Sheetal was very helpful and customer oriented. And service was mind blowing. He should be promoted to much higher levels

I come here almost every other day, the food is always good, the staff is so kind, friendly, and helpful. The place is always clean even though it’s a high traffic location. This is by far my favourite Popeyes restaurant and I would recommend it to anyone! Vrinda, Sheetal, and Muro are the best.

Worst ever experience of my life with a fast food restaurant, Virinisha is the worst employee one could have for service. She charged me for mayo for $1.50 cents whereas I pay 50 cents in other locations. She is a scammer, will not visit again there. She is very rude and workability is very slow.

Morsal who is staff here is so kind and she is professional for service. I like chicken of Papayes! This branch is close to downtown and clean. Thank you for kindness and fast pace service:)

Delicious food I love their sandwiches and crispy chicken. Their Cajun poutine is one of my favourite. Even though the food is delicious prices are a little bit high in my opinion.

Awful place to eat. Did not allow me to use the washroom even though I was a customer. Never coming back! Very bad experience!

Love their classic chicken sandwich- 2 inches of a slap of chicken breast with crunchy pickles- so good. Lots of seating and a clean restroom.

Ordered Chicken Sandwich (Burger) and Mashed potatoes (with cajun sauce) for takeaway. My order was delivered really quick. The chicken burger had standard taste, but I felt that the mashed potatoes lacked in taste and flavor. It is a good place to grab something really quick, if you are around Dundas Square in Downtown.

Excellent food. Great staff. Restrooms available for customers which was very nice. Also has additional seating upstairs. Overall a great place for a quick bite and to rest your feet from walking around downtown.

We are usually very happy with them as our little 6 year old boy loves the mild chicken tenders combo. Last time we've been there (Sunday December 12/2021) at around 5 PM, we ordered the same thing Mild Chicken Tenders Combo, but it contained a piece of Spicy Chicken Tender which made our little boy very unhappy he cried a lot to the point of worrying us. We explained that it was just an error. We hope that the staff at this specific location be careful next time.

Normally I would give any other Popeyes location a 5 star. However, this location was not the case. It all started when I went to order myself a chicken nugget combo. The store wasn't even that busy, yet my order was being rushed. My dipping sauces were forgotten, but I let that go because it happens from time to time. However, I bit into my chicken nugget and I realized the inside wasn't cooked properly. There was a pink colour inside. Next, the fries that I were given were stale. There's usually a nice crisp to the fries when they're fresh. In my case, they were warm and stale. I think just due to the location of this Popeyes, the employees tend to rush over things.

I came to this place at 4: 35 as it was OPENED till 5 and ordered dinner for 3…we had dinner there and i asked them to use the restroom…they denied restroom access after multiple requests and asked me to to leave…this is really preposterous…pleaded them for 10 mins and was asked to leave

Food was pretty good until a random guy came in off the street and stared at me uncomfortably while he proceeded to grab the remaining chicken out of the box and eat it silently while employees yelled at him to leave.

Chicken was pretty good but uhhhhhhhhhhh

This place is extremely clean and the service is super fast! One of the best Popeyes location I’ve even been to.

Possibly the best popeyes location I've been to. Chicken is extra crispy, and apple pie has cinnamon sugar

Gotta say, they’re really generous with their fries portion in the POPCORN SHRIMP combo. Didn’t even try to put the popcorn shrimp on top to give the illusion of a box of shrimp.
SMH I guess at least these guys have the decency to not give you any hope in the first place before destroying it. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised I even got a handful of shrimp by the time I dumped it all out.
Maybe next time I’ll just order a side of gravy instead of fries, and maybe I’ll get enough packing paper to wrap my friends’ Christmas presents

I did not like the store at all. The chicken sandwich was extremely greasy and definitely no were close to what i have had in other popeyes stores.
Will never visit this store again. The lady at the counter was not attentive at all i had to repeat myself thrice every single time i had to order. Worst service

Wow. The store service got completely changed. Nee faces. Excellent customer service and the new sandwich was awesome. Highly recommend.
(Ps: I have tried the new Chicken Sandwich from different locations but this branch is the best of all by far.so gooood!)

This branch of Popeyes is not working in line with other Popeyes stores. Their pieces of chicken have always been smaller than other places. Nevertheless, during this October, their chicken got even smaller.

Tried Popeye's for the first time. Too dry for me. Flavor does not make up for dryness. Not the best chicken tender and fries I've had, quite underwhelming

This location said after I purchased my meal and gave them my popeyes loyalty card for a stap was refused. This local does not offer it. Sad on this local will not return. Will be letting social media on popeyes issues with loyalty cards.

So first of all I asked for a chicken sandwich combo and a spicy tight. I asked for the chicken to be made fresh it wasnt and they lady is like they just came up. I didnt get a full order of fries I just got a couple fries thrown in a bag with a tight.the food was just ok nothing special at all

This location is horrible. How cheap can you get? I ask for extra Mayo sauce and its less sauce than I would NORMALLY get at any another location. FFS.

Warning you need to bring your own security team. I was assaulted at this location by a homeless person.they need to hire a security guard

Worst experience with popoyes in this store, ghost pepper chicken combo with two mini sandwiches but mini sandwiches are very nasty, there is no sauce in it just the bread and chicken thats it.i usually come to popeyes 4times in a week and eat mini chicken sandwiches everytime. This is the worst chicken sandwich I've ever eaten.

You rippede off and customer's are unable to call the number listed the Danforth location won't offer any. Assistance you overcharged I asked the order be rectified and no help

Used to be good. Quality dropped a lot lately. Also the dining environment is not pleasant. Very dirty and some times some crazy ppl just wander around in the restaurant.

This had to have been the worst experience so far.

- It took over 15 minutes to receive my order - the time on the receipt is absolutely incorrect (off by over 14 minutes) - I ordered a poutine on a Friday (which is their promo day for poutine). I asked for less gravy and instead got WAY too much gravy. My fries were drowning.

- I was number 50 and they were serving 61 until I had to get up to complain - I ordered first and should have got my order first - people were getting fries with their order and this was their promo day for poutines. The woman behind me 51 ordered the same thing and was waiting just as long as me and she still got her food right before me.

- The line is chaotic - you can't tell who has ordered and who hasn't.

- I would strongly urge you not to go to this location. I once ordered popcorn shrimp from there once and literally got 4. I thought it was a joke so I never EVER ordered shrimp from any Popeyes ever again.

I've attached pictures of my receipt and my order. As mentioned I asked for less gravy although the woman yelled it to the kitchen staff so much time had passed they probably forgot about it. The receipt indicates something about buffalo - i thought this was her intention to indicate that but it clearly didn't work. If management wants to contact me feel free to email or respond accordingly.you can clearly see there is too much gravy.

Recieved a piece of chicken that smelled foul, similar to a rotting smell. Worker did not care and just replace the piece. Very afraid to return.

I loved the food here.
Although it's a fast food bit sometimes it's alright to have that.
It's really delicious.
But it's a little expensive, but for the taste and quality of food, that price is good.
Recommend it to try at least once.

Not the same taste as in the states in New-York i don't know if the taste change from country or owner but i was a lil bit deceived chicked was ok but not Good and my friend took ghost pepper wings and it wasn't even spicy. Ridiculous

OMG! Look at the portion of the popcorn shrimp that I just picked up from the Yonge and Dundas location. It absolutely does not worth $7ish. I will never ever buy this again. It is very disappointing!

They literally take FOREVER and a day they don’t warn you about wait time ever. It’s fast food for a reason. Food is the same as all Popeyes but staff is so slow and all over the place with orders.

The quality and timeliness are not worth your money. The Popeyes brand deserves better than what goes on here

Staff was a little spaced out, strangely overcomplicated preparation process led to at least two orders being screwed up while I waited for mine and it was not a busy time.

As usual, the food is middling quality and a tad oily, leaving one with the general impression they had just consumed something terrifyingly unhealthy.

Decent option if you're out and about and hard pressed for a meal but remember to double check your order or you're going to get screwed over.

Also strangely, I ordered a cold side and they put it into the box with the chicken. It was like warm by the time I got it to where I was going.

I don't know if this is a staff thing (too apathetic) or a policy thing (insanely stupid) but it's crazy.

The worst customers service ever. Food is not fresh at all and staff is not helpful. I called and try to reach out to manager the guy said buddy no manager here bye. I ask for a individual name he just hung up on me. Very ignorant and disrespectful.

I literally walked in while the manager was telling a worker that if a customer sees pop (I'm assuming mouse deoppings) that its 10 percent off.when she noticed me she stopped talking.yeah.safe to say I walks right out.

Not very clean place to eat. Crowd people on the casher to take their food even though there were numbers to call them.

Food made me feel nauseas shortly after eating and gave me diarrhea.
Ordered the 4 piece chicken combo on February 24/2019.

Spent aprox 15$ still charged 53 cents for one extra sauce to my credit card, after waiting 10 minz for my order.

Went in to order chicken mild 3 pieces had none ready at slow time. Eat on the go that why it's called fast food. Never visit that location again poor service and no manager answer the phone even worse.
UPDATE informed Popeye Corporate in the USA by phone got some understanding and an apology.

This restaurant is simply atrocious, there is no excuse for serving horrendous fried chicken like this.: (: (: (: (: (. JK it was simply a wonderful experience. I think I saw GOD

This location of Popeyes is a rather decent place to eat. They have a good selection of chicken to choose from, and serves them well. The real issues, are the lack of fast service when ordering food, and the abundance of trash left in the bins that can stack up a lot whenever the day goes by. Another issue, is the lack of cleanliness in both the place, and washroom. Expect loads of grease, and lots of trash that can end up on the floor. Overall, still a good Popeyes location, but recommended to eat out of the place.

The place is old and dingy. Great location so busy at lunch hours. The chicken looked like they had been through alot, very dark in color.

I had a mini-chicken here, and the chicken was old and cold.terrible service, won't recommend it to anyone
