I went there this evening. Food was good the girl on the cashier 'sharn' she was very nice to me I really like there customer service.

11598 Worst popeyes in Canada untrained staff including Manager Dapinder and GM Aroosa. I think popeyes has lost the good reputation thats why they are handing over the brand name to untrained staff. Do not go to this place at all. Worst Worst staff I have seen. Bad times for Popeyes I guess

Terrible service here as they messed up my order by giving me custy onion rings (pictures for proof) instead of fries with my order.

I ordered this terrible chicken through uber eats at around 2 am. Those chicken not taste at all. NOT JUICY AT ALL Popeyes should be greasy! I threw it away. It was so terrible. I assume You guys cooked it long time ago and sold it at late night. I will bring this terrible ones to your restaurant and make your owner eat this. I wasted my valuable money that I made hard. This is scam and you guys must not make money in this way. Shame on you. Shame on you. You will eat bad food like me. I hope your family waste money on food like me. Compared to other Popeyes I would have to say this is a good one. My only issue why i gave it 3 stars was because I ordered a three piece chicken. Unfortunately, the third piece ‍️……. I brought it up to my mouth to eat and this extremely bad smell just slapped me in the face. The chicken smelt absolutely terrible. The other two pieces were fine the biscuits and fries were good. So thats the reason for the three stars. I was in a rush so i didn’t bother to bring it back up to the counter.

I would give this place a try again… hopefully it will go better next time

I went to buy a combo of 6 pieces last night mild. The lady who took my order wanted it to mix spicy with mild and i said no. She said i have to wait 15 mins for the mild chicken. After 40 mins waiting she was skipping me and dispatching orders of people who came after me. I complained about it.
At the end of the night she mixed spicy and mild chicken.
Terrible experience there. I definitely don’t buy and recommend this place anymore.

Got take out some pieces of chicken not cooked properly.ordered my chicken online and still had to wait 15 minutes.

On July 27 at 12 am, I had ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwhich combo at this location through Skip, and they gave me a chicken breast with the bones still intact in the sandwhich. Is this supposed to be a joke?

Please speak to your employees to practice better care into your customers orders. This doesn't seem like it's been the only time it happened, based off of other reviews on here.

Manager/owner blocked me in the bathroom arguing with me while I was just trying to leave. Chicken is dry, but other staff is rather pleasant. Still would recommend against eating here as to avoid supporting poor management.

Chipotle’s by far the easiest, freshest, most delicious meal you can possibly have! It’s healthy and can be catered to your licking from burritos to bowls, to quesadillas that are just on point! Their chips are always fresh, along with the Guacamole that’s made fresh in house, which they charge extra for. Always worth it! I love getting their bowl without rice- with salad, black beans, tomato salsa, corn, hot and spicy salsas, along with sour cream, topped with guac and finished with lettuce. Followed by their chipotle and light green Tabasco sauces which you can always find by the drink station.

This is the most goated, and best Popeyes location ever. The food quality is top notch and always consistent, the workers are incredibly hard working and dedicated to getting your food out with the highest quality and efficiency. I only go to this Popeyes, every other location pales in comparison. 1000000/10

Very delicious and fast service. I love that there’s a discount everyday on different food items throughout the week. The chicken is always juicy, even the breasts. At late night I came for a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. It was extremely delicious. Perfect amount of space and for the breast, it’s very juicy! The crunch was amazing and it was a nice snack. Will continue to come here every week or so:)

Chicken sandwich but not the chicken, good fries, onion rings, biscuits, but the baked beans portion is far too small, and their price point is average. The actual store operations and delivery are great overall, but the parking and volume are not great at all.

This location only gives you one dipping sauce for a 5 piece tenders combo, when it used to be 2 or even 3. Then they have the audacity to charge you the few measly cents for an extra one after you've already paid for your original order. If the owner/management is foolish enough to think these insignificant cost cutting will improve their bottom line then at least have the courtesy to announce that to the customer when they're ordering.

Here's a little lesson in economics for you. Losing a return customer and getting bad reviews and publicity will cost you a lot more than the cost of a few extra dipping sauce packets.

Popeyes is Popeyes but I wish the store manager reads this and people pick this location. The difference being is usually when u go to a place at closing its the worst service however I was more then impressed been comming here always but today I was impressed. The shift manager being RAMAN I BELIEVE NEHA SERVING AND ANITA. I walked in at 5 Mims to 4 but I was treated in no rush being closing time Anita who was cleaning stopped and not in a bad way but nicely waited for me to leave before continuing. It's very hard to get A1 service at the end of the night at 4am when everyone want to be home then deal with a client. I really give credit to the shift manager Raman and her team and I hope the manager gives is proud of rhem

Poor and pathetic customer service, staff was very rude, don’t know how to treat and talk with customers. Will never ever come again will also tell others not to visit this branch, asked spicy mayo and they made huge fuss as if I am asking food for free.

It says closes at 4am. Went there at 3: 40am was closed already. Better change closing time so we don’t go there and waste our time.

Slowest service every time I go I wait 20 25 minutes just for one sandwich, and the staff are very rude specially the girl with grey shirt I believe the manager, she has so much attitude and very rude.

This restaurant is very rude and devil. Each and every time I went to purchase their food, they would slender me in their mother tongue language. They will also advise the public including swearing at me in front of the person. I advise public to not buy any food from them!

If it’s my lucky day I’ll get fresh, juicy, crispy chicken but if it ain’t ill be getting the regular old shrink, rubber chicken.

And 1 time the server took out the trash and was going to make my sandwich without changing her gloves. Thank god it’s COVID they don’t do that anymore.

Tenders were undercooked and the burger was too small with no sauces. Never going to come again!

Their spicy chicken has a nice taste. But it's not nearly spicy enough. On a spice scale from 1-10, I'd give it a 1.5. Even a kid can handle 2. So if they improve on this, you got a winner.

Chicken is usually good. But regularly miss stuff in the order. No credit or compensation provided if you don't go back immediately with the bill.so always check if you have everything you paid for - before leaving.

I find this to be a good establishment. Food is fresh and they have closed their fountain soda machines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 which the other Popeyes in heartland I go to as well does not do.

Staff were friendly at this location. The chicken sandwich is out of this world! A comment on Popeyes more so than this location; they have the weirdest fry sizes. The "regular" (which is usually a synonym for medium) is their smallest size and it's ridiculously small. The medium portion is a massive box suitable for a small family, and I can't even imagine what the large looks like. You're almost forced to get the medium and throw half of it out.

Went there to order 2 spicy crispy chicken burgers. Told the lady behind the counter to put some more toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, onions and all. She replied that we only have pickles for now. Like seriously? You own a burger shop but you don't have toppings? We bought 2 burgers and large cajun fries anyway. When reach home, there was only 1 tiny pickle in the burger. Like for real? Fries and burger are so cold that we have to throw them. They were not edibles at all. If you want us to wait then let us know. For sure we will wait. But that doesn't make any sense that we spend $20-$30 dollars to come home with an icecold food. Feel so cheated. Won't go there again. Rude staff. Garbage food. Waste of time and money.

Unfortunately, the staff is not friendly. Whenever I order chicken tenders, 2 out of 3 are not cooked properly and we have to throw it. If you order 5 chicken tenders, just know that 2-3 will go for waste.
Prices are too high for what they bring.

Okay so yesterday I ordered food through Uber app. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich combo with poutine. What I received my order it was just poutine with no gravy and a pop, that’s all no forks no napkins and no sandwich. I didn’t knew this location was different than other Popeyes franchises. What ever you order they prove it to you that they don’t learn from mistakes. I have been to this location many times. You always have to ask for condiments and forks and stuff. They just assume that we don’t need any condiments or cutlery. I would say to this location owner or manager please you guys are at better place alright, just don’t be cheap this is Canada if you don’t know what Customer Service is please just quit your job. You are at better place learn to be a part of it.
Another visit after this. I went to this location and placed my order, Cashier working there (Hena) handled cash and started preparing my food without sanitizing or wearing gloves.

Food was good as usual but one chicken piece was rotten completely from inside and also paid for an extra sauce dip and got nothing

Restruant was very Clean. Staff were following covid protocols. Order was provided in timely manor. Orders were bagged sepratly marked and accurate.

Quick takeout chicken meal deal and fussy family tastebuds demands quality tasty chicken. Enter Popeyes halal chicken and sides such as Mac and Cheese, Mash and Gravy, Cajun Fries, Red Bean and Rice, or Coleslaw. My son goes crazy for the Biscuits. Delicious! Used mobile app coupon to get a free large side. Fast service for 20 mild chicken pieces; spicy was the other option. Enjoy!

I’ve been to this location a number of times over the years, as well as ordered ÜberEats a handful of times too. Their food & service has always been great! Friendly staff, hot & tasty food, generous with condiments & napkins, and always timely & efficient. Well managed location.

Chicken sandwhich that replaced deluxe chicken sandwhich is too oily and uncooked, I really missed their deluxe chicken sandwhich I wish It can comeback again.

I was loving this place before as their chicken were the best and the part I liked about this location was their cooks and cashiers change their gloves very frequently but now I feel bad because I saw yesterday that the cook didn't change his gloves even after dropping many items to fryer

Waited 25 minutes after paying for 10 pieces of chicken and 2 fries. Got shortchanged only received 1 fry when I got home. Very poor setup for social distancing and for food readability if you're not looking to buy their new menu item sandwich. Or prepare to wait extended period of time for fast food. You would think chicken is their signature item it would be quick. Absolutely not.

It seems that they cooked chicken with all the salt they have in store. The food is cold and made with stale oil. Would have given negative stars if possible.

They asked me to leave the place in the middle of the food saying that the indoor space eating is not allowed, although it is open in all areas. Will never come back to this disrespectful branch

The oil used for frying the chicken is so stale and reused so many times. Has happened several times to us so this seems to be a regular feature, cheap trick to make extra money, will not work for long, just a matter of time before the clients realise.

Honestly the staff there isn’t professional at all, this is the closest location to me and I go there frequently on Tuesday and Thursday mainly, the staff looks to know the customers and literally they don’t even know how to keep their customers happy and satisfied, one of the main situations that happens frequently is they don’t put the right stuff and always deal with t customers at an awful way.

Food is good but service is extremely slow. Even with calling in a big order before hand still took 10 minutes to get it.

It's a good place to dine in with ample space to sit and eat. It's moderately busy most of the time.

This was the first Popeyes I've been to that didn't have a drive thru. However the food and service was as good as most Popeyes. This was also the whitest Popeyes I've ever been to, not that it really matters. Hard to describe what I mean.

Busy on a Saturday night. Service was good even though they were swamped. Redeemed a promo for Leafs Nation and they didn't skimp out on the portion. I'd visit again!

Friendly atmosphere casual dining and family friendly. I enjoy coming here every Tuesdays and Thursdays for the deals being offered good for the taste and my wallet

I went through the Canadian Popeye's website (popeyeschicken.ca), found this location, clicked on coupons, signed up for their new e-coupons program and presented one of the coupons in-store. They did not honour it, telling me that these were US coupons. Even though I got them by going through the Canadian site. Whether it was a misstep by corporate or if this location specifically just didn't want to honour the coupon, I went here specifically to use this coupon and could not. Popeyes, fix your coupon program.
