Worst Popeyes ever. Chicken wings were smelly and can’t eat at all. Ordered wings and onion fries combo. Avoid this place at any cost unless you want to get food poison

Worst customer service, so I preordered 2 chicken crisspy wraps, when I got there the lady said she didn't have any, I said ok could you give me 2 delta minis instead? She said that's fine, so then I asked her what the price difference is, she said about 1 or 2 dollars, I said no problem add a bit of fries, she said fine, now when she was about to give me the fries, the other lady said no for some reason and I just laughed.took my sandwiches and left. I was smiling at the lady because so was being so cheap. Anyhow I will never ever go there again, also there chicken was dry, never go to this place. They don't deserve the business. Worst customer service. Never again.

Super slow Popeyes location.
Staff asks us to wait 15 min. Looks like they are not trained as per franchise standards. Especially 2 hijab lady’s in the front.
No one’s sitting with food, all customers waiting. 5 people can easily handle, kitchen staff looks efficient but not front ladies.

Used to be a great Popeyes with amazing staff but recently service has been horrendous. All the workers who work evening shift are straight up rude. Also look at the size of the chicken tender on the left

Used to be a great location. Not sure what happened since the new staff I’ve been seeing the past few times. They do not care and have no compassion. It will literally be 7-8PM prime dinner time and they will have 3 pieces of chicken ready in total. I waited 30 minutes for a 4 piece combo and I wasn’t the only one. I understand serving fresh chicken but the times I’ve consistently came to this location around dinner time on a weekend where it is extremely busy and they have no chicken ready is beyond me. I don’t remember the last time I’ve been here where I didn’t have to wait 20-30 minutes for a few pieces of chicken.

Ghost pepper chicken sandwich was pretty good! Good kick for the spice but not too spicy, crispy chicken, 2 crunchy pickles. Solid 8/10 for me!

I bought 4 pieces of chicken but I can tell it has stayed for a long time. I called the store told them the chicken were not fresh and the lady said would make a new one for me. And then I got the “ new “ one, dumped the first 4 pieces. However when my friend ate the new one, it tasted stale and smells stinky… I went there the third time got the money back, they seemed like not caring the problems…. That’s terrible

I don’t know what’s wrong with there’s workers in pops. Rude, careless, ignor you all the time! No more pops in the future.

I am a big fan of Popeyes. I purchased five ghost pepper wings from this store, the food quality is terrible. It seems the meat is not fresh and it smells not good although it’s deeply fried, I can smell the meat is not that good and it seems be kept for some time…I throw away all of them. Not go to buy chicken from this location anymore!

Very bad location, didn’t honour the free 8 piece nuggets with a purchase of a large drink offer. Redeemed my offer as I was walking in, it had the time on it at the top and everything after redeeming. I showed her it and she told me it wasn’t it and that I need to go back and do it again? So I was thinking okay… and tried to redo it but I couldn’t redeem it anymore, the button is GONE because I literally just did it. Basically tells me I can’t get the nuggets anymore because I can’t “redeem” it again.

Disgusting food. Bone in chicken is always dark black from inside. Smells weird. Undercooked bone in thighs. Absolutely disgusting. Employees are trained to cut portion sizes order large fries you will get regular size. Try it and see for yourself.

All the food was so fresh the fountain drinks were also perfectly carbonated and the customer service was great

Very clean restaurant space, staff friendly and patient, would recommend as best in the vicinity.

The staff is very kind, they always seem like family. Caring for one another, communicating well, getting work done together and efficiently. They treat me so nicely too, as I come here often. Been loving the classic chicken sandwich so much lately. It's always fresh!

Chicken had a funny taste and is bad/stale/gone bad. Gave us return on 3 pieces (out of 6 pieces) because three people ate a piece each and we all said it tasted funny.

The quality control of the chicken is terrible. Not fresh. Second time this has happened to us at this location.

Extremely poor managed location. Staff are rude, mix up orders and more importantly, an apple pie fell on the floor and one the staff member took it and put it back on the warmer, clearly did not dispose and for sure use it for a customer order. Very cheap behavior and a huge health hazard. As well the staff members were not in appropriate hygiene working in a restaurant environment. Their fountain machine is out of ice for a very long time and the pop was flat. I used this location in the past then I decided not to use it ever again however I assumed the the management is hopefully changed or improve but it's still the same.
I am surprised that their parent company is allowing a great chain to be ignored.

I used to go to this location but I was highly disappointed this time. Out of my 8 pcs order 2 of the chicken breasts came with nearly no meat and mostly bone.

I do not recommend Popeyes I ordered some chicken. They gave me some raw chicken with mold I almost threw up I called and said they could give an another chicken I said to give me an refund but they wouldn’t not buying Popeyes in my life.

Do not order through uber eats. I waited 50 minutes and had to contact uber eats twice because my meal (tenders and fries) wasn't ready. There was a cycle of uber eats delivery people that didn't want to pick this order up because it wasn't ready. I think it was an anomaly cause I've been here in person before and this place usually is much better than the other local popeyes.

Honestly, it's nothing too special. You seen one, you pretty much seen them all. The service was fast.

I called this location multiple times only to have it ring out three times in a row. When I did get ahold of somebody told me to call back in 5 minutes. When I did call back they proceeded to hang up on me possibly a mistake okay. So I called back again once again they hung up on me and I called back one more time and again they hung up on me I suppose this is the best they can really do at this location. Would not recommend to a hobo if that's how they treat you on the phone I can't imagine what they might do to your food

Worst customer service! Waited 20 mins for a kids meal! Rude worker had the audacity to get mad when we asked about our order.

If possible, I want to rank 0 star! I always eat here. But today I am very frustrated! That is daily special wing, I never saw that small wing in 3pcs chicken combo! I will not go there again!

Why does this place have only 4 stars? Easily the best Popeyes I’ve been to in Scarborough. The one at Birchmount and Sheppard takes too long and the chicken is frequently over cooked. The one at Midland and Lawrence has small portions. This location has the friendliest owner! She gave me an extra chicken thigh because one of them was small and she is always so pleasant!

This location always have the best meat.for anything I buy sandwiches, dark meat, tender or even breast. I drove from Niagara to Ottawa but this is my all time pick for best popeyes location.

This place is not bad, but food qualities are always changing, I remember that was a time i bought a chicken sandwich and the patty was super small, very greasy, more than 1/4 of the portion were flour.hopefully they'll be doing better, p.s the onion rings are so good, you should give a try!

Great and fast service. Employees are very helpful and courteous. I do however wish there was hand sanitizing near the counter for the customers.

Quality of chicken and fries were okay except this place gives you an extremely undersized order of fries. Add a side? Em.more like add 1/3rd of a side! 2 times in a row!

It's okay places. We ate the spicy and mild chicken fest, still ok taste. But spicy chicken sandwich are good. Fresh and good enough spicy chicken breast meat.

Had a excellent experience here with my son. The food arrives fast and the service is just fantastic. Prices are affordable.

Was surprised they don’t know the Popeye’s menu. I have ordered the local fav two-wrap combo at so many locations and they’d never heard of it.

There is a Popeyes close to me, but I come to this one regularly. Great food and great service.

Always loved Popeyes biscuits. It is a go-to place for our take-out meals. A 10 piece chicken is a good deal. But there are times I noticed that the oil they used for deep frying the chicken is reused for the nth times. You will know the difference: if the chicken fried looked so dark, the oil used is too brown, instead of the normal looking golden light brown fried chicken. The staff is very nice and attentive.

Ordered take out for family pack and we didn't have to wait a long time.

Parking can be hard to find as they are right next to Starbucks but if you don't mind parking a little farther away then there's plenty as they share parking lot with Rona.

Clean, small location but does have a couple seating that doesn't feel cramped up.

The shrimp was delicous but the fri were terrible and the biscut hard. I did not ennoy this experience. My husband ordered the chicken special he did not receive fries and was disappointed with his order. Popeyes is very pricey and we will not be returning.

To much oil and the chicken's skin was not removed. There was not any option due hunger. You have to add some roasted (tandoori chicken). It will be healthy (without oil) and more tasty. Everyone can make it part of their daily diet.

The food was so delicious and fresh, Guru is a good and friendly man, having good customer service.

It's okay.i like how they have limited time items and its usually pretty good. Naked strips used to be my favorite. The ghost pepper wings were good too

Cashier Mariam.shes great. Quick, efficient and polite. She always on her toes. Food is hot and yum. They put a good amount of gravy with their mashed potatoes.
