I was trying order pick up using their website and I was charged over $200 for no reason and then when I went to the store they said they didn’t even receive my order and that they can’t do anything about it. I contact them online as well and I haven’t heard back. I am still trying to get my money back, also I didn’t even get the food cause apparently they didn’t receive my order.

As always, the food is great, and the service is quick awesome. You are always greeted with a nice smile. My kids always wants to go inside for their favorite meal.

Would have been good if I got what I payed for. I payed for 3 breast white. But got a wing thigh and rib. Sure isn't what I payed for. Yup another rip off. Payed 18.00 for something I didn't order.

This Popeyes location is one of the best I’ve ever been. Hot, fresh, food and friendly service

Chicken wings were a delightful treat - flavorful, crispy, and tender. The service was excellent, and I'll definitely be back for more!

One of worst experiences. We picked up for having on the way while driving. It was certainly hot, fries were ok, they charged extra for the Fried Breast pieces along with 5 other chicken leg pieces, but half of those were soaking with oil.probably refried multiple times. The experience was terrible as the chicken was also smelling odd and the taste were sour. We had to dump it.

But I will always look for other options next time before going back to Popeyes again, as this is the second bad experience after the Hamilton joint at 550 Fennell Ave.

I went there when it was crowded, so the service was good. Not really sure how it is when it's crowded.

I like spicy food, so I opted for spicy wings. It was great and freshly made.

Plenty of sitting space, so I'm sure you will always get a seat.

I always enjoy this location because of the hours, food and service in particularly the night shift, they are very flexible and helpfu, l food my favorite the food is always hot

Popeyes chicken sandwich sets the bar, I could use a little bit more spice, there should be spice levels rather than just spicy or not, take note from Dave’s hot chicken

I ordered the 8 piece chicken nuggets to eat at home. Not only were they out of hot sauce and almost all other flavours of dipping sauces but l bit into one and it was raw in the centre! Nothing like having to cook your own take out
I called to notify them and they pretended that they couldn't understand what I was saying and hung up! Worst customer service ever!

My go to place when I want to have a meal thats not home cooked. Nothing like a good chicken burger!

The food was good just a little greasy watch the cooke take the shrimp from the deep fryer drained it for 1 seconds and as he was pouring it into the container you can see the grease dripping into it too

I just ordered dinner last night. 12: 20 at night. They forgot my drink. No big deal. I'll drink something else. This morning i wake up. Instantly i'm puking and all that fun stuff. This place gave me food poisoning. I can barely even move. EDIT!
I ORDERED AGAIN FROM HERE 1 YEAR LATER AND THEY FORGOT MY DAM DRINK AGAIN.

BIG complaints about this particular location… Very slow service with minimal communication with customers.

Popeyes restaurants are fantastic! I’ve been to many across Canada… This location offers consistently horrible service with unacceptable wait times.

Went early, 11: 40am and got dried out chicken with a Disgusting batter. It is usually juicy and tender so guess if you go early, you get the reheated leftovers from the day before No happy!

Had a very bad experience at this place. Went in to order food the staff working here don’t know how to respect customers. Left the place without ordering any food.

Best chicken sandwich I've ever had this location On Anne St Barrie is the best location out of all the ones that I've tried very fresh

First off skip the dishes didn't deliver my food.
None of the restaurants fault at all.
The people at the teller friendly but this restaurant had absolutely zero ketchup tonight.
So not only did I make I skip the dishes order requesting lots of ketchup because who wants to eat a large fry without ketchup?
They didn't tell me until after I had already paid for my order that they did not have no ketchup.
Totally disappointed with my whole experience tonight.

It's not worth it the promotion they have, they give you small sizes. Not a friendly staff and no greetings.

The restaurant has nice decor. The food was so so so salty that I couldn’t finish my food. They say it is HALAH.

Located on South East corner of Dunlop and Anne Street with easy entrances from both streets. Good tasting food with fast service.

Tuesday promotion $3.49,2 pcs of chicken. 1 leg and thigh. Because of promotion always given a small portion, always when I come to buy. Why? Never greetings customer, what a customer service you provide.

Tenders were extremely over-salted to the point where they weren't edible. Had higher expectations of consistency. I've had tenders at other branches before and the difference was day and night. Fries were good.

I ordered 14 chicken tenders last Tuesday (August 24th 2021). The Casher and manager nicely help me out but the chicken tenders were too salty to eat. My kids couldn't finished even one piece.

Long story short. The store at the enroute fixed everything. Many years at Dunlop st. Will never return.

This is a family owned business Nd the staff and store are clean and friendly ans super efficient. The chicken is SO TASTY. I love the family meal deal.and they were kind to trade my drumsticks for wings. At no extra charge. The pop machines were super clean and the restauran this spotless still not dine in but following the guidelines for co vid and offer take out delivery or pick up. Always hit it up when I'm in Barrie.one of my sweet spots I can't resist.

I mean don't get me wrong it tastes totally fantastic! But. I always feel like I'm sick after and the price is a bit higher compared to other competitors. That's why it's a 3 not a 5

This is the first time I have ever had Popeyes chicken! I feel like I have been hidden under a rock. This was hands down the best chicken for takeout! I loved absolutely everything! We got the family meal. 1/2 spicy 1/2 mild. Cajun fries. Coleslaw. Onion rings and rice with black bean.

My wife and I stopped in at Popeyes for lunch on our way to the cottage and we were very pleased with not only the food but the service. The cashier who took our order (Trish) was very pleasant and our food came quick and was very fresh. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Friendly staff, service is quick and pleasant. The people that work behind the counter at this location are happy to help you. The only issue is if you go there between 6-8pm, the line ups are huge. Any other time of the day, and you'll have a good experience:)

Mediocre meal fries were cold and the gravy was horrendous tasted like soapcleaner chicken tenders are tasty but cold. Such high volume going in restaurant it's fast food for sure. The butterfly shrimp are heavily breaded and nothing like the picture. Won't be back. The apple pie was cold but very good.

Used the Skip the Dishes app. Ordered a dipping sauce for my sons tenders. They apparently were out and decided what flavour to send. Twice, the person on the phone, said it was skip the dishes' fault. He took ownership when I reminded him it is his business. Also, why even ask if I wanted cutlery if you aren't planning on sending any either way. Check your order people at the door.

Quick but somewhat inaccurate service, ordered an original chicken sandwich and was given a spicy one, i ate it either way it was delicious.just like your average popeye's store, but perhaps this one is a little cramped for space, just less considerate of the pandemic situation given that the distancing and directional use of the space is not set good enough

The chicken was dry and the spicy chicken wasn't very spicy. As usual too much salt in the chicken seasoning and on the fries, the coleslaw is very good.

Showed up no wait times everything smooth until i get home and the sides are 1/2 full.

Excellent service and excellent food, I am very pleased that I got to try the famous chicken sandwich and will definitely come back.

Location is convenient but ordering is not. The guy at the till doesn’t understand extra sauce on the sandwich and Because of the poor customer service, I don’t feel comfortable asking for ketchup and hot sauce. I will give Mapleview location a try.

The customer service is really bad. I waited 25 mins to get a very small order and everyone who came after me was served before me including some ppl who were pushing the staff to get their order ready they were 3 order after but were given priority as they were loud.never going there again

Doesn't adhere to covid bylolaws was over 30 people waiting for food no social distance what so ever

Was able to walk in during the pandemic and they had social distancing. Which was expected. But I was surprised how dirty the lobby (dinning area) was. Floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Tables dirty. Was afraid to touch anything. Cant comment on the food because decided not to eat there. The funny thing is the other location was great. And the food was good. That's why the 2 stars. Cause I assume all there food is good. Just a huge issue with the clean factor.

Every time I come hear I ask for a 3 piece chicken and every time! I only get a 2 piece combo.apparantly they dont know the difference from a 2 or 3 piece combo at this location.its quite pathetic!

I was upsold 5 dollars in gravy eventhough we did not ask for it. When we got home which was 45 minutes away it was missing. Great!

Food was ok but I was pretty upset. They had false advertisement. Signs saying they had shrimp for 2.99 and the manager saying that they don't have the button on the register yet. I just wasn't a fan of the false advertising. If you don't have that promotion do not advertise it. The cashere was nice though

If you want food poisoning, go here. The chicken tenders wernt cooked all the way through at all yesterday, and they still managed to mess the order up.

The location on Dunlop in Barrie is amazing. Great service and solid Popeyes food. The location in West Brantford is terrible.

Been here 3 times, and every time order gets screwed up or lucky to get it all. Wouldn't recommend and they give the brand a terrible image.

There is no Popeyes even close to where I live. I wish there was. Love the chicken (always get the tenders) love the coating on the chicken, NEVER greasy like other popular chicken places. LOVE the biscuits, and mashed potatoes with Cajun gravy. Always very clean, staff are great, love the dipping sauces. Offer a few family meals that are a great value.love the chicken.service can be a bit slow, but its worth the wait! Staff and friendly and courteous.nice and bright restaurant.very clean bathroomsa

The tenders were quite dry and crispy. They put more tenders to compensate it but I'd rather have fresh ones.

Decided to try popeyes out. Got the popcorn shrimp
After a few bites in my meal, i found a long peice of hair in my meal.
First and last time ill go to a popeyes

Staff was friendly and polite, service was quick, the facilities were very clean, and the chicken was delicious!

Completely in love with their coleslaw salad, chicken and biscuits. I would have given a 5 star rating but personally I think it's a bit over-priced. Other than that it's great.
