.

Not the best spot for your chicken fix late night. However the service late evening is expedient.

Food very rarely deviates from well done to the expectations of their company to a tad uncooked close to the bone (especially drumsticks).

Staff late night are pretty chill and gets the job quick. Only problem I had is the very late nights when some of them sit in the office and pay little attention to customers. To their credit, they do serve you eagerly once noticed.

Thi restaurant doesn’t have good staff they brought me bad food and also they are unprofessional and very rude so I would suggest future customers to refrain from ordering there. Thanks for your understanding

Horrible. This was ordered through skip the dishes from this very location. The chicken was 100% refried and to make it worst, from the 4 peice chicken platter ordered, the mashed potatoes was actually gravy without the potatoes? ! Comments to the store owner and manager: if you are going to hire staff to work the kitchen paid $14.00 bucks an hour, at least have the decency of hiring those that have a highschool diploma as opposed to highschool dropouts that cannot even perform basic general labor.

Probably the worst location in the GTA. Sandwich along with the fries was stone cold. When I told them they told me they make everything fresh. What a joke

Bought 5 wings special on Saturday. 3 out 5 wings are already bad and have stink smells! Felt stomachache and diarrhea at late night, would report to health inspector

This is the last time that I will spend a cent at this location.

Last week I dined in the restaurant and they got my order wrong while ordering. I corrected the person several times to ensure that my order was accurate. They forgot to give me dipping sauce, but I was at the restaurant so I was able to go to the counter to get it. No apology or anything.

This week I decided to use UberEats and ordered for delivery. They forgot my sauce which really makes the food not enjoyable in my opinion. I left a review on ubereats and both Popeyes nor ubereats failed to apologize or acknowledge my poor experience.

Tonight I ordered again through ubereats and again they forgot my sauce! My food was also cold up on delivery. The chicken tasted like it was sitting in a food warmer all night.

I don’t understand if this is sheer incompetence on behalf of staff working at this location, or if this is simply a cost saving measure.

Hopefully my feedback will be noticed now that I am sharing publicly. I will not waste my time or money ordering from this incompetent business location again. I should have learned my lesson last time.

Popeyes corporate should really shine a light on this location as I feel that they poorly represent their brand.

It’s not the fact that they forgot sauces, it’s the fact that they fail to thoroughly listen to their customers and confirm orders. The best is their failure to respond to my feedback through Uber eats. Not even an apology.

McDonald’s is more competent than these people.

This place used to be my favorite popeyes franchise. But I am not gonna eat any more from there, except if they improved. I ordered 4 PC platter with Ranch sauce.
1 the drink ”Root beer” has no soda at all it's like I am drinking juice.
2 the chicken are not well cooked.
3 Biscuit was cold as Canada weather.
4 they charge me for the sauce but they did not put it in my bag.
NOTE: to improve PLEASE DON'T RUSH do things slowly and perfectly. We can not wait for couple more minutes.

The Creole chicken sandwich combo/platter is one of the best quick service items. Puts all the other competitors in the area to shame.

Friendly and efficient staff do their best in often busy situations. Fair amount of seating for couples and four person families too. Free WI-FI too using the code on the bottom of your receipt.

Normally a fan of Popeyes, I've had bad experiences (read: old chicken) the two times I've been to this location. Both times I ordered spicy tenders around 12AM, and both times the chicken was tough and a bit gross as if it was under a heat lamp for too long.

I will be avoiding this location moving forward.

Love the biscuits I tried to find and make the same biscuits at home not the same. Chicken is crisp but could be fresher. It's alittle pricey. Love the fries. They r yummy.

Hot, fresh and fast service. I love popeyes and they never let me down. 3pc tenders and delicous biscuit. You cant go wrong.

The Best Popeyes in downtown right beside Dufferin Station. Very friendly
and welcoming staff and Very tasty food. I like the way they keep it clean. I had Popeyes at many other locations but this location has real taste of Louisiana Kitchen.it is worth to spend the money here. Must try this place.

Rude staff and owner, I do not wanna say that but I have to, the worst spot in downtown, I do not recommend it, there is another location close to it in bloor 24 HRS the address is 553 bloor st west, not far from this spot it is only 1 KM away and you will see the nice owner and guys there. Wish you the best and enjoy your food

The young guys at the front. I think they are the owners sons. They are really rude. Go to the location at Stockyards instead. If you want to get treated like a person and not a piece of garbage.
